Jay the salesman worked with my Daughter for a week. She is a single mom and Jay bent over backwards to get her into a safe and dependable vehicle and what she could afford. Go to Principle Hyundai of Boerne and ask for Jay and see what he can do for you.

I just purchased a new car from this Dealership, I live in Dallas and was shopping for the best value of the car I wanted. I was introduced via phone to Andrew Morgan, my sales Consultant. I cannot speak highly enough about this man, he was incredibly professional and was courteous, not to mention efficient. The dealership did not mark up the MSRP like the Dallas dealerships were doing to ridiculous amounts, and on top of that he personally delivered my vehicle to my house in North Dallas.I will always consider consulting Andrew First before making a move on a vehicle and will also make sure my family does the same. Also was pleased to be working with a Veteran, and congrats to PrincipleAuto for honoring our Veterans, Andrew Morgan was great to work with and truly an asset to your group.I love my new car, but was so impressed with the service that Andrew delivered!!!

Pros: - Easy to use scheduling on the web- Quick service with a very comfortable waiting area- Full report on car's inspection plus recommended services via a web page link texted to your phone.Cons: - Internet Scheduling doesn't coordinate with Parts on availability. Be sure to call them to ensure they have the part. I had to come back a week later due to this issue (-1star)Item of note: Need a Hyundai dealer near 1604 N and 281!Went to Principle Hyundai after RedMcComb's Hyundai asked me (and other customers) to leave my car for up to 10 days before they could look at it. Yep, just leave it until they have time.I'm glad I went to Principle because the service was excellent.Principle has a great and easy to use website to book service. Text messages to remind me of my upcoming appointment were also appreciated. Staff were respectful, friendly and responsive My advisor came out to meet me upon arrival, greeting me by name. Principle Infiniti is next door, and I got to use their waiting room which if very comfortable. You won't regret waiting!As noted, Internet Scheduling doesn't coordinate with the Parts department, so it is possible that they won't have the part on your scheduled day. I'm not sure why no one from the service department follows up on scheduled appointments since that is a known issue.

They were nice and helpful. Husband ended up buying a car there. Sales people weren't overly pushy.
