Would highly recommend to everyone.They are thorough, honest, and fair. They have worked on major engine issues all the way down to basic oil changes for us. Fantastic work!

Town and Country tire are a really down to earth shop with honest hard working people. They have done a number of repairs for us and always stick with their estimate. If anything comes up with a repair they call to inform and disscuss options. Town and country also stand behind the work they do. We really trust them to do a good job on our vehicles.

I went to get my car inspected and was prepared by the receptionist that I could take a little while. Even though they were clearly very busy with other customer's cars I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got the true sense these are hard working honest people who care about people and service.

Don't know anything about cars,trust them 100 percent to take care of my vehicles. They fix what needs to be fixed and notify me of problems. Kind of like my doctor ,know zero about that either. She keeps me going.

Let me preface this review by stating that cannot speak intelligently regarding the ability of the mechanics at the establishment. I have never has a repair carried out by them.That said, I go to this establishment at least three or four times a year to have registration inspections carried out, therefore this is my only point of reference. To say there is a general disdain towards their customers is putting it extremely lightly, it is as though a customer should feel privileged to be entertained by whomsoever is residing at the reception desk!! When you are actually acknowledged, which can take a while, the receptionist seems to take an unusual pleasure in making fun of clients on the phone, they even deign to include waiting customers in the frivolity. It would appear they take pleasure in giving a potential customer just enough information to scare them out of using theirs vehicles, then telling them how busy they are and that they will not to be able to look at, let alone repair their vehicles for a considerable time. Once service is provided, should they make an error, such as giving you an inspection certificate for a vehicle you didn t bring in and don t own, be prepared to wait, along with being questioned are you sure you didn t bring this car in When the unthinkable (they made a mistake) is considered to be possible, you will then be told wait. Why? Well we need to screw over some other people first before we can address you issue!! Get in line

Town and Country has always been our go to for our car service needs. They are detailed to every repair and are honest with their pricing. We have had zero issues with all the repairs we have had done on vehicles. Mike and his team are awesome and do their best for ever customer that comes here. Can't think of a better car shop than this place.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

They always take care of me even if it s just to air up my tires. They are reasonable priced and they treat you like family. The Gragg family will continue to take our vehicles to them.

We took our vehicle here for maintenance and the price came in less than expected. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind. I genuinely appreciate the level of service I have recieved here. I have found my new mechanics.

About a year ago my AC quit working so I brought it in and and it was my compressor Mr. Jerry got me fixed right up. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Yesterday my AC quit working again so I took it by and it was just a wire and Jerry had me fixed up and ready to go in less than 45 minutes. My truck let me down the other day and I called a wrecker. He showed up at the front of Brookshires and towed us home. All the way home I tried to think where to take it to get it fixed that it wouldn t cost me an arm and leg and the driver suggested Town and Country. They got it running that day and I couldn t be happier. Mike is a good guy and they are my shop from now on.

Town & Country has helped me out more than once! These folks work hard to make sure our vehicles back up and running ASAP.. and their prices are fair. It is so convenient having them nearby. For many many reasons, this is my go-to any time any of my vehicles are down. It's nice to have technicians I trust - very dependable, fair, and accommodating.

Great experience with these guys and more proof that it's always better to buy LOCAL. After shopping the big tire shops I finally called and spoke with Mike and he helped me figure out the right setup for my truck. The long and short is he saved me a ton of time and money and set my truck up just right along with fixing my brake issues in the same day. He also gave me a ride to and from my house while they did they work. I would recommend these guys for any automotive work including lifts, tires, power sports maintenance/ repair. Good people.

They did not want to fix my car, said it was too much for them to handle, and was very rude. Would have been over a $2,000 job for them.

Best mechanics I have found in the Tyler. Both times I have been there the job was less than the estimate given.When does that ever happen? And they were able to fix my dad's rim that the dealer wanted $900 for... For a lot less. I will go nowhere else. Can't recommend them enough...

They r awesome just got my car out of the shop about 2 weeks prior to taking it here the last place I spent 600 just to get it out for them to tell me I needed a new motor and town & country replaced my starter and it's good as new. Needless to say I want be taking it anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable about what could be done , should be done. was given estimate first and choices we had. All staff including office staff very sweet and knowledgeable and they we very efficient with their time to make repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone.!!

The least helpful people/business I think I've ever encountered. You walk up ready to give them your money and they just stare at you. Extremely unprofessional.There should be a sign out front that reads 'We don't want your business'

The work we needed done on my wife's SUV was done in a prompt manner, and was done right the first time. While I felt it might have been a little bit high, I didn't have the experience or the right tools to do the job, so it was worth the price we paid.

Very prompt and affordable service. They are not out to gouge you for parts and labor. I will always take my vehicle to them for any repair work

This place is the best place to ever get my car fixed, they tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and only charge you for what you need specifically, and by that I mean if you come in there and try to get an oil change they only do the oil change and don't try to talk you up about nonsense that you don't need for your vehicle, these people are awesome and I recommend them to everybody

If your looking for a inspection guy who will drive like a 10 year old, flat spot your front tires and disrespect your vehicle to no end... this is the place to go! I would say its just one bad apple but this wasn't the first time. And these are the kind of people who work on your vehicle as well....
