These folks are always friendly and ready to help fix any problem! Today was an oil change, which went great! We've brought them other vehicles with other issues before, and they're always great about making sure we know what needs done, what can't be fixed until other issues are resolved, and what those things are going to cost beforehand. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and their customer waiting room is really nice, too! Thanks, y'all!

Friendly and fair! I was on a camping trip when my F150 broke down. I called on a Monday and Trae said he could not only make the repairs but also recommend a tow service, D&S Towing. Both gentlemen were excellent and I am beyond pleased to be picking up my truck just two days later. Fair price for both. Highly recommend!!

I brought my elderly mother's 2010 Ford Escape to Bud Cross Ford in Caldwell for a couple of reasons. First, I researched Ford Service departments in Sealy, Katy, College Station and Brenham only to find some very disappointing reviews. When I looked up Bud Cross Ford Service department, I found good reviews which made me hopeful. Second, I called and spoke with Trae Williams and let him know my mom's brakes were failing and we had a neighborhood mechanic basically make a mess of things. Trae told me that they would take care of us and they believed in "word of mouth" and didn't want to have bad reviews in a small town. They figured out the issue and kept working at it until they had it right. While it took a little longer than Trae expected because he had to order parts and the issue was complicated, he communicated with me and my family throughout the process and delivered a repaired vehicle with 2 years parts and labor warranty. I am very happy with the service we received at Bud Cross Ford and from Trae. If my mom's vehicle needs any additional work, Trae and Bud Cross Ford will be our choice of service and maintenance providers.

The service department at Bud Cross Ford was responsive to my problem. Getting me an appointment when requested, greeting me with a smile, listening to my description of the problem and getting it corrected quickly. Wonderful experience.

In today for service on my F250 Trey and the service team did an awesome job AGAIN.They are my GO TO team when I need my F250 taken care of and never disappoint.They do a great job of getting me in when I need service and they always take care of my special request. They do a great job of giving me a fair price for work needed. And appreciate greatly them not over selling me.Business office are always efficient and courteous in getting me checked out and on my way. Kudos to them as well.

What a great service experience from Trae and the service department at Bud Cross Ford! The day began with their early morning drive to Madisonville where they picked up our Expedition we purchased from Bud Cross. The first service was performed and the Expedition returned by 1:30 p.m. this afternoon! Loaner truck left for our use while our vehicle was gone. Mario and his entire team did a great job once again not only with the oil change on my Bronco but also the balancing and rotation of my monster tires. The valet service to return my vehicle to its parking space at work is absolutely amazing. Trae was super helpful and got everything taken care of on my truck in a timely manner. Actually faster than I expected. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Trae in service has by far exceed my expectations of dealership service. From helping me in a pinch needing a water pump replaced on a Friday for an out of town trip, to just making sure my daughter and I are safe on the road. He and the service team have always worked me in and got my truck back as soon as possible.

I was so pleased with Mario and his team. I called for a battery replacement and was able to get in the same day and they did it in a very quickly.
