Not many men out there like Mr. Maresh, one of the last real good ol' boys. I bought a Cat 416 from him with a handshake and he delivered. He could have easily sold it out from under me because I didn't have the funds at the time of purchase, but he kept his word. I'm from Austin, you don't see that here anymore.

I have personally done business with Carl Maresh on a handshake, and he is an honorable man.Purchased 1981 Cat 930 Wheel Loader and after some restoration and repairs I am very happy with this machine.

We do some hauling for Maresh & Sons and never have an issue with invoicing or end customers expressing concern over what they received. Carl and Keith are great people to work with and it is obvious they care what they send out to their customers.

Drove 8 hrs for a mini excavator. Asked the guy numerous times before driving that far if anything was wrong with the machine and he said it was perfect. The machine was very low on coolant and he said he filled it himself but worst of all the machine leaked hydraulic fluid out of several cylinders as well as numerous hoses. 8hr drive for nothing.

Hand me down equipment work out for astronomical prices, "slick willy" equipment sales would be a better fit for them. Bought a loader from them , said had a good engine, needed a total rebuild, and blew head gasket after 20mins of run time. Far from honest pricing. Shops like this give a bad name to caldwell!
