Service seems to be 'hit-or-miss' depending on which technician you get. Today I was charged about twice as much per tire for balancing than I had been charged a few weeks ago for a different vehicle (~$20 vs. ~$10). When confronted, the tech claimed the flat, stick-on wheel weights used on this vehicle were a lot more expensive than the clip-on type used before -- which, of course, is a lie. Also, management was made aware of this but didn't bother to correct it and (conveniently?) failed to provide a receipt.

The employees were polite and helpful. Price for service was good. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I definitely will use this business again.

They service sucks tried to charge me $60 for a used tire I came right to 4455 magnolia and got one for $40 and it was fast !

Super-fast and on-time install per my appointment. Competitive pricing for tires and labor, professional staff at service desk and in shop, and great warranty program. Couldn't be happier. I was going there for years.

Got in and out in 15 minutes. They re gonna talk to you like your mad Mexican dad but they get the job done and I believe they are honest about your tires conditions. I would go back if I need to.Edit: turns out they rip you off, especially when you don t know anything about tires. The guy told me and showed me how my tire was scratched up from driving with a flat and it could pop if I take it like that. They suggested I buy a tire which I did. My dad later brings me my original tire that they said was messed up. They had fixed it up and had it ready to sell. The tire was new and they knew that so they were gonna try to make their money by ripping me off.

Google needs to put a way on here to give negative stars. Came into the store on July 30 to get two tires for a truck. They only had one tire so i had to order the other one. They charged me $50 deposit to order the other one. I came into the shop to check if they were in yet because no one has called. Its September and they still dont have the tire that was ordered . Told them to give me my deposit back and they refused. Do not go here. Spend your money elsewhere because these people do NOT know how to do business.

Not professional at all. If you want to be fast talked into buying tires they will try you here. I would highly recommend that no one uses this tire shop. Yes they are fast but that is their tactic to take advantage of you. Buyer beware!

Very professional and good prices for two new tires they had excellent used tires and I took the used tires. They were very good michelins and good shape for a great price I would highly recommend them they are quick and very helpful they accept credit cards. If you're in the area this is the place to go

Had a very slow leak on a tire. As in it took a week to get low. Well airing up a tire each week gets old fast, and a leak that small is hard to find. Took it to Alverez, they found a tiny leak, and repaired the tire for $7. Spend $7 and not have to put air in the tire all the time? Best $7 I ever spent! For tire repair, in Beaumont, I highly recommend!

I came in last week to get 1 tire on my truck. They try sell me a tire that is a diffrent brand and size several times and tell them no. Finally they say if you put a deposit down we will order the tire you want. I have special rims and ask them if they have a machine big enough to balance them and an air gun big enough to take off the lugs and they say yes to both . I come back a week later they had ordered the wrong tire but its the correct size and so i say whatever put it on. Takes them an hour and a half just to find the proper size air chuck to put on the hose. I the process they launch the air chuck off the hose and straight in to the side of my truck. Takes them another hour to get the tire off and the tire on the rim. Finally they get it on and then some other guy comes up and when i asked why they didnt balance the tire he tells me they dont have the machine needed. Im fuming and the they jack the price up on the tire after it was already installed on the truck. I will never go back and highley diacourage anyone else from going there.

I took my tire to have it plugged, I was told to return...when I did the children working could not find my tire. Finally someone of age came to talk to me and simply said ..." Can't find it" to this day they still haven't found it. I can only assume they sold it

Wanted to go support a neighborhood local business, but felt over charged for what I had done. $186 to unmount , mount new tires and balance. $6 of the $186 was a service fee. Job was over 3/4 of the way done before I was told the price or I would have not have had it done Two days later rear passenger tire was sitting on flat. Valve core was loose and valve covers were not installed. On third day heard two loud noises, sounded like rock hitting under truck noticed that two tires slung stick on weights.( This is the edited part of my review, because I can t figure out how to reply to response. Lol you have no idea. Haha your response to my review is obviously to another person you did wrong! lol I didn t buy ANY tires from you. Look that up on your video bro. I brought my tires that I ordered online and shipped to my home and was charged $186 to get them mounted on my wheels and then on my truck. It was 03/18/21 between 4:45 and 5:30 .

First of all they ll try to sell you something you don t want, English is non existent unless it s about money. 50$ for a simple tire rotation.. If I could give zero stars.. I would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Alvarez tires is a bunch of scam artists, I took in 4 tires and wheels to have the tires removed from the wheels and the tires on my car were to be removed and put on t&e 4 new tires were to mounted but when I pulled up it obvious that thr wheels didn't fit. Alvarez returned 4 of the wheels but only 3 ti=es. When asked about them stealing i was told that they didn't didn't know what I was talking about.To add insult to injury they all but called me a thief which is farther than I have ever had a con man take things.As far as your cameras go it will be hard to keep lying when they will show i left 4 wheels with tires mounted and after paying 40.00 for your trouble your people decided to steal the best tire out of the 4 . Let me say, it came across as this was not the first time, it felt to me that dishonesty is a hallmark of Alverez's business model.

Amazing prices and service!!! They sadly didn't have a rim that I needed but they had tires that three tire places I visited previously did not.

I give this place no stars..they are carless and crooks and will not fix the damage they caused on my rim ...Mario (owner)said that he did not mess it up his employees did so he was gonna have them take it out of there pay check.. that is poor management..

They found the cause of a leak and fixed it within 10 minutes. $15 fee for fixing a flat. Cant beat that. Very quick and they accept credit card

Half way through the job they tried to charge me another 180 bucks on top of the 1360 I was originally told it would cost and they didn't even put my old tires in my truck afterwards they had in attitude on top of that

They will give you a price over the phone and when you get there it will be 45 dollars more then the original price they gave you over the phone.
