This place is awesome! Quick in and out service, and the staff is really nice. I came to this location after a bad experience with the quick lube in Devine (they didn t tighten the filter and it almost fell after leaving oil spots all over my driveway). I ll be coming back here in the future. Very happy with their services.

Will definitely be taking my car back with them again! Great service and had me in and out in no time. Juan was great and answered any questions I had. Staff were quick, efficient, and honest and I was overall very satisfied with the experience!

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, however when a new member of the Castroville quick lube team drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil I am now taking business elsewhere and I have had to pay for a new transmission. When I brought my situation to management they said they needed to send the information to the owner. When I told the owner my story he said he would look into it. That was almost a month ago. I am a mother of 4 who was sent in an unsafe vehicle with her children, a teacher who has had to leave her students without a teacher due to the failed attempt to fix my car, and now I've paid over $8K to replace a transmission that should have been done by this business's insurance company. My calls and emails continue to be dodged and nothing is being done about any part of the situation, and if it is then none of it has been communicated to me.

They say they focus on excellent customer service, but I feel that is false. After taking my vehicle in for a full synthetic oil change, they failed to put air in my tires and washer fluid in the tank. After calling to express my concerns about the quality of service I received, the manager I talked to said that air in the tires is upon request, but there's no sign or verbalization of that information to inform customers. He stated he would talk to the person who worked on the car, and that was it. No offer to bring my car in to continue the service they failed to give, no genuine apology. Just a short "sorry about that. I'll talk to the guy." Response. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

Mando and the team always take care of my vehicles. They are very attentive and never try to up sale me at all. They are very informative let me know if there are any items coming up that need to be attended to. If it's serious they let me know and they take care of it. I trust these guys and commend them for their jobs well done. So if you need an oil change or anything else these are the guys to see. Honest, trust worthy, are very attentive to the details. Great service I went in for an oil change but they took care of so much more. Topped off all my fluids and replaced my air filters. They worked very quickly too. Very professional as well. Will definitely be back for my next oil change!

I d be sure to check your vehicle for missing parts before you drive away. The technicians kept the skid plate from my car and didn t mention they were doing so. The part isn t broken. It just needs more screws to keep it better in place. The technicians never mentioned to me that they weren t going to put it back on nor did they give it to me to take. They did, however, put a note on the receipt stating, We can t be liable for vehicle skid plates due to design & frequent removal & installation though. I could understand how that is an important note if they had put it back on but they didn t. I really don t know why they thought it was ok to keep it. That is theft and it s not right. Fortunately, I got it back after my husband called and they had to go find it. To replace it, it would have cost me, at a minimum, $400 for a used one on eBay. Terrible experience.

I tried to get my oil changed at Walmart and they said they couldn't do it because my drain plug was rounded off. So I went to the Quick Lube. I spoke to Armando about the rounded drain plug. The Technician Elisardo said the drain plug was fine and he had the drain plug off in seconds. The Manager told me that my filter was a little hard to get to, so he thought that was why the other place did not want to change my oil. And even though the filter was a little hard to get, Armando did not complain or refuse me service. He grabbed some extra tools and got the Job done! I want to let everyone know that this is the best place for oil changes in Castroville. They are super nice, helpful, and quick. They changed my oil in less than 30 minutes. That other place made me wait about an hour, just to tell me they "couldn't" do it. I want to Thank everyone at the Castroville Quick Lube, they are awesome! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to provide quality service.Service: Oil change

07/25/23 - Arrived at 5:10, was told they were closing.07/26/23 - Arrived at 12:40, waited without anyone coming out for 15 minutes, was then told it would be another 30 minutes. I wont try this place again. One Bay open

My truck requires full synthetic it says so in the owners manual in black and white. However, on two different occasions I paid for Royal Purple and they put regular oil. The first time I caught it and told them to stop. They then flushed it out and gave me what I paid for. The second time happened just last month. I paid for royal purple then one of the guys charged me to top off my fluids. While I was paying they added oil to my truck I wanted to believe they added the right kind but according to another mechanic they did not. When he changed my oil he could tell by the way it looked and felt. My check engine light came on for the first time when this happened and my truck sounded awful like it was going to blow up for a month. After the full synthetic oil change from somewhere else it sounds fine again and the light went away.It was the guys though, the lady on the other hand has always been straight.Service: Oil change

Had the fluid and filter changed on my transmission on my '07 F150. Took about half an hour. I provided all the parts...fluid, filter, new gasket, even a new pan so they didn't have to clean the old one. They charged $130 labor. A bit high in my oppinion. Should have been about $50. I think i was being punished for bringing my own parts.Service: Oil change

I wouldn't classify this place as a "quick" lube. There was only one vehicle ahead of me but already in the bay when I arrived. Yet it took almost an hour to complete my oil change. Their prices are already high and then they try to upsell you additional items at ridiculously over - inflated prices.I guess there aren't many choices for a quick oil change in Castroville so they've been able to get away with it. Their service isn't bad but if you're in already in San Antonio running errands, go ahead and get your oil changed while you're there. You'll save yourself some time and money.

Horrible service... For many years have taken our vehicles here for oil changes.. but I'm not sure if it is new management or what their deal is.. but we attempted to take our vehicle there and was told they couldn't assist us, (we always have this car serviced there) the gentleman said he could not because they close at 5:30. The lady behind the counter told the service technician that it is only going to be 5, the guy insisted to say no, we cannot help you today. So I guess my issue is.. not just that they didnt take my car.. and service it.. but more of update your hours.. put up a sign.. and if you are calling it an early day make note of it somewhere.. or tell you fellow employees so everyone is on the same page..not disagree with them in front of the customer.... Today we witnessed poor customer service, a lack of enthusiasm and have a horrible lasting impression of Castroville Quick Lube...Thank you to Nyle Maxwell Castroville...who solved all our needs today...and gained a new customer.

Great place and great service. No up charging and no fuss. With restrictions can t get as much as before such as free vacuum and all, but still a great service from driving in to driving out
