Undeniably THE NUMBER 1 place for ANY and ALL your diesel needs!!If you re 2nd guessing the quality of this shop then you don t deserve to be a diesel owner.2012 F250 6.7 PowerstrokeI had my truck worked on in Oct 2023 by another shop for a Rear seal, Main seal, upper and lower pan gasket, crank case, oil cooler, ccv delete and reroute, starter, new terminals , and BCM replacement to make my lights work properly again. I spent some good money to get this done. A week later it was ready for pick up. I picked up the truck and low and behold my truck broke down 2 batteries and 4 months later. Truck wouldn t start so i called SAS Towing and they picked up my vehicle and recommended Hamons Diesel after i told him who worked on the truck prior , he said that shop was next to his facility and that they do sketchy work. So i had it Towed to Hamons Diesel per his recommendation. Not even 30 min after it was dropped off i got a call from Randall saying that there was a massive oil leak and a number of other red flag issues. At first i thought he was lying cause i just had it worked on but he told me the only thing that was done was the lower pan gasket. As you would assume i was absolutely livid. So i told them to fix anything and everything they can find and document everything with pictures every step of the way. I made a down payment to kick things off and a little under 3 weeks and a few phone calls my vehicle was ready for pickup!! When I arrived the team at Hamons went above and beyond for my vehicle. Everything previously mentioned was replaced and fixed and they even went a step further and added a few changes to some pipes that busted and replaced em so i wouldn t lose boost or have cooling issues. I was given a 1 year warranty for any parts they replaced incase issues do arise. This truck is a beast now literally. No issues and complaints or concerns.Thank you guys so much you have no idea how grateful i am for you.For those who want to know yes i 3300 % got my money back from the other shop when confronted, He admitted he had only done the lower gasket.

Excellent shop! Very good work and communication. Competent, honest and friendly staff who studied and worked to solve the problem instead of taking the easy (and expensive) route. They worked with my warranty and were reasonably priced and quick despite being very busy. Rustin and Hamons is a great mechanic for Bertram or anywhere!

They guys are awesome. Very reasonable and quick. The fuel pump went out on me in Lubbock, got the car towed back to Bertram. I dropped it off while they were closed. Left a note and keys, they called the next morning and within 2 days had my car back on the road. Thank you so much gentlemen. I would highly recommend them

Excellent experience. The workers were extremely helpful. Our three car hauler trailer had a blowout, and they went above and beyond to help us. Even went to truck Stop to help us out. They were accommodating and just overall nice individuals. Plenty of room for a semi to drive in at there shop.

Recently, I needed a diagnosis on potential wheel damage on my truck after a blowout on the highway. I called a local truck dealer in Liberty Hill for a recommendation on a mechanic, and they highly recommended Hamons Auto.Luckily, Hamons Auto was nearby and he came to look at the damage. He found an issue that I (and others) had missed, and showed me the problem. His estimate was very reasonable.Not only did he do a great job on that repair, there was another separate issue on my truck, which I recently had repaired at another shop, but was not working as well as it should. I asked his opinion, and his diagnosis was spot-on and thorough! And again, his estimate was very reasonable, and the job was done right!I'm really glad I found Hamons Auto. His accuracy in diagnosing problems, quality service, and reasonable cost are hard to find these days in the auto repair business. Reminds me of the good ol days. All employees and owner alike are professional. Randall is honest upfront and fair priced. The best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop and just business in general. I was in the hospital with my wife for our third baby. Randall went out of his way to get my truck picked up from my house and had parts ordered. They are as well fixing a 96 for me, a different shop messed up. Took the compete mess in with a smile and all the confidence to fix it. Just truly a one of a kind place in today's time.Service: Engine repair

Great service with fair price. They install sumo springs and anti-sway bar to help reduce the swaying on my RV. They also did the full alignment the right way compared to Ford truck service shop. They spent hours just to make sure that my RV is properly aligned. Honest and friendly mechanics also.

Great place to take your vehicles for repairs, no matter what needs to be done. He is extremely busy but worth the wait. Honest and a great mechanic. Hard to find both these days.

I didnt get to interact with any of the employees, we dropped a friends car off, however, she had it arranged for us to be able to drop it off after hours, during our normal hours. The parking lot was big enough that it was not difficult to manuver the trailer around in it, and we didnt end up with any flats, so far, so good.

By far the BEST mechanic ever! Randall knows cars! I live 4 hours away and still bring my cars to him. I've been able to call him and explain (in my ridiculous way) a noise I was hearing and he told me EXACTLY what was wrong! He gets the work done right the first time and at the best price. No one else will touch my cars!

I sent my friend with a diesel f250 over there to have the 4wd seals replaced. They called him back and told him he needed the ball joints repaired. He gave the go-ahead, mind you, I had driven this truck 2 weeks prior and heard no noise or notice any problem. I am a mechanic and could not do the work on it because of my busy schedule. Anyway, friend got the truck back after $2500 and could not keep it in the lane all the way home. Brought it back, they left it outside with keys in it all night, was parked there another 3 days and was told he needs a gear box!?! There was NOTHING wrong with the steering on this truck and makes me suspicious on the work needing to be done on the suspension. Wonder why mechanics have such a bad reputation, this is why!!Drove it June 16 2020. Will not stay in lane. Your response is false .If you want me to change this review, call the customer and make it right.

I had my Envoy towed to Hamonds for what appeared to be a fuel pump.As a couple of days went by I was ready to pay $1000.00 or so and I get a call from the lady there saying " your Envoy is ready just a loose connection and no charge!
