Great company, great service. Highly recommend. I was approved with United Capital Group. Once I was approved they recommend Tritex-Sales. I was able to find a skid steer that I wanted with Tritex. The skid steer was in great shape, also a great price. I will definitely come back, if I ever plan on selling it, they will be the first company I call to buy it back.

Let me start with the fact we buy equipment from all over the United States site unseen, and sometimes we get burned.... This is unfortunately one of those times. I was not expecting the Telehandler in new condition, but I was told it was gone through and cylinders have been fixed, leaks had been resolved and the machine is ready to go straight to the worksite. However it was very much not as represented. If I could give no stars I would. We will definitely steer clear from buying anything from these guys in the future. I spoke with 2 different salesman on this unit and they both told me the same thing, so they are either extremely uninformed and don't care to go look at the items they are selling, or just simply dishonest, and lied to us.**** I asked about engine Blow-By, they told me there was very little... Turns out there is a lot, and more than likely it will need an engine freshening soon.* No Lights- Had to install new lights* No Parking Brake- Missing the Cable, did not work at all.* Machine Level Cylinder leaking, we had to rebuild* Fork Tilt Cylinder leaking, we also had to rebuild.* No Seatbelt* Aux Hydraulics were halfway there, halfway not. Ended up just tearing it all out* Quick coupler lines ripped off, cylinder damaged (Un fixable) passenger side pin welded in place, driver side pin non-existent, had to rebuild the whole thing.* Front Main Pivot pin was broken had to be removed and replaced.* Hood is totally shelled, hinges broken, latch broken, spring mount broken. You can barely lift it up without it falling off the machine and has multiple holes through it(They did not show pictures of this). Ordered an entirely new assembly.* Batteries were not the right size, we had to replace both of them and all the battery cables so they fit in the engine bay correctly and would actually start the machine when it was kind of cold out.* Hydraulic sensor was damaged on hydraulic filter housing, and had to be replaced.* Random wires hanging down, zip tied up and cut off--- Had to just go through and remove all the excess.*Front tire has a hole and goes flat.* They said the rear tires are foam filled---- Not true, nothing is foam filled.* Horn wiring was all cut out and horn is smashed and doesn't work. Installing all new wiring, horn and button.Many more small details and parts replacements that I did not list, as those items were expected to need some love. But the above was definitely not.And I am sure the list will continue to grow. This machine will get another 10k-12k into it minimum before it is at the point of how it was represented. Extremely disappointed with these guys and their carelessness and their dishonest representation of the equipment.

I have purchased two implements from the team at Tritex and have zero complaints. There was a minor issue with one unit and Ken ordered the replacement part, came out to my ranch and replaced it for free, no questions asked. Great folks and good service. Highly recommended JAW

Chris here at Tri-Tex is honest and nice to work with. He is a little slow to get back to you with retuned calls or requested information but when he does, you can rest assured that you are getting the right information and that nobody is trying to get over on you. Thanks for a good experience and a good forklift Chris.

Called up these guys about a batwing mower. Salesman told me that it was in working order and all the pulleys, shafts, joints and ect appeared to be good. I was 6 hour round trip. Talked about price said they had $ x.xx in it plus they serviced it and gotta make something on it. I never buy anything sight unseen before this(never again) and i took the salesman chris for his word. Paid for it over the phone and scheduled a delivery for the batwing. Get the mower. Belts a dry rotten so i replace them. Machine has 12 tires and only 3 are good. All the pto shaft covers are broken. All zirks are dry and who knows last time it was greased. Hydrallic line was bad. The double cardon u joint had a bad vibration and broke within 2 hrs use. If you havent priced a replacement of this part its almost $1000.00 bucks. Tried to sharpen the 9 blades it has and all bolts are siezed up.Its very clear now why all the pictures were not closeups. THIS MACHINE WAS NEVER SERVICED. its a worn out piece of equipment they picked up at some auction most likely and never did a service to it. Its all my own fault as i agreed to buy as-is and will take it as a hard/expensive lesson learned and you cant take a mans word these days. Buyers beware and inspect equipment yourself to be assured what your buying is in the condition that is acceptable to you,DONT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. Hopefully my lesson will keep someone else from being as dissapointed as i am that you cant hold a man to his word anymore.

Under new ownership. Nice folks helpful and friendly enough. Good deals are harder to come by these days found a great deal here on an implement. Will be my first stop next time. Recommend
