I had a scratch near the headlight on the side and he fixed the scratch fast and nicely. It looks brand new such a good job I was very happy with everything. We've also used them on my husband's car and they did a great job on the bumper. He had hit a cone in the middle of the highway and it's split the bumper. You cannot tell it's been worked on it's just a beautiful job and I recommend them to everyone.

Very disappointed in collision maxx. They had my car for a month. My car sat out front for weeks. We had to call serval times (each time met with rude customer service from the receptionist) before my car was finally moved and worked on. when I received my car my tail light was STILL cracked and my seats still had glass and dirt/water stains in them (my back windshield was busted out from hail causing glass, water stains, and dirt in my back seat) this would have been fine if they didn t bill my insurance $400 for cleaning my seats there is absolutely no way my car was cleaned by them!I suggest taking your business somewhere else-This place will keep your car way too long as stated by other reviews (which I should have read )- not fix everything that needs to be fixed- and bill your insurance for things that were never done!Pictures below of are my tail light when I received my car and the color of the water after cleaning just ONE seat that was allegedly cleaned already

They sold my car with out my consent. They told me they were waiting for parts for months and months. They failed to even call me or get anything done. Now my car is gone and someone else has a title for it. Crazy how twisted and dirty this place is. Never ever take your car here.

If you plan on avoiding using your insurance here for repair, prepare to be patronized and spoken to like a child.They don't have my name because I never left my car with them. Showed up to ask about services

They have now had my car for 6 months. They have been paid for all repairs by insurance, but keep claiming it is till in work. It had 5 days worth or repairs total needed. Martin the service manager is a liar and a coward. Never take anything to Collision Maxx.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Update . Been what like 6 months !!!!!!! They said Its ready but it wont stay started so did they really fix it watch out. They hid the bad reviews. There are WAY MORE bad reviews if you can find them all. Worst experience of my life. EVER.They have had my daughters car for more than a month. Told her it would be about a week. They put you off. Dont call back. They are rude right up to the owner. Customers are a bother. Dont be fooled. It s Christmas and this family has no vehicle. Merry Christmas to this poor family.Still have my daughters car. Going on 3 months. Yep 3 months. With a job and kids to take to school. 3 months. They will take your name but wont call back. Its way past ridiculous.Its now been so long i have lost count. Been since about sept 2022 ? Its almost May 2023. Car is ready but battery is dead and thats not their problem. So if it doesn t run . Did they really fix it. I think not.

The guys up here were definitely more attentive to detail and got my truck fixed and back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I've gone to other places nearby in the past that my insurance suggested and they took forever and the paint job and repair was sub par. Unlike those places, this place does such an emasculate job! Martin at the front is very knowledgeable and honest and they even were able to get my deductible taken care of! I give them 5 stars based on quality of the work, timelines, communicative dialogue throughout the whole ordeal, and top notch customer service.

Took my vehicle In for repairs. Professional work and fast turn around. Front desk staff was professional and nice to get everything going. Definitely would take my vehicle again and recommend them

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My car was hit in the front and should have taken 1 or 2 weeks at most to repair. I had to call them for updates they never called me. They had my car nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting for one part. The people are nice I think they just don't have any organisational skills. Hiley Hyundai where I bought my car new recommended CollisionMaxx and I intend to write them as well about my dissatisfaction with this company.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped my car off with front end damage. I was told it would take 2 weeks, maybe 3 to complete. Went through the standard supplement and procedures that more damage was found and insurance need to approve. Insurance approved and emailed me as well and Collision Maxx said it would take an additional week. I called exactly one week and was told a few more days. Not all the parts had come in. I called again the following week and was told a few more days. We are now at week 6 with no car. My insurance had reached its limit with the rental. I called again and they told me 2 more hours. After 4 hours I went up there and the front end of the car is off and he proceeded to tell me that they found a crack in the radiator. How do you not know this on the front end when you assess for more damages and ask for the supplement!! I had called over 14 times during this process. Not once did they ever reach out to me. Once I did get my car back they had not filled it up with freon or reset the sensors. Told me i had to take it to a dealership. This is something they are supposed to do! Now at the dealership they told us this is a full 8 hour process that Collision Maxx should have handled. Lack of customer service and follow up! Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

My wife took her car here well over a month ago and it is still not ready yet. it needed minor repairs and they are giving her the run around the secatery said that the technician wouldn't be in until after 10am this is a horrible place to take your car to.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly and professional, did an excellent job on my mercedes can't tell the hood was ever damaged. I am very Happy with their work and the end results and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend this shop they know their business again very professional and always willing to please.

I am giving this repair shop 5 stars. They have been absolutely wonderful in the repair process keeping me updated with my insurance and when my repairs will be complete on my car. Even better not having to pay my full deductible! A big 10 stars to Jenny for being a huge help texting me everyday on the status! Thank you Collison Maxx & Jenny!!

Do not take your vehicle here! They cut corners, and tell you excuses on why the job wasn't done. The fender they fixed is unaligned. I heard many excuses as to why they were out with personal problems causing delays in my repairs. There's this one bump on the side my bed in which they supposedly did painless dent repair, looks like they banged it out with a hammer. They are a sorry excuse for a business. These other reviews with 5 stars have to be made up. I m so sorry I trusted this place with my vehicle. As for your lifetime warranty we don t have time to take it back after insurance stops paying for rentals.

I cannot think of one positive thing to say about Collision Maxx. Let me start with myelderly Mother's car. First they kept her car for over two months and there wasn't that much damage to her car. Every time I would call the secretary, I think her name was Jennifer, she was rude and would lie. When we finally got her car back the mirrors did not match. So I took it back and they kept the car another two weeks. Jennifer said they had to order the paint. All this time my mother had no car!My son and his friend had about the same horrible experience. They were offered a 100 dollars for a referral, and they had to call and call to get that. They kept my son's friends car for two months and did a horrible job.Please think before using Collision Maxx, you will definitely be disappointed! !

I got into a wreck (t boned) and I brought to collision max and paid for them to replace the bumper and repaint it. I get it back and my bumper is a whole different color than the rest of the car. I took it to a mechanic to get everything else fixed and took it back to collision max to repaint it again it s still not the color but I ll let it slide but on my way home in my car the whole thing starts to shack and tremble sounds like a 18-wheeler having a blow out. So I took it to my mechanic and collision max not screwed in my tires all the way so they were on the edge of hoping off my car. Will never come here again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you for doings a great job. I wrecked my car really bad but collision max fixed it up great.the whole front-end was crushed and air bags blown out..they replaced everything new and had the air bag light reset and everything. The paint work is perfect with no flaws.i love you guys. I would definitely recommend collision maxx.

I took my truck in to get hail damage fixed on 3/21/16. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the work completed because I was one of the first people to drop off my truck. I didn't get the truck back until 4/20/16. I noticed several issues right away with the truck. The truck was filthy, there was a new scratch on the drivers door, the center console was cut up from tools, trim work wasn't re-installed on top of the cab, and the 3rd brake light on the cab wasn't fixed. I new the light wasn't fixed. I new the brake wasn't fixed because the light came on when I started the truck. All they said was that if I came back on Friday they would install the trim and see about buffing out the scratch. It rained that night (4/20/16) and the inside of the truck flooded. I called and took it in that day to get looked at. They brought the brake light in and showed it to me. It was apparent that they didn't put a new gasket on it and just slapped it back on the truck. So, they said they fixed it by getting another gasket. It rained again on 4/21/16 and the inside flooded again. This time their response was that they had to order a new light kit because you just can't by the gasket. That to me proves that they just tried to rig it to get it out of their shop.The light still hasn't been repaired and none of the other issues have even addressed by then. It rained again last night and of course the inside of the truck is wet again.I talked to the owner on 4/29/16 about getting the light fixed and a new headliner since it had been wet 3 times since this all started and his response was "WHY SHOULD I PAY $1,000.00 TO PUT A NEW HEADLINER IN FOR YOU WHEN IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT IT HAILED"Well, it's not your fault that it hailed but is your fault that it wasn't repaired correctly and then you tried to just rig it to get by. You also claim 100% warranty on your work and that is your responsibility.Not one single issue I have has been corrected at this point.One of the employees had even said that the truck should have been detailed because the insurance covers that.I will never recommend this to any one. They say anything to get you in the door then do very unacceptable work and refuse to fix their mistakes.Everyone should definitely steer clear of this place of business.It isn't unreasonable to want your vehicle to come out of the shop and not have new issues that weren't there previously. I was told to come in today 5/21/16 and they would change the light out, put the trim pieces on and at least clean the headliner. When I got there today, I was informed that the owner had sent back the brake light and wasn't going to fix it. They didn't even have the decentcy to call I wasted my time and gas. They actually did put the trim pieces on but that was it. They are refusing to fix any of the issues that they caused. Not good business practices in my opinion.

I couldn't find the review page for Watauga/Ft Worth area. We sent both of our cars off separate times from the hail damage! Stupid insurance company only wanted to give $500 for both of our vehicles and Mario and his coworkers got them to insure all the damage. I had a 2016!! I was determined to get it back to brand new considering it was only 2 months old if that when the hail came.My car is back to tip top shape. :) It only took a bit longer because of the insurance company but still had it back to me within 3 weeks.People complaining about slow service and crap must be close minded because I am pretty sure they have limited people for the mass over flow! They did a GREAT job with my car.Mario came and got my car and dropped off because I had kids at home and worked night shift which eased my mind so we just happen to have an extra car so I didn't have to rent even though that was covered also.My husband got extra work done and he is A-OK and happy with all the extras they did.Will definitely refer people to them. Mario also had hook ups on the roof and property damage so all around helped us a lot.This is for Watauga/Ft Worth Area CMaxx

I was really impressed with the quality work done in a timely manner. This place has the nicest people to work with. I would never take my car anywhere else other then collision maxx. I definitely recommend them

Where do I start.... Do not go here!!!!!!! Be sure to get everything in writing!! He will change what he says. Was told my car was going to be finished 5 weeks ago. I was able to pick it up today. Went to start it and they let the battery die.. had to get it jumped before I left. As I was leaving saw my windshield was cracked and turned around. They tried to tell me it was from the wreck. Luckily I have photos I took when I dropped it off. Was told that they cannot guarantee that they will fix it or know when it might get fixed... They did not fix everything that was on the estimate. The body gaps look like crap.The "loaner car" they give was a death trap! All the electronics would shut off randomly, could not go over 70, if you roll down the back window you couldn't roll it back up, and it had a tire that I had air up every two days. that was the second one, the first one overheated by the time I got home and I had to take it back. I live 2 miles away... you might save a Little bit of money but not worth it!!!!

Last year I put my van in the Collision Maxx Haltom City shop. They were professional, courteous. 48 hours later I picked it up and it was cleaned inside and out.Last week I took my vanCollision Maxx in Burleson. I was happy to find the same professional, caring attitude. They took care of every thing my insurance, car rental and there was no out of pocket cost.

I needed a new Headlight Assembly. Mainly for the Turning Signal. The Receptionist was very sweet and helpful! The technicians were honest, great work and quick! They work with you greatly!!I will be coming back here again!! Thanks again guys!

These guys and Gals are Fantastic to work with the Entire Process. Nice to see that in a Business. Ive got a 2018 F-150. Looks better than brand new. Cant even tell Bambi ran into it. Thanks Martin Go Cowboys!
