Jerry was wonderful!! He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I went for a vehicle inspection and would give him 10 s if I could.

First time there, I had two trailers that needed inspected. We pulled into the lot and didn't realize that you couldn't drive around the building. The guy comes out and starts running his smart mouth, says we should have driven the other way, I told him a sign would have been nice, he starts bad mouthing us and tells us he isn't going to put up a sign. We ask him to open his second gate so we can turn around, he won't do it just steadily runs his mouth so we opened the gate and left. The guy is basically in a storage unit with no parking and a bad attitude. We have multiple vehicles in our company that we would have taken him but not now.

Called ProFleet to get an inspection and the Guy said yes there open till 7:00. I get here at 6:12 and there is a pad lock on the front gate. I called the guy and he said Oh I Had To Leave For A Call I said you knew I was coming up here you could of called me back.I hate to be the first person to put a bad review but this place is a Hit Or A Miss Service..

Just had this guys truck about into me on freeway while I was trying to pass someone on hwy 30 in Caddo Mills because he's to busy to slow down on the freeway. If his business is anything like his driving I would NEVER recommend it.

They were not there one time at 5 pm and another time at 3 pm. Their posted times was until 7pm. I just went to another station.
