I recently had the pleasure of taking my 2023 BMW X5 to JMD for some much-needed TLC, and I'm thrilled to share my fantastic experience. From the get-go, their customer service was top-notch. They offered a convenient pick-up and drop-off service that made the entire process seamless and stress-free for me.The main issue at hand was a deep scratch on the car's exterior, along with the need for a paint restoration job that I was quite anxious about. The team at JMD assured me they could handle it, and they weren't kidding. When I got my car back, it was as if the scratch had never happened. The paint job was impeccable, perfectly matched, and flawlessly applied, bringing my X5 back to its original, pristine condition.But the surprises didn't stop there. Knowing that I have an ivory-colored leather interior, which had accumulated some stubborn stains over time, they went above and beyond by cleaning off those stains without me even asking. The interior looked fresh, clean, and just as luxurious as the day I got it.Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative, professional, and showed genuine care for my car. This is the best shop in town!! Jamie helped me so much and kept me informed and updated me. Jamie went over all the repairs and gave me a quote before I left my truck in their hands. Truly the best!! I would recommend you use these professionals!!
