Used to be five stars until they didn't want to listen to me what the problem was on my lawn mower they told me it was the battery that had low voltage was shutting my lawn mower off but it was the seat switch so they replaced my battery then they didn't tell me it was going to cost me anything they just dropped my lawn mower back off then decided to charge me $195 for replacing my battery I could have went to Walmart and bought a battery for it for $50 if not a little bit more and put it in myself but they took it upon their self to replace it then charge me later with a past due balance.

The folks here really care about their customers and going the extra mile. We had talked for weeks before making "the sale" and Dylan supported us the entire way. Everyone else helped from technical details, maintenance advice, and documentation. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and we will be doing business here in the future.

Very nice woman at the counter thar ordered something for me weeks prior before I went to pick it up. Definitely will be doing business there again.

My salesman was Mike Foltyn.I ordered a kubota M7000 with a third function valve. kubota could not provide the valve in a timely fashion. Mike went out of his way, keeping me informed along the way, and found an after market valve, installed it and had the tractor delivered in a reasonable about of time despite being overloaded with other sales and an overflowing shop.He also did something unheard of with most salesmen, he told me the truth during the entire process.I highly reccomend this overworked salesman if considering purchasing a new Kubota Tractor.Perhaps Hlavinka should consider moving him up in the company. employees of this caliber are difficult to come by.
