I pulled up and sat in my car for 15mins and not a single worker came by. I then went inside and ran into a worker coming out of the restroom. He didn't even ask me if I needed anything and just walked back out to the garage. So, I walked back out to my car and up in to the garage to get someone myself.Once I was able to actually get someone to assist me, they were friendly enough and the oil change and inspection didn't take too long. Still, some customer service would've been appreciated.Edited to add: They did not vacuum or clean my windows, as is customary any other place I've gone. They also just handed me the sticker instead of putting it on, which isn't a huge deal, but just underscores the general ambivalence they had towards customers.

When I pulled up to get an inspection and oil change I was told that the "inspector" was on break and I'd have to wait 30 minutes. Which I was fine with. They pulled my truck inside and got the oil change knocked out. My truck then sat there for another 30 minutes until they rang me up at the register.It felt as though they were trying to rush me out. I had to stop them and remind them of the inspection to which they responded with "The guy's on break & it's going to be 30 minutes." They finally got around to it but I was a bit frustrated.

Techs were efficient but no one discussed anything about my vehicle, which had been done in the past. They also did not clean windows, which was also done in the past. I m not sure if they checked tire pressure or not, also a past practice. I did notice new techs and service people so I m not sure if it s training issue or they were just going through the motions. Credit card machine was not operating properly so I had to pay cash. I m not sure if I ll return or find another place in the future.

Jacob replaced our alternator and spent extra time to make sure we were completely taken care of. It meant a lot because it is our only vehicle and we need it to last a long time. We'll definitely be back.

I went to Jiffy lube to have my oil changed. They greeted me took me inside and after inspection told me what I needed and the price. Less than 30 minutes I was finished and they even vacuumed the front floor mats.Great service!!!!!

Super quick in and out in less than 30 minutes. Explained everything in detail and we re not pushy with extra services, but did explain why I would need them.

Went in for my state inspection and as a courtesy they checked my filters. One was pretty gross so I gave the go ahead to change it. I've always complained that my ac/heater doesn't work well but one little filter change made all the difference. I'll be coming back for all my oil changes and state inspections, you guys are awesome!

This place absolutely has no idea what they are doing, they don t know what oil goes in what when greeting a customer, they also don t check anything they should and they lie about it. And leave greasy finger prints on your paint. Totally unprofessional. And when I got a next oil change sticker it was for 9000 miles. I said I wanted it for 3000 miles, so then he gave me one for 2000 miles then argued with me and wanted me to pay again for a new sticker 175 dollars, i told the guy he was a idiot. This location is going to cost people money by neglecting doing there job. They absolutely do not know what they are doing. I ve been there a lot, and always have to tell them how to do there job. People that don t know any better will get a horrible job by them. DO NOT USE THEM!

My visit took a lot longer than it should have because they used the wrong oil. When I drove up, I explained to the Tech that I would like synthetic blend and he repeated back OK, synthetic blend . Well, another tech was putting in the oil as I step outside of the bay door to watch and as they were just finishing up, I realized that they used Conventional oil instead of the synthetic blend, I originally requested. I politely asked them to drain and put in a new filter and use the Synthetic Blend. Then, as I was driving away I realized 3 things were wrong. First, the carpets weren t vacuumed. Second, tire pressure was not adjusted because my rear right was already low so I knew that wasn t completed. Third, on the tag they printed for my windshield, and in the invoice, instead of saying 31, 303 miles, it says 231, 303. I think additional training is required at location 3745, Burleson TX.

Came here two days in a row to get an inspection.First day they couldn t do for an hour and a half even though they only had one inspection in front of me. Second day at 4:30 said the inspector was doing his last one for the day even tho there open till 6:00 and only the one he was working on.They seam to be saying they don t like to do inspections.Guess if I needed my oil changed I d have to make an appointment a week in advance.Sad service!!

Unbelievable! Worst oil change I have ever had.Usually use a oil change place about a mile up the road...was at Harbor Freight so decided to try jiffy lube. Before getting out of my truck I told him full synthetic .they drained my oil...pulled me aside to tell me my oil change was going to be a whopping $225 then told me...after draining my oil...they were out of synthetic. The reason I stopped was Ford had just worked on my engine and used a blend. Well...guess what I got...more blend!!! Feel ripped off!

caleb the state inspector who works here saved me time and money by fixing my blinker and helping me get my lexus to pass inspection. super awesome guy and they were so helpful.5 stars i would deff come back here again!Thank you Caleb tell your boss to give you a raise!that s what i call good service!

Very overpriced 109 dollars for a oil change for a Toyota Corolla for 20 minutes on the time. Then the guy thought he could sell more stuff because he thought I had a lack of knowledge, and then explains to me why he says I need new air filters right now when I told him I was changing them, because he smokes weed in car. That's why he has to change certain filters faster. Plus the air filters are gonna be another 90 dollars, and they're not hard to get to.

I came in about a week ago for an oil change I don't remember the date, but the gentleman name i think Shane was cashing me out and talking about all the other services.Unfortunatly his mannerisms and personal hygiene was not great at all, all I smelt was urine. Also when I was trying to understand what he was talking about he kept getting rude.I also had my son with me 5 yo and he started making weird voices making me and my child really uncomfortable. Unless something is done about that I don't think me and my family will be back

I recently had an Oil Change and Antifreeze from this Burleson TX location and the Service Was 5 Stars!Today I discovered a puddleunder my car and took it back to the same location to check for a hose or waterpump issue. At 80, being single, I was almost frantic being on a Saturday afternoon and an appt out of town on Monday and holiday travels ahead. Jacob assured me he checked out the underside and under the hood for possible leaks andtreated me as kindly as hisgrandmother.Mike was the young man who was so kind my first visit. It's because of such great care and service I Will Always take my car to Jiffy Lube in Burleson TX. These young men represent their company outstandingly.I Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.A Big Thank You to Jacob and Mike.

First of all it took 2 hours to change my oil! I look through window and saw that they were trying to jump my car off which my car is a 2022! I asked why and they said it was dead and that it was probably my bad luck for a bad battery. So I contacted corporate and come to find out the staff had lied to the corporate guy about it all! So I highly don t recommend this place!!

went on Sunday at 3:30pm tried to get an inspection done on an older Ford truck, was told it can't be done today. Went again on Tuesday at 1pm again was told again it can't be done. Either they don't like ford's or they don't want to do an inspection

Very slow. Took almost an hour. There was only one other person but she was there for an inspection. We pulled up at the same time and were finished at the same time. No one else came in for service during that time. The help was rude and looked like they had no clue. Also, when I refused a cabin filter because it was so overpriced, he took $15 off. Why wasn't it that price to begin with? I will not go back.

not great. parked in the front to try and give them my keys. they told me to pull around and pull INTO one of the bays. when i did 5 guys proceeded to literally all scream NOOO!!! when i do so. and then no other direction or anything. guy came to get my keys. didn t ask for my name, phone number, oil type anything. my boyfriend had to go back to ask them if they wanted my info. horrible service. won t be returning.

Anytime I need to have something maintained on my vehicles I bring my car here. They are professional. Work environment is well kept. Knowledgeable in what they do while providing professional customer service. Thanks so much for fixing my brakes.I m back again! This time I had my head lights restored. Can u see the difference? I don't even know how to put my experience in words if I could give these guys 10 stars I would ! from the time I drove up and was greeted by Josh until the time I left everyone was really nice and professional. I was terrified pulling up because my car was making such an awful sound underneath well Josh informed me that it was no big deal that my skid guard had fell and they would be glad to help me out with that .. then Don came in and talked to me about my car I could not believe the professionalism by these two guys who took that extra step to help me out get me back on the road and back to work in no time.

Overcharged for an oil change. Thought it included the inspection. Told me I could not pass inspection due to tint but it has never failed before and nothing has been changed on the vehicle.
