My experience with Jake at Bud Cross Ford was above and beyond. He did an amazing job with the transition into my new F350 XLT Lariat. Jake Help me get acquainted with all the features. And there was a lot!! And Lance Loewe was a pleasure to deal with in finalizing the sale! Thanks guys!! Y all were awesome. From start to finish!

We bought a new car from Bud Cross Ford this week and had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. After some unsavory experiences with other Ford dealerships in Austin raising the prices and adding on all sorts of extra fees, we almost gave up on purchasing the car. However, we are so glad we tried one more time with Bud Cross.We worked with Phillip Rodriguez and Lance Loewe, who were friendly, transparent and helpful throughout the entire experience, from initially messaging them to arrange a visit through to getting all the paperwork done. Phillip had the car cleaned, charged and all ready for us when we arrived. He was knowledgeable about the car and stayed with us throughout the entire process even though we were the only thing standing between him and the holiday. The upfront pricing was straightforward and transparent, no hidden fees or last minute add-ons to the quote. Financing was extremely straightforward and easy.It is so clear that this dealership puts the customer first. We would (and will) highly recommend Bud Cross Ford (and Phillip / Lance) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle in future. Overall an excellent car buying experience! It is definitely worth driving any extra distance for those not located in the Caldwell area for such a great car buying experience.

Excellent experience with Bud Cross Ford with my recent truck purchase. The staff was always pleasant, honest, and carried through with plans in a timely fashion. I purchased the vehicle through internet sales when I found that the truck I wanted was available there. Paperwork was done remotely, and the truck was delivered to my home almost 150 miles away. I have never had a vehicle purchasing experience that was as good as this one. Do not hesitate to give them a call or to visit.

Bought a used vehicle from Bud Cross Ford on 12/29/23. Travis (the salesman) was great to work with. Not pushy like most salesman! Everyone there was very nice and professional. Will definitely go back next time we're ready.

These folks are a tried-and-true family business and they EARN your business. I can almost guarantee you ll get great value out of your purchase and how you re treated long after you buy your vehicle. (Talk to Jake when you get there/ call in!)

I Bought a 2023 F-250 XLT Crew Cab truck From Bud Cross Ford in Caldwell. I got the maximum trade-in for my old truck and the best price in this part of Texas. Great place! Amazing service department. My car broke down in Giddings, so I sent it to Bud Cross. They gave me a loaner, figured out what was wrong with, then quickly fixed my car. By far the best service I have ever experienced with any mechanic I've ever used. Julie, Trae, and Dino really care about you and will do whatever it takes to get you back in your car and back safely on the road. 10 out of 10!

Was a great experience working Phillip Rodriguez on the purchase of my Raptor. Lance on the finance team and Daniel the GM where also extremely helpful and professional. They even delivered the truck to my front door. Absolutely will do business with them and Bud Cross again in the future.
