I stopped in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the THREE women that did the oil change. These women that work here are amazing! They really know what they are doing and they are FAST! Whomever is in charge of hiring and training here is on their game! Good job!

Came here with my mom for her oil change and the manager was very nice. Came back today for my cars oil change. Again, great service! Reagan helped me and was very professional and nice! Made recommendations but didn t push sales on me, which I appreciate. Added wiper fluid and coolant which I was going to do myself. So, thank you to the team!! Satisfied customer who will return!

I had to wait some time however, very personalized service that you don't have to get off your vehicle for oil & filter change nor to pay for it. I little pricy for me personally but everything also had gone up too. The ladies are pretty and knowledgeable.

Been there on 2 different occasions now for oil change and inspection. They either don't have a state inspection on duty or their inspection station is broken. I will just from now on do business elsewhere.

Pulled up to this location and Eugene greeted me. I waited 15 minutes which wasn t a problem at all. I pulled in the bay and he realized he didn t have my oil filter in stock. I asked him why didn t you tell me this while I was waiting he replied I didn t know we didn t have it.A Mercedes had just pulled out of the bay before I pulled in. Eugene shook his head like he was annoyed. He was very rude at the end and I don t appreciate that. I ve never had an issue with this location and this was one my favorite locations, but after this visit I will NOT be back.

The service is somewhat ok. Was thinking about employment but was told by 3 different people that if you are not he she or white your chances are slim to bone. Especially at this location. If it is like that you reap what you sow. Js

Love the women representation. Alyssa and Vanessa performed my oil change today. They were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Vanessa was so nice and explained everything. This was probably the best oil change experience I ve had.

Great experience. Stopped by late one evening last week to get my transmission fluid changed. The crew worked hard to do the job but in the end decided that they were not familiar enough to do it. This is exactly how they should have handled it. They recommended that I come back when the manager, Nic was there which I did yesterday. Long story short, the fluid is changed, and at a far price. 5 stars to the whole crew!

Went in Sunday to get an oil change. The young man approached and asked what I was in for. I said oil change. He himhawed around and eventually got it out that their air compressor was down and they couldn't pump oil. Fine, I'll come back another day. On my way home Monday I called to see if the air compressor was back up. The girl seemed clueless that there was an air compressor issue but went and asked "someone". She returned and said, all is good, we can change your oil, come on in. I headed in only to be greeted by the same young guy that told me yesterday the compressor was down. He asked what I needed and I said oil change. He promptly let me know their air compressor was down and it would take quite a while to get my oil change as they were running on a small compressor. I don't think this kid wanted to change my oil! You can't make this stuff up! I went 1 block down the street to 5 Minute Oil Change. They got me right in. I noticed the guy doing my oil went and filled an oil jug up with oil and poured it into my engine. I asked him what was up with that and he said their compressor was down so he needed to improvise. As they say, whether you think you can or think you can't you're probably right.

I've been to this location 3 times now and have been nothing but impressed. Yesterday we were helped by Alyssa and she was phenomenal, not only customer service wise, but watching her communicate with the rest of the team, and work safely was really nice to see.

Wonderful customer service! I was actually heading to Castrol oil change on John Johns road and pulled into Valvoline by mistake, so glad I did! I explained my financial restrictions once I figured out I was in the wrong place with the wrong coupon and ended up getting out for so much less! Never left my car and it took less than 15 mins. I will be a return customer!!! UPDATE: December 2023, On my latest visit I was told by a seemingly confused attendant that I had, "no steering fluid, I mean not even enough to touch the empty line, I've never seen one totally empty before!".She also mentioned that I had no coolant either. No one made any attempt to rectify the situation so I asked the floor manager(?) , " Sooo... should I go to AutoZone and have someone there put some in for me?" And he answered, ' sure, you could do that.'The following week I had my handyman take a look and he was livid, he said that all my fluids should've been topped of and I should have never been allowed to leave until they did so. They also did not check the psi in my tires like on previous visits. I will not be back.Service: Oil change

This is my go to oil change team. Courteous and very knowledgeable. My full synthetic oil change on f250 was 100 bucks with coupon, very reasonable. My second time here, and I will keep coming back. Thanks

Got my oil changed, tires checked, and my front headlight changed for only some change over $100 and that is really good compared to the last oil change which was almost $200 for my truck. I would not recommend! Waited 1 hour for an oil change 5 employees stay in the AC, they said it was too hot to work you want be getting may business. Your loosing business, costumers come first.

Had my oil changed and car inspected for registration. They were quite busy so it took a bit before they were able to start on my vehicle, but once maintenance began it moved along rather quickly. Prices were fair and reasonable. They went over everything that was done/checked on my vehicle. I will definitely use them for all my vehicles.

Pulled up and was created by the manager Brian and he was super friendly and so was Curt. They checked everything over and replaced what needed to be. I went to get my oil changed at valvoline because I had a coupon. When I arrived, Eugene came over, I told him what I wanted, and he checked my oil and told me it looked like brand new oil and I probably didn t need to get it changed until another thousand miles or so. My car takes synthetic oil so it lasts longer than what the sticker said. He showed me how to tell if the oil is still new or not. A lot of other places would have had me pay $100 when I didn t really need it but Eugene was honest and saved me some money! Now, regardless of a coupon, I will always come back to valvoline! I thought this location closed at 5pm so I pulled in at 4pm and told the guy I would come back another time because I thought they closed at 5pm. He said not to worry, he d take care of me! Where do people get service like this today!?!? No where! Zandon and Brian serviced my car and did not make me feel like a burden, though I felt bad for getting there when they closed, they quickly made me feel like it was no big deal. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of another customer!! I will always come here.Services: Tires, Oil change

Our first trip here was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not this time. After waiting for them open, we told them we needed an inspection. OK. Another car pulled up, git right in no problem. We were still waiting. The crew was gathered inside talking. I got out of the car to go see what the problem was. That's when they informed me their inspection machine was not "calibrated" and to come back later. Thank you JiffyLube. My car was inspected in less time than I spent in an attempt to get get it done here.
