Brought my truck in after taking it to another mechanic still having the same problem.Carlos was on point with the problem and fixed it perfectly!! Very reasonable price and great customer service and most of all my truck is running great again!!! Definitely my new mechanic and I recommend him!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Fantastic service!! We overheated on I-37. Carlos made arrangements for a tow truck and a taxi to get the van and all of us to his shop in Beeville on a Saturday afternoon. Then diagnosed the problem, had an estimate and a plan to get us back on the road quickly. We were on the road by 11 Sunday morning. Amazing service, friendly and professional.

Carlos was amazing, great experience.. he and his wife came out to help make sure my vehicle was still in driving conditions.. made sure to do a test run and quickly gave me a diagnostics test, and did the transmission oil change.. pricing was fair a descent, very friendly high recommend

We called Carlos to help us with an inspection of a used car we were buying. He was nothing short of AMAZING! We ended up not going with the car based on some really good info he found and shared. I don t live in Beeville but if I did no doubt he d be my go to mechanic. You can just tell he s honest and fair and runs his business the same.

professional mechanics quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. They also provided a very clean and comfortable place to relax, coffee and even entertainment for the children! They speak two languages! (Spanish and English)thanks for the help. excellent service, five stars!

Just moved into town and my car broke down on me. I chose my mechanic from the internet and kept my fingers crossed. Well, I apparantly chose the right one. He sent a tow to my house, called me with every thing before proceeding. He fixed my car then brought it to my house himself. Car runs great!! I will recommend Carlos 100% to anyone.

After visiting multiple mechanics to no avail,we visited Carlos and on our first meeting he was able to diagnose,and address multiple issues with our wheelchair van;including a major engine repair job due to damaged heads. We were so pleased with the quality work, affordable pricing, and his ability to return our wheelchair van in a very reasonable amount of time, Carlos want above and beyond, especially picking up our van and dropping it off upon completion for us, a disabled family. Heater core started leaking onto my floorboard of my 2014 Ram 3500. Called Carlos and told him what I needed. He confirmed a few things and made valuable suggestions about my a/c condenser since he was going to be 6 hours into dash removal. In less than 45 min he had a quote sent to me, which was beyond reasonable after talking to a couple other shops. Polite, courteous, professional and above all quality work. He had my truck completed and went out of his way to deliver it back to me the next day. Last night my car started smoking and overheating to the point where I could no longer drive it. I called Carlos early today, told him the issue, and he came all the way to San Antonio to my home to check it out. He bought all the parts needed and repaired it within hours right at my home at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much, Carlos! I am so grateful that my car was repaired so quickly. I know it would ve taken days at a shop and costed quite a bit but I didn t even have to wait 24 hours!

Had amazing service on Saturday driving throuh Beeville on the way to the coast. With no warning, my Audi began to run rough and 3-4 check engine lights came on. I pulled over & Googled auto repair in Beeville and came across Actual Auto Repair (all the others said closed on Saturday). Carlos told me to come on over, he was busy, but would be glad to run a quick diagnostic... Not only did he to a diagnostic on the car, he hopped in with me and took a test drive, figured out the problem & fixed it, all in less than an hour. Carlos was fantastic, gave great service, and took incredible care of me (and even let my family wait in his house while he fixed the car). Thanks!!! I was in a dire emergency situation stuck on 181 with cars flying past me at 75 mph. It was Sunday- everyone I googled was closed. I finally scrolled down to one that said open. I called Actual Automotive Repair. Carlos Barrera answered immediately and was at my car in minutes. He made a temporary fix soI could get home. He got the parts, tookmy car to work on it. In no time at all he was back in my driveway. He billed me a lot less than others I could have found on Monday. I will give Actual Automotive Repair all my business and the number to everyone I know to store in their phones when a good trustworthy mechanic is needed. One of the best mechanics I've ever worked with. He does a great job and explains everything clearly and also give the options do it yourself for having him do it. He has become our permanent mechanic, can't imagine going to anyone else and getting this good of quality service.
