Joe Hudson Collision Center did extensive remodeling on our ford f-350 after some significant hail damage in April of last year. They have always been so great and done an excellent job communicating with us and standing behind their work! They had to fix something small recently and they made it quick and easy and also cleaned the truck up inside and out while they had it. The little details go a long way and this place never disappoints! Thank you all for your excellent work.

Excellent service and honest work. After hitting several deer, I filed a claim with my insurance and took it to Joe Hudson's. Would definitely recommend Joe Hudson's for anyone with an insurance claim or any body work. Their staff, estimators, and techs are very thorough and honest. The process would seamless.When I picked up my truck it was detailed inside and out and even all the items and tools in my truck were organized.10 out of 10!

Leslie and Rodney were amazing. I was kept informed every step via texts. The ease of communication was surprising and much appreciated! There were some delays due to parts not being available but thanks to the staff I knew about them well in advance. Not may businesses can achieve the "I felt like the only customer" benchmark. Well done! All this before even mentioning the quality of work was excellent. My truck looks brand new.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim

Joe Hudson did a great job on our 2016 Lexus RX450h that side swiped a tree and did damage all along the driver side of the car including ripping off the rear view mirror and smashing the driver door window. Took a little longer than we would have preferred (52 days) but the work was perfect when returned to us. Paint matched perfectly, every panel aligned like it just came off the factory floor and all components functioned as designed. The staff is responsive and totally transparent as to the status of the work. We even got a guided tour and explanation of the work being done midway during the repair cycle. If you need body work done, make Joe Hudson Collision Center your first choice to go to.

Great experience. They often sent automated text updates so I never had to call about the status of my repair. It was ready early. The staff was friendly and helpful too. We ve used them twice for repairs.

Excellent customer service from the front of the house to the back of the house. My car was ready a week before expected! Phenomenal experience! Ed was so communicative with me over the course of the months that it took to get the part for my car. He would call me with updates frequently. I enjoyed the fact that they use text messages update me about the status of my car throughout the repairs. They made the whole rental car drop off process easy. Would highly recommend for any repairs. My Tesla looks as good as new!

Nice people and decent service, but they installed my front bumper incorrectly.After they agreed it was improper installation, they said they d order the part I need. That was over 6 weeks ago, and I haven t heard from them. This is an inconsequential plastic bracket (not some exotic sensor or computer assembly), so I don t think it s procurement issues. Tried to call and they couldn t accept messages because the mailbox is full. Of course.3/5 stars.EDIT: Got a call back from them, they ve been going through some staffing issues and had to put me on the back burner. Understandable. To their credit, Ed is very kind, attentive, and understanding and helped me schedule a time to correct the issue.Review bumped to 4/5 stars.

I got sideswiped on the highway in August. I took my car to Joe Hudson's and I could not even believe it when I picked it up this morning! It literally looks like a brand new car and it's probably added thousands of dollars to the value thank you guys I'll never go any other place!!

I can't recommend Hudson's Collision Center enough. I had some parts missing on my trim and they were able to see me the same day I called and replace the retaining clip in 10 minutes while I waited.The entire staff was extremely helpful and professional in every interaction. This is the kind of place you wish every mechanic was like. You can trust them to get the job done without trying to take advantage of you.Service: Body & Trim

I could not imagine a smoother, friendlier, more professional group of people to work with than those that helped me get my car repaired at Joe Hudson. From their kind guidance in the beginning, to the professionalism throughout the process, you couldn't ask for a better experience in collision repair. The people were so friendly; they kept in touch, through texts, to keep me up to date where my vehicle stood in the process of repair. Had my vehicle worked on here and literally had the best experience in service since owning vehicles. I had a laundry list of items needing fixed and my truck was done in a under 2 days. Cole from service kept me informed of every step of the way and even made recommendations on how to secure my vehicle against theft attempts moving forward. His dedication and attention to detail is exemplary. I appreciate the service department for taking care of my truck as well. You are the people behind the curtain but you definitely deserve credit. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here next time you are needing it. I also wanted to thank Mike for coordinating everything to make this possible. The team even cleaned up my tires before returning my truck back to me! Thanks everyone for your hard work!

I have never had such a WONDERFUL experience at any collision center I ve ever been to! I brought my car in for repairs after hitting a deer and they got my car done SO fast and kept me updated on everything going on! And everyone was SO friendly and nice! They even detailed the car which was an amazing touch in my opinion! This will always be my go to place for repairs!
