They did a great job. Brought the car in for routine maintenance and they found a couple issues I hadn't been aware of that needed to be addressed.They went the extra mile staying late to make sure my car was finished because I needed to have it back for a trip i was going on the next day.Very happy with my experiences here and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for any future work.

Crosstech Automotive is very outstanding! The owners are very professional and very friendly! They're very intuitive and very thorough with explaining any mechanical issues. They do the best the can to also make sure everything is as cost efficient as possible to any related issues. Everyone here truly has heart and it shows when making sure your vehicle is not only good for inspection but for your safety. Any mechanical issues you may have, you can rest assure knowing that they will take care of it. The techs here are very proficient and there is nothing that they can't fix!I love y'all!

I had an emergency starter replacement needed. CrossTech was awesome and was able to replace my starter fast. I called on a Thursday night just before closing and I was able to drop my truck off that night. They even offered to stay late until I was able to get there. The next morning by 9:30 my truck was able to go. They also found my reading low on my battery, but I let them know it was still under warranty at O Reilly. They called O Reilly for me and changed that out also under warranty!!! Amazing customer service. The people there are great, and the communication throughout the whole process was fantastic also. I will definitely use them in the future!!! I Highly recommended.

This place was a godsend ! My car started haveing problems dyeing on me right after Christmas and with 4 kids and a tight budget our safety was their first concern ! The staff is so friendly and I truly felt like they cared about helping me get back on the road , I also received list of some other issues my car was having and they are helping me get those checked off in order of safety first . It so refreshing finding a shop I know has my best interest and budget in mind when having to bring my car in ,And they are kid friendly !!!

Prompt, courteous and pricing was fair. They stayed in touch as progress increased. They took me in the shop to show me the problem which gave me confidence that the work was going to be done properly. Can't recommend them enough.

I called Will @Crosstech and explained that my 2019 F250 needed an oil change, fuel filter change, and my horns were not working. Not only were they able to get all addressed same day but he was also able to apply the horn repair to my extended warranty, saving me some cash! Thank you Will! Excellent service as always...see y'all next oil change!

I called CrossTech yesterday morning about my terrible brakes. Before I knew it, I was in their office getting my car looked at, then my brakes were fixed and I was on my way. They were genuinely concerned for my safety and getting the repair done quickly. They are professional, courteous, fast, convenient I ll never go anywhere else.

Family-owned business who are extremely friendly, honest and do wonderful work at a fair price. Their superior quality and service is incredible and the property/building/tools/equipment are top notch as well. Extremely well priced and experienced, the owner is a wonderful man who cares about his community. He is a skilled mechanic that actually cares and is considerate of people. His wife is extremely knowledgeable as well and a huge advocate in the community. I recommend to anyone and everyone I know to please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here if you want amazing service and fantastic communication for a fair and decent price from genuinely all around great people! So glad I came upon this shop! They got my Jeep and my husband s Jeeps repaired, mods added, and road/off-road ready. Thanks, again, Crosstech!

It was great meeting Will & Amanda the owners, hear their story, and their office staff is also friendly and respectful. CrossTech Auto was very transparent with all work being needed to fix our AC issue and strive to provide the best they can by either replacing old original parts or servicing the broken existing ones. Their prices are competitive and they go out of their way to help every customer. They even provided a list of things they suggest being fixed at a later date, but do not push you to do the work like other auto shops I ve been to over the years. We will be repeat customers!!!

If you have an older vehicle, DONT BRING IT HERE!I bought a broken down 1986 Ford F-150 in July of 2021 and wanted to make it a project car. I originally brought it in to Crosstech automotive for a diagnosis. The diagnosis took several months, which looking back was the first red flag, and they said it needed a full engine rebuild. That s a bit above my pay grade and I was working a lot at the time so I had them do it.I won t go through every little detail but VERY long story short it took almost 2.5 years for them to finish the engine rebuild. I just got it back on Monday 10/9/2023, and then they had the audacity to say they would charge $25 a day for every day that it wasn t picked up. What!!They would go MONTHS without any communication with me, and they ve been telling me for close to a year that it s almost done. I just looked back through our texts and on 12/29/22 they said We re super close to having this thing road ready!! 10 months later .I probably could have been more pro active about it, but I shouldn t have to project manage the mechanic that I m paying to do the work. I ve been up to Crosstech automotive several times, and have spoken with the owners (Amanda and Will) and their employees several times. They re good people, but they simply don t have the resources to do work on older vehicles. Most of their techs are young and don t know how to, and the people who do know how to work on older vehicles are busy doing other things.I won t ramble much longer, and I m sure this will get a reply from the owners with plenty of justifications . But overall, I m happy that this is FINALLY over, and I won t be doing business with them again. Just completely and totally dissatisfied with the way they did business with me. Truck runs, now, though. Silver linings.Just, if you have an older vehicle, do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere.

Needed some front end work, exhaust manifolds and some other misc. things done. One of the owners drove 4 hours round trip when the vender sent one of my manifolds to the wrong place. That night they stayed until 9:00pm to install because I needed my truck for work. The next week it was time to finish the rest, they stayed late again because I needed my truck. There was an annoying exhaust leak after. They worked on it again for extended hours and found a flaw (hole) in the new part. They made it right and now my truck is much better. Great prices for the amount of work done and customer service was superb. The young guy in the front could communicate a little more but hey, perfection isn't for this life and shop logistics are probably tricky. Outstanding folks. Rare to find a shop like this. I haven't left an online review in over 10 years. I m not that guy, but these folks earned it. This place is amazing. Good honest mechanics that really know how to take care of the customer. Mr. Will, Ms. Amanda, and Ms. Cassie really go above and beyond to help. Ms. Cassie even offered to give me a ride from and to the shop. Mr. Will is an excellent mechanic. I needed a wiper arm replaced as well, Ms. Amanda did all the research, and she informed me that Mr. Will was able to get it working without having to get additional parts (which saves $$$) Now, tell me an auto shop that will do that. When you take your car here, you will not go anywhere else. I should won't be. Thanks again for all you do.Update: 3/1/2024: Had my wife's car worked on yesterday and today. I will continue to go here. No other place is this honest.Service: Electrical

I spent $1k and my car was still not fixed. Matt at the front was nice to talk with and very responsive. Never spoke with anyone else.Update: I appreciate the owner's response. Unfortunately we sold the car because it was unreliable.

CrossTech Automotive knocked it out of the park again. They did a restoration on both headlights. It was quick and professionally done. Will even made sure my headlights were properly aligned. Now my headlights shine bright. Here are before and after photos.

Anytime I ve gone to CrossTech, they have been very communicative and straightforward. Since I don t know much about cars, I am grateful to have found a place to get vehicle maintenance where I feel like I can trust them not to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They ve always been quick and have explained things well. This is definitely a shop you can trust, unlike some mechanics who try to talk you into circles to replace something that doesn't need it. I went in for brake replacements and Will did a great job explaining everything to me. Amanda and Will are very professional and understanding, you are in good hands the moment you walk through the door! They put customers first, always!

AMAZING experience! I was given details about each of my repairs, this has NEVER happened before. I felt that I understood what was taking place with my car, not just handed a bill with a list.The customer service I received was "off the chart". Extremely fast with repair time. We came into town and our truck broke down on a weekend. Timing chain stretched and needed replaced badly. They were all weekend for us so we could get back on the road and back home. Even more, it was their anniversary and they helped us anyway. They offered rides and took care of everything. The repair was perfect and we were able to continue on our way. I would recommend them to anybody. Nicest people ever. Other shop in town told us it couldn t be done in a weekend.

Will has always been extremely helpful in diagnosing issues on my diesel, and very prompt with getting parts ordered and repairs done in a timely manner. They have also diagnosed several issues on my sons car and worked with us to figure out a service plan for what takes priority to get repairs done. They are the only ones that I will allow to touch our vehicles, an honest and trustworthy mechanic, and all around great people.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I was sent here by the fellas at Valvoline in Leander to get my belt replaced and i feel like i finally found a auto shop with a hometown feel and honest people. I feel like I m usually getting manipulated by mechanics but the whole crew here was helpful and explained everything. Highly recommend and will return.

Highly recommend: I am remiss in not sharing this sooner, but I sure hope this helps some of you and especially Will and Amanda at CrossTech Automotive:While they work on autos of all makes, models and years, our problem was with our zero-turn mower over the summer - not a good time for mower problems! Will and Amanda could not have been more helpful, stopping by on 3 different occasions to pick up our mower and later delivering it back to us at no extra charge. (It took 3 trips as there were multiple things going wrong). Amanda was so helpful in getting things scheduled and coordinated, and Will was knowledgeable, pleasant, caring and diligent in repairing our mower. They were really reasonably priced, slow to charge until we were satisfied, took it on themselves to look in town and elsewhere for needed parts and one time did not charge us for work to repair a tire, just pleasantly handed it back to me and said no problem . I would add that, in the middle of our 2nd and 3rd mower issue, Amanda had a baby and while Will made that his priority (of course), he still strove to keep us posted as to when he thought he might be back in the shop. After the last repair we had, he called me on a Sunday to see if we had tried the mower out and how it was running. Good people, good service, a pleasure to work with. I went to the Grand Opening and it was an amazing time. I went back to get a 7-pin installed on my SUV because I was buying an RV. Mr. Will was very professional and his wife who runs the front office gave me an honest quote for the work that needed to be done. I dropped my car off Friday morning and it was done by the afternoon. Not very often these days that you can find an honest mechanic that will shoot you straight. I needed a 2nd opinion. I was told about CrossTech from a previous customer so decided to check them out. While I was in the office speaking to Amanda, her husband went out and diagnosed the problem, just in a matter of minutes! He was able to fix the problem and I have not had an issue with it since. I especially liked that Amanda was able to give me a ride home and they even dropped my car off when the work was done, all in one day.
