This place is in desperate need of a refresh, both in the facility and the people. I try to avoid stopping here because it s old, dirty and the staff are rarely friendly. Product on the shelves at times is expired and it just feels dirty. The last time I stopped was for a much needed energy drink. The signs on the door indicated a sale. When I got to the register I was told the sale had ended. They failed to honor the price even though it was still signed. To make it worse, the cashier yelled to the manager who was in the back, it s still signed but I charge regular price, right? Wow, wow and wow. I can t wait till the new 7-11 opens at 281 and 46 so all the neighborhood finally has a clean store again.

Little toothpick, white boy with blue eyes blonde hair told me the restroom didn t work while he stared me up and down obviously racist. I still help myself to the restroom. Even though he told me it was out of order and it worked 100% no problem. How rude and disrespectful.

Deserves 0 stars! Let me make this clear, I am HIGHLY offended how I was racially profiled at this location. I work as a tree trimmer and usually have a protective face mask and safety glasses to cover my face while on the clock. I'm a Black Man and This store was my go to for drinks and snacks after I trimmed trees around the area to ensure everyone has power. The so-called owner who was standing on the side of the front counter watched me casually shop and collect the items I wanted with no problem. As I walked to step in line he demanded I take my mask and glasses off in front of everyone in the store which was extremely embarrassing. I was looked at like I was a criminal even though I had just a bottle of sprite and a Snickers and Cheetos in my hand. I explained to him I was a regular and the employees see me there all the time but he didn't care and still insisted I remove my safety coverings because in his words "he never saw me before". Very rude behavior. I simply told him I wouldn't be back and place all my items back in their designated spot. He gave me a half hearted apology after sensing he was being ridiculous. I did not respond to it on my way out. Even another customer who was Caucasian stopped me and said that was very strange he demanded that of me. Definitely lost me as a customer. Will not be visiting anymore. Stay away if you're African American and see the Hispanic male "owner" present.

I agree with the previous sentiment. This establishment is racist and the gas is expensive. Even though they are across the street from me, I'd rather run out of gas on 281 before I step foot in this place again. They kept their eyes on me as soon as I walked through the door until I left. As if I'm going to steal something with my toddler.

If i could give stars in the negatives, i would. This establishment is racist & deserves to be looked into. Racially profiling my boyfriend who was just getting snacks on his work break, harassing and embarrassing him in front of other customers.

Overcharge on everything in the store compared to anywhere else. Most items I've bought are over a dollar more than anywhere else. Parking always sucks. Place doesn't seem to care about anything but making money. No upgrades done in years. Yet over charge you for everything. Rip off store.

People are in search of gasoline after Hurricane Harvey... They have their pumps off. The attendant on duty at 11:15am on 9/2/17, turned them on for her friend... But, so much for the rest of us. When a gentleman had the nerve to politely question her on why she turned them back off, she threatens to call the police... Awesome!
