Called in to purchase a truck using my own bank and was told that s not allowed by them, neither would they take a wire transfer for the cash price clearly advertised on their website. Was told if I wanted to do that, they would have to increase the price with $2000.This is false advertisement and clearly goes against Federal regulations. You can t obligate people to finance through Ally or any other bank for that matter. You guys need to check the FTC regulations that govern your industry!

Do not use this place. I went in and told them not to run my credit as my bank already has my approval. They ran my credit anyways and was saying my bank didn t know what they were doing to use one of their real banks . Then was making a scene about my bank till I told them all that ain t necessary and no need to be rude. All a scam with them just to get their kick back. Thanks Gulf Coast Ford.

Drove an hour to look at a vehicle only to find out the online price is just a bait and switch false advertisement price that they refuse to honor. They wanted $6k more than what they listed it for. Complete waste of time, go somewhere else. Shady practices from a shady dealer owned by Ally Financial.

My daughter is their Chrysler Representative. Chris and Randy are Super Nice. They welcomed my pup and I in the showroom while my daughter worked a bit. Great people! Buy a vehicle from here. They have a huge selection of trucks.

Drove 2+ hours to pick up the used truck we purchased for my son because the salesman, Ray of Sunshine (even on a cloudy day ) worked out all of the details ahead of time. He truly was a pleasure to work with and the price on this truck was the best I could find from Lafayette, Louisiana to Houston to Bay City. Would highly recommend!

Bought a vehicle from Reliance yesterday, and my salesman (Tony) was absolutely awesome. He was extremely accommodating, patient, and beyond friendly. Great experience working with him. Also, the manager (Randy) was very helpful and extremely quick to address any concerns and answer any questions, very nice guy as well. Thanks Tony and Randy!

Was trying to buy a truck from here I m 8 hours from the dealer they couldn t give me a out the door price with out pulling my credit so I told them what ever they could after I got a video of the truck to make sure it was on the lot still before I let them put another hard inquiry on my credit the sales man said they couldn t do that for the buyers order or the video to make sure the truck was still there

I saw an advertised price for a vehicle online so I contacted the dealership. After providing trade details and everything, the advertised price is ONLY if you use their financing (no cash or outside financing). There is nothing inherently wrong with that (I get the incentive reasoning and everything else), but what was frustrating is to go through all of that only to be told that the advertised price is not the actual price, with no disclaimers of any sort stating that on the website. In fact, the only disclaimer on the website related to price is that the price is "[n]ot available with special finance or lease offers." Multiple dealerships have similar (but more apparent) practices, where the customer sees a price with a statement that dealer/manufacturer incentives are included. When I called the sales manager to discuss this, he didn't see anything wrong with not having a disclaimer on the website and when I told him I would not purchase and we would just part as friends instead, he hung up the phone without another word. I would have even accepted the higher price, had I known that upfront. But now, instead of the higher price, they are getting $0 on that vehicle.

**BEWARE **VERY DISAPPOINTED. This company will tell you anything to make a sale. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Stay away from David Zachs car salesman. He will take full advantage of you to get your money, then he s done with you. His manager supports his actions also and would not even talk to me about the issue. NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THEM either. I ve never seen a company like Reliance Chrysler Dodge in Bay Springs Texas treat someone this horrible. They committed fraud and will not try to resolve the lies and terrible customer service after a sell. It s all over less than $2500 worth of body work they won t pay to have fixed. You would think a company that size would resolve the issue for that small amount. I won t give them 1 star but I have to in order for this compliant to post.STAY AWAY AT ALL CAUSE.

Absolutely the WORST Dodge dealership I've ever run across, traveling Coast to Coast, in terms of Service, Warranty work and lack of Customer service. 2008 Dodge Ram. "Lifetime" power train warranty. 99 year, 1 million mile, extended warranty. Dropped of SEP 12 to have looked at for a rear end problem. 53 long days later, I finally got my truck back. Zero contact from or with service manager unless and until I initiated it, which usually meant taking off from work an hour early to show up there in person, since he wouldn't return phone calls or voluntarily provide updates on status of approval or repairs. I will tow the truck all the way to Houston before I ever take it back there for service, warranty or other wise.

My Sales Representative Mr. Anthony (Tony) Smith took excellent care of my wife & I during our visit to Reliance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He was very friendly and honest throughout the entire process and not just trying to make a sale. Going forward, I will purchase all my vehicles from Mr. Anthony Smith. Job well Done!!!

Stay away from this dealership. They are a bunch of crooks and liars. We spoke with Salesman David Zach over the phone about a vehicle. (Purchased online because we live out of state) We were told this vehicle was a lease vehicle and in immaculate condition upon receiving the vehicle there were multiple obvious dents in it. After further investigation we realized we had been lied to about the vehicles condition in order to make a sale. Liar, David Zach, suggested we get a quote for repairs at body shop and we never heard back from him or his team. Took my money and haven t heard from them again after multiple attempts of contact.

My family and I needed a vehicle to fit 6 of us with low deposit and decent monthly payments. James Dunn sales man, punced in numbers and found exactly what we are looking for and in a matter of time we have our new to us family vehicle. I highly recommend James to sell you your next pride and joy. He will treat you as family and give you the God's honest truth on what you will be driving. I asked him "would you sell this vehicle to your momma?" He said "oh hell yes!" Thank you James for being everything we looked for in a salesman and neighbor! RELIANCE IS THE WAY TO GO to keep it at home! Get with James Dunn to get it Dunn right!

They add on a 6,000 performance package without you asking then it takes going to the manager to get it taken off. They rush you like every other car salesman do. They wont move on the tag price then when you dont like it they reduce the price by 2 thousand and sell It out from under you when your 4 hours away

Great people to work with. Traded in my 2017 Chevy and got a 2020 Ford f150 worker with Samantha Hansen this time. Everyone that I have dealt with here has been super nice and very helpful. I will definitely continue doing business here.

My brother found an extremely good deal on a truck here. So much so that he FLEW down from MICHIGAN after confirming several several times that it was legit. When he got here, we picked him up and my husband drove him all the way from Tomball even with gas running $4.50/g and when they arrived the truck was completely misrepresented. Significant damage to the exterior, dings, scratches, etc. The inside of the driver s side door had been pried opened with a crow bar leaving it sharp enough to slice your arm off, the trailer hitch was ripped off, it needed new bearings, struts, tire rods, and an alignment. The steering wheel was even skewed to the left. It would have been comical if he hadn t made such an effort to get here and at great financial cost. Have you ever watched the show Beverly Hillbillies? That would have been the preferable choice. These people are crooks. Don t give them your business.

This place is shady as hell. They posted a truck on Auto Trader and priced it for $64,340. After emailing the salesman David Zach for two days and coming to a deal with a trade in to do paperwork. Finally called him and he says oh by the way we have to mark the truck up $5,000 to $69,000 make a profit bc it s from another dealership!! REALLY???!!! WHAT???!!! Come on now that s very bad business. How do you keep business messing people over like that?!! Be honest from the beginning! Will not buy from this place!

I am having to pursue legal action to receive reimbursement for a DPF that was broken when I purchased a $39000 truck. To be sold as legally compliant the DPF should have been repaired ($3800 in parts). Instead they reset the check engine light and assumed I would get home (1200 mile drive to Colorado) and think the repair was my fault. My mechanic assures me that there is no way the part was broken by my 1200 miles of driving and that any competent mechanic would have known it was not functioning properly just based on visual inspection of the tail pipe. Very disappointed as I received no real customer service to begin with. David (the salesman) seemed nice, but offered no real service. He even told me he would see what could be done to get me reimbursement. I have since heard nothing from the dealership. My attorney tells me this is the third time he has sued the dealership over similar issues.

The sales team on site are absolutely dishonest. I just purchased a 2022 Silverado and was never informed that several of the functions would not work because of the chip shortage. I was actually told everything would work once the completed the service. Several functions do not work. Sales blamed the Service Department and had them call me. Took this truck to another dealer to find out the issue and they laughed because this is a common theme from this dealership. They deflect blame and don t take care of customers.

Truly a beautiful experience. Nick sold my Daughter a New car and was so attentive to her needs. She had her 2-year-old daughter with her and is currently with child, in my 50 years of buying vehicles I have never seen someone that cared so much about the "Customer Experience". He held every door, he hooked up the car seat in each and every vehicle we looked at and made sure to keep my daughter hydrated. We got a great deal and had an amazing time working with this young man. I would highly recommend Reliance Auto to any and everyone.

Spoke with a David Zach, who is the most rudest, most unprofessional person I ve ever had to deal with. I ve never right now and my 30 years of buying trucks have ever dealt with someone who is so unprofessional I was actually ready to purchase a truck and was very interested in one they had but after dealing with this guy I would never even think about buying a truck from this dealership. It s very sad they have someone like that working there as they lost a good sale and a good customer. Just one screen shot of the many rude and unprofessional texts received by him. I have plenty more. So because I take my time in looking for the right truck and for the right deal he calls me a TIME THIEF! What a d k.

Tony once again got it done for us! Second time now got us in what we wanted in and out no playing games. The GM's get it done as well. They don't want your money they want your business and they have proven that to us! Will be back again.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, straight forward kind of salesman, David Zach is your guy. Very knowledgeable as well as relatable. GSM Chris was great as well. If you need a pickup, this team at Reliance definitely needs a shot. They will not let you down.

If you are looking for an honest dealership with salesmen that are honest and forthcoming about the used cars they sell, DO NOT shop with this dealership. I am a healthcare worker that paid cash for a 2015 Silverado 1500 that I was told had no mechanical issues as it had allegedly been through the service department. I had the vehicle transported to me and immediately discovered it had a bad transmission and rear end.Once I made the dealership aware of the issues, I was told to get quotes for repair by used car manager, Chris Easterling. I paid the local dealership and an additional repair shop to inspect the vehicle. Both shops said the vehicle had a bad transmission and rear end need the ring and pinion replaced.Neither, Chris Easterling and David Zach will not return my calls after saying they would address the issue. Total rip off. This is how Reliance treats a first responder and first receiver couple. How do you treat someone like this and look at yourself in the mirror? We are now stuck with a truck that we cannot afford to fix after paying cash for the vehicle. Just because you buy a used vehicle does not mean the salesman should be allowed to lie to and tell you the vehicle has no issues! Be aware.

Only place of bussiness I thought I was going to get into a physical fight with internet sales manager(david) over not wanting to give up my social security number since I would not be financed with them. Also over posted price of 58500 which is posted price with no details on how its financed. Said it would be a couple thousand more if I did not use them. All this before even settling on price of trade . Sales man knew I had my own finances set up. Poor guy lost a great sale because of his loud mouthed internet manager .
