Due to an unfortunate incident I was searching for a place to get needed repairs done. Superstar was recommended by one of the top auto mechanics in the area "it's where I take my vehicles to get Body work done" he told me.Ozz greeted me the day the car was dropped off and was with me every step of the process with updates on the progress.Superstar restored my 2022 Dodge Charger to showroom condition. I highly recommend Superstar Collision and commend them on their professionalism and their quality of work.

We were without our car for quite a while due to part shortages from car company. Glenn was our rep, and he provided OUTSTANDING customer service, calling with and without updates. It was comforting to know that even through this frustrating time, we weren't forgotten. We have used Superstar for years. This is definitely the place to go when the unexpected happens.

Super kind people, David is amazing. Helped me figure out what to do regarding a crunched tail light and broken door handle. If you want to be treated like family, go here. They re usually busy but never ever rude even when they are. It s like going to a restaurant, you never want to see one with an empty parking lot at dinner time.Love this place, it s worth the drive trust me.

They are a family owned business who has been serving the area for years. I did a walk-in and was welcomed by David who was great with communication and making sure my car was completely ready before I picked it. I would say call them or stop by for a family friendly atmosphere.Thank you for getting my car completed!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a collision shop. Everything was pretty much as expected from a professional body shop. Work was done perfectly. Abel my service advisor was very prompt and professional.

Excellent work. EXCELLENT communication on everything. My car runs the same way before My Hyundai was broken into. Thank you Ozz for everything for the information on my car he went to let me know all the recalls on my car.

Their repair was perfect timely and they updated me often,only issuei had was I felt like I was doing all of the battle with the responsible parties insurance alone for additional nessasary repairs.

My experience here was absolutely first rate. From the time I contacted them about my needed repairs up to the day I picked up my finished car, I could not have asked for better customer service. They delivered on time, kept me informed all throughout the process and returned my Jeep as good as brand new. Thumbs up to Tim and the crew. Keep up the outstanding work.

Our experience here was great. They were professional and courteous. My daughter's car looked as if it were brand new. No gaps seams are tight, paint is as if it came from the dealer. Enterprise rental is conveniently next door. Anyone needing collision repair should come here.

I took a car here as an insurance claim 6 years ago, the people were friendly helpful and they did an amazing job on my car. So, when it came time to have another car worked on this week I went to them, and received the same professional, friendly treatment as I did last time. This is a model of how companies should be.

I love this place! I had an accident back in 2015 with my VW Jetta and they were so helpful. It was great that enterprise was attached to it. So I was able to have my rental car taken care of the same time as my wrecked car. Once they got my car in they were amazing with keeping me updated. They would call me once a week with an update. It took them 6 weeks to fix my car which was expected since it needed German parts. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Where to even begin on how amazing these guys were!! I brought my car in with the passenger side door basically concave and received it back after about 10 business days looking better then when I first bought the thing! All the guys are super nice and friendly and kept me up to date on what was going on. Very easy to reach over the phone! They also have an Enterprise rent-a-car right next door so you drop your car off and walk right over to get your rental. Everything was so easy! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

I hate to say it but I have needed their collision services 3 times! Each time they took very good care of me and my car. They have a car rental place on their lot as well just in case. I am very pleased. I hope I never need them again, but if someone else needs a reputable and polite small business collision place, this is it!

Great place. Very friendly helpful people. Excellent work. Hate to say it but I seem to be here on a regular basis. These people care about me and what I need done. They are always very busy but seems like 5hey are always very fast on getting my vehicles completed. Also have a car rental place attached which helps.
