We showed up unannounced at Froehlich's on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. Our Honda Odyssey alternator died. The battery hadn't been charging and finally ran out as we arrived. We coasted in to an open parking place, hoping for a miracle.We were just in town for the weekend visiting from Austin, with two dogs, and had no backup vehicle to get home.Will's team got a new alternator friday afternoon from a reputable (national) parts store in Sealy, and installed it that day. It was a rebuild and was defective right out of the box, not uncommon for rebuild alternators. It was too late to get another one, so first thing Saturday morning they got another one, fixed it, worked great.Totally saved us. When my car broke down, I called Froehlich Certified Auto Repair. William said they could check my car out right away. Turned out the water pump failed, yet I continued driving so the engine was shot. William found me a quality replacement engine and got me rolling again, in great shape, for a reasonable price, all in 5 business days. I am impressed with the integrity and friendliness of this business. I highly recommend Froehlich Certified Auto Repair.
