They did an excellent job as far as washing. The only problem I have is they barely touched the windows especially inside. They looked the same after as they did before I brought it in.

While being detailed my car ended up with a dent in the hood. The manager denied any responsibility blaming it on me and claiming the car was dirty when I brought it in! When pointing out it was not there when I brought it in he threatened to call the police on me. When I assured him that would be fine he stopped threatening. I pointed out that the car was still dirty in the wheel wells and tires! He washed it again but did not detail the tires! The interior was really done well to point out a positive! I have never written a negative review in my entire life but I never intend to return to this business!

They removed the floor mats to vacuum,but didn't put them back. We didn't notice till later. They said they didn't have them and we were just out of luck. Won't be going back after being a regular customer.

My husband was just there. He always jokes with this one employee. The gal at the desk said he offended her. He said I was just joking and she knows that. She you don't have to come back. We have to tell them every time to redo something.

Loved it. The wait was short. The service, great. The workers, outstanding. Management, beautiful people. The prices can and do change with this type of bussiness. What I paid today could be different in 5 years . Therefore I will say as of today ,its worth it. Loved the old fashioned hands on service. Give em a try before you drive on by.

Yesterday 12/13/22, I took a 2003 Dodge Caravan with YEARS of West Texas red dust & oil stains to have detailed. The folks did an amazing job; interior looks like new, smells great, and they did the mats & dash cover.Definitely recommend for detailing. They do require an appointment for auto details. They have to hand wash my Dully Truck because it won't fit through the washer. They always do a great job. It is 41.00 dollars to had wash a truck.

Brought our pick up in and we had 2 indented scratches on the rear fender. The manager did all he could to say they weren't at fault. The interior was vacuumed, but the doors and dash weren't cleaned or wiped down. Claimed an extra charge

UPDATE>>>>> The owner called me and offered assistance, so I'm very grateful for that and I appreciate it. The buff marks came out with a magic eraser so very happy about that. He said if I bring it back, he'll re-do it himself. Very nice of him to reach out and fix the issues... >>>>> Scratched my car! ....and did a horrific job. I paid for the top package for both inside and out. There are literally still bugs on my car - not just one or two - A LOT! There are black scuff/scratch marks all over my car, not just a few - all over. I originally told them not to use the buffer but they said they put a new pad on for every car so I told them to go ahead; big mistake. Along with the bugs and black scratches (I'm PRAYING a magic eraser will get out, but will probably need touch up paint from dealer), there are streak marks not only on the window as you would expect from someone who doesn't care about their job, but all over the body as well. I'm sure you can guess, the inside is not done well either. This is a new Lincoln Navigator that I paid a lot of money for - I wish they would have more respect for people's property than they did and maybe a little more pride in their work. Obviously will NOT be back and I wouldn't recommend that you go there either.

The worst place I've ever taken my truck. I had them vacuum and clean the cabin of my car and it was as dirty as it was when I brought it to them. Not to mention my paint was scratched up on the fenders. I had my truck detailed there and the attention to detail was atrocious. When i picked it up the floor mats were dripping wet, the seats were wet (when pressed water came out of the seat), they didn't clean all of my truck, even the center console (that had nothing in it) wasn't even vacuumed out. I will be lucky if my car doesn't attract mold (had to vacuum out my truck AFTER i detailed it here just to get the water out). When I called down there to voice concerns they said i could take it back down there and they would "make it right", but that is a terrible way to run a business. A business should do it the right the first time after having someone's car for a full day (and getting $150 to do it). Avoid this place at all cost and save yourself the time and money.

Great Car Wash with a personal touch. Many options to choose from on the type and range of interior as well as external cleaning. If I have one complaint it is that they could do a better job of cleaning the windows and rims of our vehicles.

Terrible customer service and the wash itself is very poor for what you pay. And leaving the driver doors open while the vehicles are in line to be washed serves no logical purpose. People don't want their interiors exposed to the outside elements nor do they want someone to be able to just walk up and take something out. Use common sense, improve your customer service, improve the quality of the wash and add monthly plans then you might have a decent operation there.

They charge $28. For a wash and vacuum, no cleaning inside. And the wash was horrible. Will never return. Plus my mirrors folded in automatic not will not! Terrible Business!Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

These men and women up here do amazing work with any vehicle in any condition. From brand new cars you just want cleaned up to the dirtiest cars you can imagine. Definitely without a doubt the best in town!!! Gotta check them out!!!

They use to be a really good car wash and detail. Now you only get good service if you pay big buck for a full detail. And they charge extra for washing floor mats. And extra to wash the bed of your truck out. Don't vaccum the door pockets and don't clean cup holders unless you pay extra. Pretty sad.

This place has gone down hill. When picking up my car, found it unsatisfactory. When pointing out wax spots, hair in my unshampooed carpet, my dirty unshampooed floor mats, dirty tires and wheels, told the person wiping it off wax spots they left that that looks better. He said it looks better than when it came in is what I got to say about it . Then he walked off. When I ask the manager about it, he told me to take it to someone else if they can do it better . Then he walked off. I can t believe anyone gets good service there unless they have friends working there. Used to be a good place to get your vehicle cleaned. I will never go there again. And I will spread the word.

The employees of the day were young and most of them seemed apathetic about working. One of the workers was smoking a vape. Work was good, so at least the job was completed.

Still streaks and dirt on exterior. Interior was wiped down for sure. Hardly any cleaning. And lots of dust/dirt still left. Dirt that was in back of pickup bed was blown all across the paint on the bed. Not impressed.

I payed a lot of money to get my truck cleaned and they left my interior almost as dirty as it was before I had it "cleaned". Would not recommend if you care about your money or vehicle. Very disappointed

Bad vacuuming, cleaning carpets, wiping out pockets in doors, and on dash, vents still filthy. Winsheid a mess next morning. Worked on it more but failed. Never will go back, should have offered refund. Very rude and disrespectful. Totally BAD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid 17$ and I still have dirt on my doors, they didn t even touch my cup holder , windows have hand prints which were not there before, looks like they only vacuumed the front

Pretty busy. Did a decent job. Took extra time to make sure it was vacuumed throughly. I would go back.
