This park is exceptionally well kept. It is family owned and operated and they are truly wonderful people who care about their tenants. Nice paved roads and level pads. My husband and I have stayed in many many parks due to traveling with his work and this park is at the top of our favorite list. It s quiet and people are friendly. Facilities are always clean and all the lots are neat and tidy. I would HIGHLY recommend this park to anyone. You couldn t ask for more caring owners! The rates are very generous.

Brazos Valley RV Park is located just five minutes from downtown Caldwell, TX and just 25 minutes from anywhere you want to be in Bryan/College Station. Their rates are competitive with other parks in the area but not all parks have fully paved sites and extra wide roads with grass between the sites. The pad is level concrete with a concrete patio so no worries about falling through asphalt in the Texas summer. The pull-through sites were long enough for my 40 footer and I could park the truck in front or behind the rig. Amenities include complementary Wi-Fi; complementary cable; swimming pool; clubhouse with a kitchen; laundry with commercial grade machines; exercise room; game room; onsite propane at competitive prices that is big rig accessible coming or going; a small RV supplies store; bathhouse; dog park; play area; and two pavilions with grills, tables and a fire pit. The park is family owned and operated with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Making reservations over the phone was easy and the staff was very flexible with our changing plans. All areas, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Like most parks, there are a good number of long term campers (workers) but their sites didn t have the typical clutter as the owner wants it to be a campground, not a residential park. Like many parks we have been in, there is no fire pit or picnic table. Picnic tables are available for rent. Verizon coverage was good with the fastest data speeds I ve seen since switching last year (nearly 200Mbps).

The park is nice. Too many long term/full timers for my liking. I would put them all in one section. They could use to put something up in front to dampen the road noise.

Great park, very clean, wide roads, concrete, level pads. Few minutes from Caldwell. Dog park, workout room, common areas throughout park. We stayed here in our 40 Motor home. Very nice and helpful staff. Will stay again when we are close.

It was just an overnight, but it was a great park. Wide paved roads with large level pads. There is a workout room, laundry, game room, club house, pool, small playground, dog walk and on site propane.

We spent the night while traveling through. After making a call to the office they waited for us before closing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The park was very clean. There seems to be quite a few long term campers there. We would stay there again when we are in the area.

Brazos Valley is such a great park! I am a partner in another RV park and we were told by someone, before ever building ours, that we needed to see Brazos Valley. Well, we are SO glad we did. The owners are incredible people who shared their own experiences with us without reservation. They have been a constant source of encouragement and we have been inspired by Brazos Valley.Having said that, the park itself has much to offer! They have a very nice laundry room, a workout room and a great office. They have a pool and all of their roads and pads are paved with either asphalt or concrete. The park is well maintained and Melissa (one of the owners) keeps the restrooms and facilities spotless! I can't recommend a park more highly than Brazos Valley and you would be crazy not to check it out if you are looking for a spot for the weekend or by the month!

This is definitely the best park around. The owner, Melissa, is very kind, helpful and attentive to the guests. She also does a lot of the lawn care and is very good at keeping the park looking fantastic. The bathrooms are cleaned throughout the day. The gym, laundry room, club house and game room were always very clean. The playground area was a little lackluster, but there s a big one just down the road in Caldwell. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. It s a fantastic park with a great owner.

Located on hwy 21 north of Caldwell, TX, the Brazos Valley RV Park exists quietly outside "town" but with direct and easy access. It's spacious, clean, and has several convenient amenities for it's tenants. I, however, patron the park for my Propane needs. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful.

What a great place in a teeny town!! I was at a rally with 20+ people. We used the clubhouse which was great. A fully stocked kitchen--pots and pans, serving utensils, baking dishes, hot pads, knives, cutting boards... Basically everything we needed. Decent oven, nice refrigerator, sink with sponges and towels.Do not pass up the chance to swing in the awesome and artistic porch swings. Get your start by trying out the beautiful one in the office.Nice pull through sites. Cement pads. Close enough to lots of activities in Bryan/College Station and Brenham.Don't miss the farmers market on the square on Saturday. It's a true farmers market with folks backing up to the square and selling out of their truck bed or trunk. I scored duck and chicken eggs, pickled beets, and yaupon tea. If I hadn't already bought a bunch of soap in Brenham, I would had bought that, too!!

We made a reservation for one night via phone. When we arrived our receipt and all info had been left outside the office for us. This is a very nice, well maintained RV park. Amenities include clean restrooms and showers, fitness room, club house, laundry and pool. They have a small dog park/walk area. Sites are a nice size. They have a mixture of back in and pull thru. All sites are concrete. They also offer on site propane sales. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a quiet, clean, well maintained resort with daily, weekly and monthly rates. Can also rent the clubhouse which has an open concept island type kitchen and cement patio. Added bonus is it is right across from the sparkling pool. Covered bbq area.

Sarah and I spent a week here to attend a wedding in College Station. The RV pads are all concrete and the space between the sites are spacious. There was full hook up for our Motor home including cable. The rate was agreeable and the staff could not have been more accommodating. If we are in the area again it will be our base of operations again. On the negative side there were no trees for shade from the summer heat, but we were there in December of 2019 so that was not a factor in our stay.
