It's an auto parts store. They are a dime a dozen, so you have to rely on your people to set you apart. I have found that the people that have served me at these stores are courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to help wherever they can. Whether it be from asking about the differences of certain products to helping to install a product in the parking lot, they truly make this store a difference.

Don t waste your time going to this store. I am disabled and the employee refused to change my battery out. Lucky for me, a fellow customer helped get old battery out and put the new battery in once I had it all unbolted. Bolted the new one in and drove away. I will never shop at an Orielly s again especially this one thanks to LAZY employees

Had issues with paint on a car. Dale was very helpful and gave me pointers and tips when using the product. Very friendly place and love supporting local business

Joe @ O'Reilly Auto Parts really went above & beyond for me this morning. After a brutal 13 hour night shift then 3 hour wait for AAA for a jump I walked to O'Reillys greeted by everyone with excellent customer service. Joe did a cell test on my battery & alternator, taught me a few things about my car and then installed a new battery after determining the problem, no extra charge. Joe was so pleasant & knowledgeable it turned a rough situation into a Blessing. Thanks Joe & the Crew at O'Reilly's for being there for those in need

Helpful! I'm a regular in this store and I can say that service is top notch! Marcus is friendly, informative and helpful, Caleb gives it hell in the informative department but he's definitely friendly and no one in this store will shy away from lending you a hand. I've made it my go-to automotive store because these guys and the long term staff make it instead of break it!

I don t usually go to this store, there was two employees one of them was on the phone forever and the other one never asked me if I need help or what I was looking for,the second man give the impression of being racist, he saw me there waiting for the other guy on the phone but he decided to rest his arm on the counter pretending that I wasn t there

Well stocked, knowledgeable people, my only fuss is I went to buy some Marvel Mystery oil gas additive, and an employee kept insisting I buy Sea Foam. It wasn't on sale or anything, maybe the guy has family that owns Sea Foam? Anyways, they are both excellent engine, injector cleaning additives, but Marvel has been around a long time, and is my preferred brand. But this is my go to auto parts store.

One of the mechanics tried scamming me with a false battery diagnosis. Saying my alternator needed replacement during a battery test and offered to replace it. Told them I'll check in with my mechanic for a second opinion.Took it it my local mechanic and they were very confused on why I brought them a perfectly fine car. I'm still driving my car over a year later without a problem.Prices may be fair, parts may be plenty, but I'm never coming here for any service after this experience.

Rey at this location is simply awesome. Took care of my battery issues, replaced it, cleared out the acid overflows, cleaned and polished the battery connectors and restraint system and for good measure added the battery protective costing. A must thorough and professional job completed in the shortest possible time.. I was in and out in 30 mins.. definitely going back to Rey in future

Yesterday afternoon, my dad and I went to O Riley's with our battery thinking that was the problem to my car. We were greeted by the manager and she assisted us and checked on our battery. After the battery was deemed good, she asked what was going on with my car. We explained to her the situation and she suggested it could be the starter since the battery was good.Thank you for your assistance!

I gave this place a good review in the past but if there was -5 Stars I put that. The old lady that was there asked me if wanted to get a new one I said how long will it take to get here she said Tuesday I told her that I just wanted my money back she decides to snatch the receipt out of my hand I will never do my business with these people again. I don't care if there is a O'Reilly Next to my car and AutoZone is 5 miles down the street I will walk those 5 miles they should refund the money I wasted on the coolant as well but they won't.

I went in and saw five men at the desk. I had questions but was given a figure it out attitude. There used to be a man that worked there; I think his name was Randy. I forget. He would go outside and help me to understand what I needed to do and also do it for me in some cases.

Pulled into o'reilly's on Major Drive,little after sunset to aquire two over head map lights, walked into the store inquired about the availability of two such bulbs,A knowledgeable young fellow with the greatest attitude and knowledge of the products he sold.I asked if they could put the bulbs in for me .No they could not but not because they did not know how.An older gentleman had begun explabut he was very informative and knowledge able.Anyway they made me feel so good about it I removed the lens and replaced the bulbs myself and didn't break puncture a thing the reasons their could not

I do all my parts shopping here. They staff is always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. If they don't have the part you are looking for they will always check their other locations and depending on the time of day have it delivered to the location you are at. If they don't have it at other locations they can order it for you. I will continue to use this location as my main parts supply store.

I went in and out to check for a part. There was a gentleman there that helped out. He asked me questions about what I was looking for and tried different ways to find my previously purchased part. Though it was slow, he did not have to go so far out of his way to help me out. He was a class act guy. 10/10 would buy from there again.

Went in for a check engine light, David ended up giving me a p0171 and suggested a fuel treatment. Within two hours my engine light was off and it cost me about 9$. Well worth the visit and David was an absolute sweetheart!

Very friendly and helpful. Attendant helped me save money replacing a part for my high pressure air conditioning line and replaced my wind shield wipers.
