The entire team at Nyle Maxwell CDJR of Castroville were professional, efficient, and strived to ensure I left satisfied and in the vehicle I went to look at. The staff wasn t pushy, but worked very hard and listened to what I wanted and needed and made the deal that best fit. Ultimately I left in my dream truck and it was thanks to Matthew from the sales team and his amazing finance managers. They were even kind enough to give my fianc�e and I a tumbler and hat from the accessory store as a thank you for purchasing with them. Honestly the thanks goes to them for creating such a memorable experience. Highly recommend if you re shopping for a vehicle go to this dealership and see these amazing folks. They ve received a life long customer.

My sales person, Matthew I., was absolutely awesome!!! Dennis and David, in finance, took great care of me also. I drove from Katy to Castroville and it was well worth the trip. I would give Nyle Maxwell more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Matthew was the salesman who helped us out. It was a long distance (as we are almost 3 hours away), 4 day journey, and he went above and beyond. Working with this Nyle Maxwell (Castroville) & its employees, has been an absolute wonderful experience. If I could rate 10 I would. I highly recommend this group of amazing people to help you into your next vehicle!

This was my first experience getting my vehicle serviced here and I was extremely impressed. Mr. Orlando at the Service Department provided outstanding customer service from the moment I drove my vehicle until I drove it out. I was not the exception as there were other customers coming in and he ensured that they were given the same experience. If he is not already, I definitely see management written all over this Star performer. I look forward to my next visit. Thank You Orlando.

Preston was absolutely awesome taking care of my Jeep and me! Preston took care of all of my needs and answered every question that I had. He even helped me look for the Easter Egg animal in my 2023 Cherokee!!I was in and out of the shop with an oil change and tire rotation in less than 45 minutes!

Full disclosure: I do not trust car dealerships; not a good track record with me. BUT I am terrible at welding stainless steel. So, when my catalytic converter was recalled I had no choice.Keagan kept me informed on the parts delays and expected arrivals. Within 20 hours of dropping it off, I picked it right back up! Despite my poor history with car dealerships, this was a win! Right there on the back of my engine is a perfectly installed and welded brand new catalytic converter.Thank you to the Service Department and to Keagan for keeping me so well informed. This is the best my 2012 Dodge has run in a few years, all thanks to you guys!

Matthew Iglesias was our salesman, and he was great! Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely with responses. I think I got a great deal there. The rest of the team was also friendly and professional. i questioned an additional rebate I thought I might be able to get, and they gave me a thoroughly supported answer as to my eligibility. I feel like I was treated with total respect, honesty, and integrity.

This was my first time at this location and it was nothing short of great. My service advisor Ronald showed the true meaning of southern hospitality. Located in the small town of Castroville, he greeted me with a smile and helped me navigate to the multiple waiting areas and offered a variety of complimentary snacks. He addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. While waiting, every employee I crossed paths with also greeted me with a warm Good morning, how are you? Will definitely be returning for my routine service work.

Overall it was a great experience and the prices were worth the 1 hr drive.We originally went to the dealer across the street to see a specific truck, but we had to walk up to the building before someone helped. We were treated as a serious buyer so the visit ended really quick after that.We noticed Maxwell across the street, decided to look around and very glad we did.Derrek approached us soon after getting out of our car and made us feel welcome, unlike the dealership across the hwy. He was very helpful, kind, and patient.Once we finally decided on a truck, we got to small talking and it was during that conversation that Derrek realized we were missing an important feature on the truck we needed to help us maneuver easily on the soft sandy ground at our ranch, so we had to start from scratch. We took up his whole day, but it didn't bother him one bit. He made sure we were getting the right truck for the job no matter what and we're grateful!We would highly recommend seeing Derrek. Let him know you read my review!

My first experience at Nyle Maxwell was great! Preston took care of my truck service and did not have to wait long. Preston even showed me around the dealership and took time to answer any questions I had. I will definitely come back here to have my truck serviced.

Dealing with FCA recall. Quick work. No loose ends, yet. Service agent responsive and affable. No regrets this visit. Did not like the automated phone system for contact. There was no follow through for a needed response. Auto appt setting was effective.

I drove 40 minutes to Castroville because the dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival, I found out that the manager was using this vehicle for personal use and it was not there so I could not buy it. My second and only other option was a different color and believe it or not another manger was driving the vehicle for personal use! Fine if employees are going to drive new cars to demo them but REMOVE them from the inventory! Don't waste a customer's time (please). This was on a Saturday, the only time I was off work and could get there within business hours.

Worth the drive for 5-star service & prices. I needed some routine preventive maintenance done on a 2019 RAM 2500 diesel and Preston fit me in immediately. The technician, Patrick was knowledgable and completed the work in under an hour. They even drove me down the road to grab lunch while I waited. This team earned my business for life!

Matthew and the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant to work with and willing to be flexible to earn my business. Matthew has always been very responsive on the inquiries I have made about individual cars and open to let me take them on a test drive, hassle free. Most dealers don t let their customers drive nice sports/muscle cars without pre approved financing. He and the folks at Nyle Maxwell definitely earned my business and worked hard to help me get into my Charger 392 Scatpack.

My husband purchased a brand new Dodge Ram from this dealership. He has had nothing but issues with this vehicle. I do not feel safe having my family riding in this vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership! They have had our truck way over a week to fix another issue with this truck, with no positive results and hardly any feedback. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.

Out of all of my experiences with purchasing a vehicle. This purchase at Maxwell in Castroville Texas was the worst. We have purchased many used autos from different dealerships and we have never had any problems. I paid cash for the truck for my son and it has not been 20 days since purchase and the truck has broken down and left my son on foot. I have called my sales man Luis and he notified me that he would have the Sales Manager call me back since it s something he could not handle. Luis reached out by text to see if I had been contacted yet. Obviously he did notify the manager but til this day I have not been contacted. Seems like they just made their sale and now they are not available to reach out back to me. I have tried to call and I m on hold for a long time. I have left messages with receptionist and voice mail. I would really just like my 30 day return policy since I have paid on a truck that is not working for my son. I live 2/12 hours away so it s not like I could just take it to their shop. It s funny that they can t seem to call me back for this but i was immediately contacted by them after my truck purchase but only to offer auto insurance since Maxwell also owns an auto insurance company. I had really considered giving them a chance but now that I am not getting the service that I need I m glad that I will not purchase a auto insurance policy with them. I will not refer or recommend any other person to this dealership. I also tried to sell them a auto and was only asked for the information of the vehicle but was not reached back to give the offer since they do purchase autos. I guess they only worry about making money out of you and not really helping you out. Worst service ever don t let them trick you because once sold you will never get the help and assistance from them.

I requested help to look up coupons for oil change. Did not get enough help. Also being able to use points was not suggested by employee. Also was not suggested that I could find coupons on Nyle Maxwell app. I found out after I left. Poor help from employees.

Nyles Maxwell had the best deals on the Ram 1500 Limited. I went to 6 dealerships and they bet the others by thousands. Matthew, my sales guy was awesome. Made my truck buying experience anxiety free. Definitely give Nyles Maxwell a visit before you settle on a purchase.

I would just like to say my sales guy Jessi was outstanding was not pushy at all worked with us and got us in a great truck. He understood what I was wanting after back n forth with number we settled on a used truck and I still walked out super happy. The financial team and mangers were great and outstanding as well. My experience has been great at Nyle Maxwell Castroville. I purchased a jeep from them, and everything when smooth. There was a small hiccup with the breaks having an issue, but the GM Daryll took care of it and made it right and made me know that they care about their customers and make sure they are happy with their purchase.

Took my car in for a computer issue that should have been under warranty and after 3 days was told that it had been eaten by RATS and I would have to make a claim on my insurance. I asked service to send me photos of said damage and received nothing. 2 weeks go by and almost $3,000 latter I am finally able to pick up my vehicle and ask that I be shown where said damage was and still refuse to provide me photos. My car was filthy dirty from setting out in the dirt for weeks and they couldn't even be bothered to dust it off. I go out to get into my car this morning at 6 am and I didn't notice when picking up the car yesterday but all the panels from under my hood were thrown in the back seat of a brand new vehicle and were not put back on my car where they belong. These guys most likely don't take care of anything they own and are most certainly not taking of anything for their customer. I will not even included all the issues we have had with this shop and my Husbands truck that was bought brand-new from this very lot. I will drive 100 miles before I let this shop put air in my tire.

The Best New Car buying experience. Derek my salesperson was very helpful but more importantly very knowledgeable about the Dodge product he sold me. In all my years of buying vehicles Nyle Maxwell Dodge and Derek were the greatest. Plus they sell a good product and I love my new RAM 2500.
