Bad service took my car and they had it for almost a month in the same spot. I had to call every week to ask for an update and at the end they did not do anything to it.

Have taken my vehicle there 4 times. Friendly workers. Terrible service time. Be prepared to leave your vehicle overnight, maybe a couple of days. Do not take it in on Fridays as they will not work on it until Monday.Took in my truck as soon as they opened at 8am. Just needed oil change and full inspection. I asked if they would have it done that day as I was needed the truck for the evening. Was told it should be done but that they would call me to confirm. I had to call at around 12:30pm since they never called back. Was told the mechanic was out for lunch and would get a callback when he returns. I HAD to call back at around 2pm since they never returned the call. Then I was told they hadn't checked and that my truck was up next, they would have it checked by 5pm and that they would call as soon as they did. I had to call around 5:30pm only to be told 20 minutes later it wasn't checked at all and that I could leave it overnight or pick it up before 6pm; mind you, it was already 5:55pm. Was promised they would work on it first thing in the morning and should have it done by 11am (still 3 hours after opening). They did fix a metal bar that was loose.Edit: They still didn't have the job finished. It's 1pm at the time of this edit. The labor charge was almost $200 more than standard, though they brought it down by $65. Still more than standard plus no compensation for the wait time.Unless you do not need the vehicle for a couple of days, I suggest finding somewhere else for same day services. They do a good job with the actual mechanic work, but service is terrible otherwise. The price is a bit high given the bad service.In my previous visits, they were also slow at communicating and had to keep the truck overnight, but I understood the work they needed required ordering parts and they were short on mechanics due to COVID. No excuses for this time here.

The hardest thing to find in El Paso is an honest mechanic so when I found that here at Just Fix It it was like finding a gold mine. Best work in town and most importantly you know the job will be done right and they are 100% honest about it. I have recommended several people here and will continue to do so bc I feel confident that they will get the best service possible.Just recently had my 2016 Ram 2500 diesel truck serviced and I must say I am very happy with the service I recieved. Never disappoint!

Took my truck here and Jaime was my technician. He was very knowledgeable about the suspension in my truck. He really helped me out. Other shops could not figure it out and he helped me and fixed my truck. This place came highly recommended by neighbors, and I can see why. They are located close to the Westside, and have excellent service- from phone calls to in-person, as well as the towing service they use. I found their prices to be fair, and I'm happy to continue supporting their business. They were also very upfront and honest about their availability and worked quickly once they did have my car in their shop.Professional all around.

Great place to get your car fixed. The family that runs it have been working on cars since we where in high school. The ignition cylinder and transponders have it on our 05 Taurus them a few months later it gave us trouble again luckily they warranty and stand behind their work.

First mechanic shop that I felt I was treated honestly and with respect.My air conditioning and check engine light came on the same day. Prior to this location I tried 3 locations and the best quote I received was a little over $1,000 for just the AC.After a diagnostics, Just Fix It quoted me $480 at the most and I agreed to this price.To my amazement, after my vehicle was repaired they charged me less than what they originally quoted me. NEVER does a mechanic shop do that especially after I agreed to a higher price. Where I was looking at spending over $1,000 for one repair they did BOTH repairs for half of that price!Along with the honesty, the staff were professional and bilingual. They took the time to not only show me the issues but explain how they would repair them.Everything was transparent, communication was fluid and the waiting area was great and kid friendly.Only shop I trust in El Paso and the only one I will be using in the future.

I came into this shop looking for someone or at this point anyone to install the trailer brake wiring system on my truck because my truck didn t have them installed from factory. After I spoke to the gentleman up front (Omar) and also the owner (Moroni) to explain what I needed they said they could do it. We set up an appointment for me to bring in my 20 trailer and my truck to get started. The turn around was the same day with everything I asked for. It was the most painless process with my truck ever. I highly recommend this place for any automotive needs.

I took my truck last Monday in to get a proper fix from the diagnostic report errors that I had received. I let them know the situation and told him that my truck had been feeling a little delayed while driving on the freeway. I also gave them the diagnostic report that I had already received 2 days before. They insisted that they would need to get another diagnostic report but I told them they didn't need to because I already had the report and I gave it to them so they wouldn't need to do it again. When I left my truck they said they would check to see if anything was wrong with my transmission and let me know. After four hours of my vehicle being there I went ahead and call to get a status. I then was told over the phone for them to fix the errors on the diagnostic report it would cost $500 to $700 to repair. I of course. Thought that was ridiculous and let them know that I was going to pick up my truck. When I got there to pick up my vehicle I was told it was $89.99 for the diagnostic report that they did again. I didn't need another diagnostic report because I had just given them the diagnostic report and their report pulled up the same errors that my original one have pulled up. I paid that $89.99 because I was upset and didn't want to have to deal with it at that time I just wanted to get my truck fixed. I called around and found a mechanic who is at his home who I took it to and within 15 minutes he was able to fix my vehicle. It ended up being just a little connection that needed to be connected and since then my check engine light has been off and it has not came on and I've had no problems driving my truck. Because of this mechanic I was able to save 500 to $700.

All the positive comments you hear about this place is true. I went there with my BMW after another mechanic had it for 3 weeks and could not figure out the issue( coolant leak and overheating). Just fix it completed the job within 3 hours. Yes, their focus is to get your car back on the road. Rates are also affordable. Thanks a lot for the excellent work.

They work fast they had my car diagnosed and fixed by the next day. Pricing is fair, and I didn't feel I was being lied to, they explained everything well and did a great job. Hopefully I never need another mechanic in my life but if I do I'll definitely come back with them.

This place is great! Omar hooked me up with a quick turn around water pump fix on my Chevy 2500HD before I left. Took the guys two days and the work was outstanding! Hard to find good mechanics that won't screw you these days. Reasonable prices, honest work and friendly staff, what more could you want?! Definitely recommend! Thanks for the help!

I took my Ford F550 with a V-10 to these guys because I had a lifter that was making a lot of racket and sounded as if it were ready to come through the hood at any time. I'm new to the area so I relied on google reviews to find a good shop to go to.Right from the start these guys were very professional and most accommodating even though they were very busy they got me right in. Their family run shop has tons of locals dropping vehicles off for everything from inspections to oil changes and more. My Truck had a worn out cam on one side of the engine that they diagnosed right away and let me know upfront what my options and costs were going to be. They gave me a fair price to repair my truck basically doing an upper engine overhaul because I wanted to replace both cams, all lifters and pushrods and my timing chain, because my truck has right at 100,000 miles on it and these items were worn and they were going to have to be in there anyway to replace the cam. They had me back up and going in just a couple of days with my truck running just as good as new. I had no surprises when I came to paying the bill it was just what they told me it was going to be and everything was done top notch. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for any repairs that you need done, Whether it be for a passenger car or a big work truck like my F550 Bucket Truck.

We have taken our Mercedes here multiple times for basic maintenance ( oil change, spark plugs, brakes, etc...) The job is always done on time and with professionalism. I trust Moroni and Omar to fix it right and always leave a satisfied customer. They have the newest diagnostic equipment and are trustworthy and are competent. Highly recommend.

Beware! My experience was not like the others mentioned. I thought my car would be taken care of because of the positive reviews. I went in to have my transmission coolant lines replaced. I was told it would be $145 then they changed it to $692, I argued and they changed it to $395. This was for 2 rubber hoses, which when I brought the car back home was leaking. They said it would be 5 hours of labor, took me 2 hours to fix. They routed the hoses on a hot engine and I found a small Crack in my bumper. I paid them for nothing, think twice if you choose them.

I absolutely would recommend this mechanic to anyone in the area. We started having transmission issues while traveling through the area and "Just fix it" got us in right away. They assessed the issue with proffesionalism, kindness and honesty, showing us each issue they diagnosed. Against our wishes due to our warranty, we were (very unhappily) unable to have the work completed at Just fix it. We are confident they would have excelled in fixing our motorhome. We would and will return to this shop if in the area again.

2006 6.0 diesel truck these guys did a great job with my truck's transmission and a reasonable price. I also bugged them alot because like everyone else I did not want to wait but they handled me with profession. Definitely will continue to use Just Fix it.

I have two vehicles which are on the higher end of maintenance needs and repair costs. An H1 Hummer and a high performance vehicle with a pro-charger installed in it. In my 25 years in El Paso I haven't found a better shop or mechanic to work on vehicles than Moroni/Just Fix it. Dealerships and other shops have either disappointed with service, overcharged, taken longer than needed or unfortunately all 3.This is the only place I trust to ensure the repairs are done right, are done timely and most importantly that I am not overcharged. You honestly won't find a better more honest place in town.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I brought my 2001 f350 7.3l to them with a massive oil leak. I informed them more likely it was the turbo because of shaft play. The next day the informed me even with clean diesel fuel they suspended injector o rings and also manifold gaskets and studs. They said they machined my manifolds which as a gas tek ihave never heard of. They charged me 300 fororings and 500 for exhaust. Then I was told without tearing into the motor they did not know what was wrong with my truck and wouldn't do a compression test without me takinging liability for them braking in the heads and quoted a unreasonable price if they broke one. So I took my truck hoping for no oil leak to find they hadn't changed my oil and I was still loosing over 1 gallon of oil a tank. After saving for a new turbo I went to another mechanic and the found exhaust manifolds with bolts hanging 1/4 inch out and the found over a gallon of oil in my incooler. So new exhaust again and a new turbo. Truck runs great no thanks to this place.

I took my car because my A/C wasn't working100% they put freon in and only worked for 2 days. I took it back they said it was the compressor and wanted $750.00. It turns out nothing was wrong with it just needed freon which they never put because there are no leaks! Vacuum is holding perfect! Same day they wanted to charge me $120.00 for a synthetic oil change else where I paid $61.00. I feel just fix it is a rip off!

I took my car there due to alarm going off intermittently at night. I left it there for 2 days to get this resolved so mechanics could have ample time to fix it. I got back home and car is doing exactly the same thing with the alarm going off several times at night parked inside my garage. I don't think I was taken seriously that this is a real problem with my car nor was anything else suggested. I have done research online and several people have had this issue with their car of different makes/models, but various options were tried to resolve the issue which wasn't done at this shop. I am disgusted at this point in time.

I took in my bronco because I was having a great deal of trouble with it. It would just turn randomly shut off and start when it wanted to. I had it serviced with another mechanic and he ended up changing the fuel pump, computer, and a whole bunch of other switches and sensors. Then later, the same problem resurfaced. I almost ended up selling it. It was suggested I bring it to "Just Fix it Auto Center." This establishment truly lived up to its name. It runs like a champ, and it being a classic vehicle, I sure am glad I opted to give it one more chance. Still running strong! From personal experience, I highly suggest this place!!

Don t trust them. I took my 03 3500 dodge I asked them to change the oil. I gave them the oil and filter. All they did was change the filter. I didn t realize it until few day later wen I checked the oil. .the oil was not dark but was dirty. Same as wen I took it in. I actually took a glance at the oil I took to them right on. A shelf behind the counter.on the. Wall..

They swapped out a motor for me on a 2003 f350 lariat with a 6.0l for me in 3 days and where very affordable. I just started driving the truck and have had no mechanical issues so far . I recommend them .

Best auto repair in town. If you live on the eastside, central, or Northeast, its worth it to bring your car all the way over here to the upper valley. These folks aren't playing. They know their business.

Great service! My vehicle broke down suddenly and these guys were there to save the day! The project turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, they had to drill out a rusted screw, and they worked on it till finished so I could drive home that day!
