I had a great experience at Classic Acura. I worked with Bob Grusecki, and he was very helpful. I never felt pressured. No one at the dealership wasted my time. I drove five different vehicles and fell in love with the handling and color of the last one. I was never rushed to make a decision.

Classic Acura has the best prices in SETX they have a great staff all very friendly and professional. Ask for Holly she s the best, she s very kind and will help you find the perfect car for you! She never pushed me or anything just let the car grow on me, I hate buying cars but classic Acura took good care of me. Oh and can t forget Josh he was nothing but nice and made the experience a pleasure

I believe Chris's verbatim to me was "let me know if you want me to close your case so that we can stop bothering you", when I offered him a price on an RDX...the guy's been emailing me for months, I'll offer some advice though...anyone that's willing to travel hundreds of miles to buy a new car doesn't really care and isn't even remotely insulted if 1 dealer makes a comment like that, you're only embarrassing yourself, my foot print is broad because I like saving money while the dealer wants to make money (which is not a bad thing, but neither is wanting to save.).****Updated Information****Chris Merritt contacted me via email after leaving this review and to ask about my "poor google review", everything I said was the truth, so nothing will be changed. He inquired as to whether or not I was offended...not in the least, I don't know the man/woman and have nothing to be offended about, as stated in my initial review, I'll travel wherever I need to receive the best deal possible, Classic just had no intention of negotiating any deal, I've never paid MSRP for a car in my life and I'm not going to start now, it's quite literally a made up number.

Purchased 2023 Acura MDX from Holly Guilbeau at Classic Acura to replace 2013 Acura MDX purchased from the same dealership. Holly was very knowledgeable, organized and helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. Currently spending lots of money having everything they touched on my vehicle last year re-done. New breaks, completely messed up. Alignment, incredibly out. They nearly ruined brand new tires with how badly they left my alignment. Not to mention when they replaced the suspension, they never tightened one of the shocks and I almost had it come out.

I've purchased more than 16 vehicles and I can say that this was one of the most pleasant, smoothest experiences I've ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Classic Acura! My high mileage pick up truck broke down on me finally and I needed to take some time to tear it apart to fix it properly. While I plan on fixing the truck I HAVE to have transportation to and from work. Josh Ermer(Classic Kia location) took great care of me and got me an amazing car for an amazing price. We drove over to Classic Acura where he located a car in my budget range. I had a hard line budget and he and Josh Simmons got the car at the price I needed without any back and forth. Easily the best buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Josh Ermer.

My experience was absolutely AWESOME. Upon arriving at Classic Acura, I was greeted very professionally by Mr. Ken Robinson. I told him that I was referred by a friend and was just looking, not specifically ready to purchase a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and I was shown many vehicles that was in inventory. I was given the opportunity to test drive a vehicle that day and loved the feel and ease of driving it. I was a bit nervous as the car was loaded with really neat stuffMr. Robinson explained the details and specifics. I didn't purchase the cat that day. Mr. Robinson sent emails to keep me abreast of any changes in prices and inventory. There was a lot of time that lapsed, again no pressures. I wanted to make sure and weigh options before purchasing. In summary, I was over with the entire process and am truly grateful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire process was top notched I left feeling excited about my purchase. From The entire team, they made my visit absolutely awesome. They explained everything to me and I walked away with an AMAZING decision. These folks are a class act. I reached out to them about a particular vehicle and I quickly received a response from Kevin Lee, the internet sales manager. Kevin was great to work with from the very first encounter until he put the temporary tags on my new vehicle. I ve bought a few cars from dealerships over the years, but I ve never had an experience so friendly and easy. They never pressured me and didn t treat me as just another sale. They were very genuine and down to Earth. Kevin even had an easy button to celebrate the experience. The whole experience was well worth the drive from Houston to Beaumont. Thanks Kevin and Josh!!

I was serviced by Kevin Lee and Joshua in Finance. The process was extremely easy and fast! The car I had inquired about was already parked out front waiting for me when I got there. Everything from the application process, to the test drive was very professional and efficient. Kevin Lee is a great guy and an awesome salesman. He even helped me pick out the perfect insurance company to choose for my coverage. The whole process only took an hour and a half! I highly recommend Classic Acura to any looking to purchase your next vehicle. Now I have something safe and dependable for my child and I to ride in and I couldn't be happier.

Called to set up appointment to look at and possibly purchase a pre-owned truck from classic Acura. I was told the manager was driving it and wasn t there that day then asked if I could come the next day. I said I would try if I can arrange my work schedule. When I messaged her the next day that I could be there at 1pm. She said her manager was leaving for a meeting around that time and asked if I could come earlier. I told her that her manager could keep that truck because obviously he/she wants it bad enough to not leave it and take one of the many other vehicles on the lot, for a potential customer to even look at the truck. Obviously they have plenty of business to be so unconcerned with a potential sale.

I am impressed with this dealership. The customer service was great and very transparent. Pricing was great also. There were zero hidden fees. Also, I did lots of homework on buying cars, dealerships and the value of this exacext VIN. The price of this car at Classic Acura was exactly what I had found the retail value to be, online.
