Was sent a letter from I think it was Dodge to take my truck here to get air bags changed ... brought my truck in sat for 4 hrs they still did fix my airbags plus I had bought 5 -five dollar coupons for Starbucks for my sister's birthday they were taken looked throughout the whole cab . I know they didn't just walk off by their selves. I would not recommend leaving anything of value in you vehicle if you do use them.

I've been using this place as my preferred body shop for about 5 years and have always been pleased with the results. I used to go to a place in Decatur but after my first trip here I decided to switch permanently. The wife and I have too many vehicles and between hitting deer, my mother-in-law "Crash", and owning a ranch, we have been here too many times but always with good results. The one complaint I had was with the former bodyshop manager but the new manager eliminates that one minor unpleasantness. I've even taken them my vehicles just to have them detailed which has been well worth the money.

We have had our van in the shop for the same accident twice and about to be 3 times. I am still having issues. The communication has been terrible. Now they have to contact a 3rd party since they can t repair the vehicle. They even said dirt was causing a door to rub, I have lived in the country 3 years never had an issue until now. They keep putting us off now. I would not ever recommend them for collision work what so ever.I update my reviews as situations change. Sat down with Mr. Hooks today and discussed the issues. Very rare you actually have a sit down with the owner and really work to find a good solution. Thank you for taking the time from your day to sit and discuss the situation and coming up with a good solution.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Hands down the best auto body shop I ve ever been to! Quality is honestly better than that out of the factory. Paint is beautiful.Ralph handled my repair with the highest level of professionalism. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, provided me with clear expectations along the way, and answered all the questions I threw at him with a smile on his face!I will most certainly be coming back to visit Ralph next time I m in need of a reliable, high quality auto body shop!!

So months ago back in October I had been rear-ended got great service then but they changed their manager due to paperwork issues as my car was returned back to me then they said so I paid more money I kept telling them still do the vehichle is not fixed which could be in the frame the doors don't close correctly sensors go off all the time and I get nowhere they tries to tell me it's dirt so just in case I fixed that nope still bad they never call swore they were getting insurance to approve a kia dealership but insurance hasn't heard from them since Dec 2012 worst mistake I made
