CHASE & CALEB ARE AWESOME. They try hard to get the parts we need and if they don't have it they get it in usually by the next day. I appreciate their hard work to get us the parts we need and it makes my job easier!!

I didn t use them for parts, but I did break down outside their lot and pulled in and they had great service and allowed me to leave my vehicle there over night. Thank yall a lot.

If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Staff is reliable & friendly. They've always had the parts I needed, even when no one else did. Prices are great & Shipment was surprisingly fast too. Lately it's hard to come by awesome customer service, the exact products you need, reasonable prices & fast shipping all at the same time so these guys are my new go-to for truck parts.

I knew about this shop since I moved to Texas in 2017. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Competitive prices and great location makes this shop perfect for all my trucks needs. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

First time here and let me tell you. This place is the place to go and buy your parts for your truck and repairs in a time. Prices are affordable, the staff are absolutely great. If I could rate it above 5 stars I would.

Usually come here once every three months and not one bad experience with them. They ve done my inspections, brake adjustments, replaced my alternator, and replaced a seal on my belly valve for my trailer.

I just had one of my better shop experiences here. The mechanic knew his stuff and when I questioned why he thought a perfectly good starter needed replaced he didn't get upset but instead explained what was wrong with it. Im glad I took his advice as my starting problems are gone. He also found an electrical problem the dealership didn't think existed. The dealership told me I had leaking injectors, but he found it was only a check ball. The price was also very good in my opinion, more per hour than the dealership, yet the bill was only a fraction of what dealers tend to charge. This is my go to shop from now on.

They don t do work on trucks usually except for what they work on to sell. The parts are retail friendly prices super professional and they did put my alternator on for me good prices quick work

Radiator blew out. They got me in that morning, had the radiator in stock and back on the road in no time! Very good, very friendly, and affordable. Hope I don't break down again any time soon, but if I do, I hope it's near these guys!

I can't thank these guys enough for the great service and fair pricing that they have given us since we opened our plant in Caddo Mills. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. We even use them for parts ordering for our mixers and haul trucks because they get us the RIGHT parts the FIRST time.

Take me one hour before closing and get me back on the road same day. As a owner operator these are the unsung heroes behind our thriving businesses. Mechanic was very knowledgeable went straight to the issue. The lady's in the office very respectful and let you feel welcome. Thanks guys.

Sometimes if your lucky God will just throw you one, I called May 12 9:30am for a price estimate on clutch, rear seal and front structure and was told "let me get the price on everything and I'll call you back in 10 to 15 minutes... well it's May 15 and I'm still waiting! Sometimes recommendations are not as good as they sound.

was great now not so much took bf 3 weeks to get his truck back and didn't even get everything he wanted done done lost a customer I'm shur! Expected maybe a week not 3!! family of 6 here!!

Do not even try to deal with these people! Definitely do not try to obtain a state inspection from them! They do not want to do it. They are going to tell you they are either too busy or it is past the cut off time for them to do a state inspection. This time is not posted and when asked I was given two different times by two different employees. When I asked where this time was posted they became angry because we re caught with differing times. These are not the good-natured people as described in some of the other reviews, many of which are obviously fake reviews posted by them or their friends. These people were full of attitude, almost angry that I had disturbed them and seemed very inbred. This is the last place I would take any machinery to be worked on especially diesel. The state inspection on a trailer only takes 5 minutes and there were no other customers there, wonder why! I hated to even give them one star but I had to so that I could post a genuine review.
