Do not take your vehicle to GTO Alignment . This shop only cares about taking your money and not customer satisfaction. I brought my vehicle in to get check on a shaking issue and they charge me $500 and they didn t fix a thing. My car still shakes the same way it did before I brought in. The sad part is that when I went to pick up the car I wanted to test it and they didn t allow me. The guy there Roberto (owner) kept saying to me that they don t play guessing games when they fix the cars and that my car was fixed- he said this in a very arrogant tone. Eventually I end up paying him and to my surprise when I went for a test drive, nothing had change . My car still shakes so I ended up leaving with the same problem and paying them $500 . I sure they never took the car for a ride to actually see what was wrong with it. Don t t waste your time and money with this shop. I would give them a zero if I had the option.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I've had some good experiences here. Ill let them do easy stuff like muffler repair brakes and thermostats. This is a good pit stop. When it comes to major stuff, I recommend going to Firestone where there is a guarantee. The prices here are reasonable for non major repairs. The same things I've had done here is a fraction of the cost of Firestone. With this being said, you should decide where to go for certain repairs where you can save money on things that the big guys will charge out your ass.

I bought a used car there this April. I got a great price and reliable car I ever wish for commuting to work. The owner is very serious when it comes to fixing cars. He had it done just like he had his own. If you have any problem or question just ask. He is a friendly man. Thanks very much..Mr. Roberto. Very satisfied with your prices and services.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came for an alignment on my 2000 pickup truck. I had already replaced several worn suspension components that were confirmed to be worn somewhere else. All suspension components were now tight. I brought it in. They took 2 hours to align, taking their time constantly walking around talking to people. I finally got my truck. I asked for the alignment printout, the guy said he forgot and couldn't get it anymore. He tried charging me $80 when another guy there had already told me $65. They tried upselling me work on my exhaust I didn't even need! I have a dumped exhaust and he tried telling me that is not state inspection compliant. He wanted $100 to redo it! This is certainly not true! It is most certainly compliant! When I finally drove it I found the alignment was much worse than before! I took it back the next day. They were very hostile about it. Insulting my truck and saying I had loose components. They tried blaming it on me saying I moved the alignment on purpose. I finally got them to agree to recheck the alignment. When they did I was able to see the screen. NONE OF THE READINGS WERE WITHIN SPECS!! The owner was very hostile and insulting me as if I aligned it in the first place!! I will be reporting them to the better business beureu. Again DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I came in for A/c services and the guy, after look at my vehicle told me is just the a/c fluid that is to be added and some cleaning. I ask him if anything was wrong, he said no. When he was done in close to 30mins, he charge 65 dollars. I didn't leave his park lot an a/c was not working. Told him, he said l should run for the a/c to come on. It never did, took back the car to him ,, and he refused to give back my money scanner.. Beware of GTO garage.

I took my truck there to have the pitman arm replaced in the and front end alignment is worse now than it was when I took it there and they say that it's something to do with the steering gearbox being worn that's not the case I would not recommend anybody taking anything there hell I wouldn't even take a bicycle thereService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Took my truck there 5 months ago or so for an alignment and had to buy almost 500$ worth of parts fair. But i took it last week for another alignment and the same guy that did the first job pointed at the new parts that he told me to buy and said i had to replace them and this time he said id be around 700$. Oh and the fact that you have to approach them to get service should say alot about them.

Do NOT come here the owner will just ignore you if he doesn t want doesn t want to attend you. VERY BAD service every time I go they are always drinking Beer NOT PROFESSIONAL. I WENT WITH MY LITTLE BROTHER he told me he was scared of one of the workers cause he was drunk and starting at him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Owner ignored me I wanted to buy some wheels off a car and said I m not in a hurry to sell them come next time. So he said they Morning to come in. I called to make sure they didn t forget and they said they ll be ready for pick up in an hour and then I went and they haven t even tried to get the wheels ready.

Don't come here ever they over charge the owner will call your car junk right in front of you they say they put on new rotors but put used ones on or don't even put them on at all and just rotate them. They stay drinking and like if you're in the club or something.Please do not come here save your money and your life!!!!

I will not go back to this place , AWFUL!!I replace all suspension parts on my van and when they finish the work the van was driving even worse alleging the van needed chassis repair when I knew that was not true , just neede to time up the alignment, not to mess it up !! And their attitude is terrible , the owner treats you very unprofessionally , totally bad attitude.

Take heed to all post below. These guys tried haggling me over price for my alignment (going back in forth in English & Spanish) then once alignment was done (incorrectly might I add) they wanted me to pay to have it done again and said it was my fault for not checking! Unbelievable! Don't waist your time here.***They DO NOT honor their warranty***

Brought my car to get mufflers installed and didnt get anything done to it. his mistake and then wants to not do business.told me my car was ready and jus to get Here and find he didnt do the work after all

The check engine light on my 2015 f150 is on 6 hours after getting an oil change from this awful place. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

This place is horrible they sell cars that have been in a a bad reck that they fixed they try to charge u the full price as if it was a brand new car the managers very rude don t not buy a car from here I repeat do not buy your car from here it s a bad idea they do horrible maintenance service on there cars

THEY FORCED A WRONG PART ON MY CAR N NOW THEY ARE SAYING A NEEDED A NEW PART N THATS WHY MY CAR MESSED UP MORE BUT I WENT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND TOLD ME THAT THESE PPL WERE LYING TO ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PART THEY SAID WAS BAD AND THAT THEY FORCED THE WRONG SIZE PIPE ON MY CAR N THATS THE REASON MY DAMN MUFFLER FELL OFF MY DAMN CAR! THE MANAGER ROBERTO RUDELY TOLD ME I COULD DO WHATEVER I WANTED N I COULD CALL WHO EVER I WANTED BCUZ HE DIDN'T CARE ! CLEARLY!!!

La verdad no traigan a sus veh�culos a GTO s Alignment. Tuve una muy mala experiencia con estas personas en especial al due�o (Roberto). La primera vez lleve mi troca para que le hicieran una inspecci�n me cobraron $180 y me dijeron q todo estaba bien, a los cuantos d�as tenia el mismo problema de aire acondicionado. La llevamos de nuevo pensando q la hiban a arreglar, result� q seg�n hab�an encontrado el problema . La dejamos de nuevo con ellos y nos vinieron cobrando $700 y la ten�an en la shop por casi dos semanas, al regres�rmela le serv�a el aire pero igual a los 3 d�as de tenerla me volvi� a fallar el aire acondicionado de la troca. Entonces fui hablar con Roberto y me contesto de una manera bien mamona dici�ndome q a �l no le gusta perder el tiempo y q no le andan atinando alas cosas y mucho m�s, le deje la troca de nuevo nom�s para ver dec�a y resulta q de todos los problemas q seg�n le hab�an encontrado anterior mente q ahora si encontraron el problema de porq estaba fallando la troca y q hiban hacer 240. Terco preguntando si ir�amos por la troca o si trabajar�an en ella pero NO jamas vuelvo a ir a gtos alignment y recomiendo q nadie m�s vaya porq con todo esto me di cuenta q esta persona nomas le estafa el dinero ala gente y no ayuda para nada. Hace perder el tiempo pensando q el de el vale la pena y la de otra gente no y aparte estafa sin arreglar ning�n problema.

No hacen bien el trabajo, yo lleve mi camioneta a alineaci�n y le dije a la persona q le avia cambiado varias cosas de la suspensi�n que el mec�nico me avia recomendado cambiar, pero le dije a la persona que antes que me la alineara que me dijera si algo mas estaba mal para arreglarlo y no me dijeron sino asta despu�s de alinear que tenia que cambiar los amortiguadores y unos tornillos de la suspensi�n aver si con eso quedaba bien y me cobraron la alineaci�n de todos modos pero quedo mal.

El peor lugar para ir llegue por alineaci�n de un beetle y resulta q quer�a q cambiar� amortiguadores y control arm porque si no el alineamiento no se pod�a hacer, no confiando en eso fui a consecionario de Volkswagen y resulta q todo estaba bien no necesito nada de eso al final los de GTO solo me sacaron 20 d�lares disque por el diagnostico, ladrones quien sabe a cu�ntos no se la han echo asi..The worst place to go came by alignment of a beetle and it turns out that I wanted to change shock absorbers and control arm because if not the alignment could not be done, not trusting in that I went to a Volkswagen dealership and it turns out that everything was fine I do not need anything from That in the end the GTO only took 20 dollars from me for the diagnosis, thieves who knows how many have not done it like that
