Tom ROCKS!!!!He gave me very good advice while dealing with an accident involving my car.....and I trust him .....like "family" since that day.My other family members had referred him to me because of the top notch quality he'd given them. How often do you find an honest person who's not trying to make $$$ off yourunfortunate situation now a days???

Much like one of the other reviews mentioned, I first felt good about using this business when I first brought my truck in for an estimate with the owner telling me he d get me an estimate within a couple of days. However after about 2-3 weeks of me calling at least twice a week and asking him when the estimate would be done, he would tell me every time that he d have it to me the following day. Well he never sent me the estimate, so I finally gave up asking and went somewhere else.

I literally wasted my gas to drive up here today. I walked in the door to find a man sitting at his desk who didn't greet me and then proceeded to tell me he was busy and I could come back tomorrow. I told him my truck was outside but tomorrow is good for me was all I got from him. Here's a note to the owner of the shop if someone drives up to your place of business that's likely to pay you a few thousand dollars to do a job maybe you take 5 min of your precious time and give him a quote!!!
