Amazing customer service. I was in an unfamiliar territory stranded on the side of the road. I called Celeste Wrecker Service and wasn't even able to give a location. I told him what was surrounding me, and he was there within minutes. Not only was he prompt, but he was concerned about my safety. When he arrived, I got out of the car, and he made sure to roll the window down in case the doors locked while the keys were in the car. Lastly, he came expecting to tow but was knowledgeable about fixing cars, so he assisted with that instead. He even gave me extra jugs of water to take home in case my car ran hot and did not even charge me. To sum it up: Prompt/Concerned/Knowledgeable/Friendly5 Stars without a doubt.. I highly recommend!!

Shorty saved us!! We were stuck in the mud .. knee deep on CR 1021 and he pulled us out with no problem at all! One car and one truck - we were cold and it was dark. We are so thankful!!!

Outstanding customer service! Would give 10 stars if able. Lost a rear wheel on my Jeep this morning and Celeste Wrecker came out and treated like I was family. Very fair price for the mileage and not one complaint about the weather. I hope to not need them but if I do I know who to call! Thanks again!!

The guy there is amazing! He came and got my jeep after a wreck on one of the most horrible winter weather nights Texas just went through. He seemed genuinely concerned on how I was and checked on me when I was able to go clear my jeep out.
