The entire experience was extremely pleasant and informative! The whole crew was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on all aspects during the repair process. Actually, we received our vehicle an entire week before originally scheduled!! I would definitely recommend using their services 10/10 times!!

Brought my baby back to life!! Thank you Personally to Dagon, my service technician. Provided constant updates on the repair status. This was a big repair job and they took their time and made sure the work was done accurately. This is one of those times where I wish I never have to use their services again but if I do, I will feel confident using these guys. Thanks Joe Hudson.

Very professional I picked my car up. It was cleaned completely inside now and it was done in very timely manner. I will definitely go back to Joe Hudson for any type of collision needs

Best experience ever if you want the best customer service ever these guys are it and they went above and beyond on my truck and got it back fully detailed inside and out and looked better than when I bought it ..nothing but amazing and I will be a customer as long as there around!! Everyone at the Caddo location were very friendly and professional. They did great work on my truck and got the repairs done quick. I am very happy with my service at the Caddo location and would definitely return.

I cannot say enough great things about Joe Hudsons in Caddo Mills, everything was perfect , the customer service is awesome , which is hard to come by now days , they treat you like family !..I have used them twice, was perfect each time !!..My car looks great ..Thank ya'll Joe Hudsons , keep up the great work!

This Joe Hudson s location is the best shop I ve ever taken any vehicle to! They fixed my Tahoe door after I had been refused by multiple other shops because this was a cash repair and not the big insurance money. They truly have servants hearts and very fair prices! I am grateful for their time and attention to serve the surrounding community and not just make a quick dollar! The office personnel was also very friendly and helpful! Could not recommend this shop enough and they earned a lifelong customer! Thanks Joe s Hudson s Caddo Mills location!!!

Do not use them for PDR !Set up an appointment weeks in advance for "Paintless Dent Repair" for light hail damage through Farmers Insurance.At drop off on Tuesday, I asked about when it would possibly be completed? They did not know as the sub-contractor for PDR is only there, maybe Tuesday and maybe Thursday. Just shows up when he wants to, I guess? So I'm supposed to just leave my vehicle indefinitely? That some random PDR sub-contractor (not a Joe Hudson employee) might show up and work on it. You might as well just get some random PDR guy set up on a parking lot to fix your car. Probably would be a lot cheaper too.

Excellent Customer Service right from the greeting at the administration desk in the front lobby. I'll update more in the coming few days once my vehicle gets repaired and I have more dealings with their staff

Went in staff was nice, building was clean an furniture was comfy. I got texts an calls the whole time, keeping me in the loop. Hopefully I never have to see them again lol but if so I know it'll be a headache free experience from them.

This place is truly unique and amazing. Customer service is 110%. Megan, Autumn, Drew and Shleby, you guys have made this whole stressful process a blessing. I can't brag on you enough. Megan you going to bat to make things right when my adjuster was being an absolute last butt.
