I got to learn something new, how to buy a van over the phone from 840 miles away in a different state. I ve been searching for a new GMC 3500 extended WB and a V8 for close to a year. All the dealerships around me haven t had any in stock in a year or longer and said they can t even order one. Magically Hanner GMC had not only what I was looking for but it was up-fitted by Quigley with a lift and 4x4 conversation! Mark Harris was very professional, helpful, and patient with my list of questions. Don t let distance discourage your purchase. Give Mark a call from wherever in the country you are. He ll get your new ride delivered to your driveway in no time at all.

Will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here again!!!! This place is just as bad as All American Chevrolet in San Angelo!!!!This is not the best place to buy a vehicle from. I specifically told the salesperson we did NOT want a trifold bed cover on the 2024 Denali that cost $90,000. I then received a text stating that this truck was not able to to have a retractable bed cover put on it. And the salesperson then proceeded to inform me that he took the liberty to have a trifold installed on the truck at his discretion. I informed the salesperson to remove the trifold bed cover. I also asked him if there was marks or holes drilled and he said no there was not. But when I arrived to pick up the truck there is 10 holes drilled in the pro carbon fiber bed liner. The Salesperson is quite unprofessional and has very little knowledge about vehicles he is trying to sell. I will not be purchasing any other vehicles from here.

Coming from 3 hours away, Mark Harris helped make this purchase smooth, easy, and quick! Driver arrived early. There was great communication throughout the process up even to the payment. I love how willing they are to pick up my vehicle because with the hours I work it is so hard for me to do it any other way. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Spoke a few times with Mark about purchasing a used trail boss, I was referred to him from a friend. After a few disrespectful text messages and really horrible customer service we chose not to spend our hard earned money here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Take your time to look for your dream vehicle elsewhere, we did and we are very happy with the truck we purchased at another dealer.

I ve had great experiences with the dealership, I bought a vehicle that had needed a part ordered but had not yet come in and they asked it into the contract to make sure the repair was done. Even ensuing I had a loaner vehicle show the service was performed. Ver professional and the kind of business where their word actually means something.

This is the place to go! First experience at Hanner and we couldn t be happier! Mark Harris was wonderful, I felt completely comfortable sending my wife to work the deal while I was away at work. Mark Harris and Ron Morton are straight shooters(unlike a lot of salesmen and finance guys I have dealt with in the past). They worked hard to help me get my wife the Tahoe of her dreams!! Friendly people, very good experience. The first time to buy a car here was back in March of 2023. They gave me about $800 dollars more for trade in than the previous dealers. I came back to get my oil and filter changed and get my brakes checked, they had the vehicle back out of the garage in about 45 min to an hour. Very happy with the sales and service.

Matt, our service consultant, went beyond what one would expect. He helped with an out of warranty repair with GM. The Hanner dealership is a leader when it comes to service. They always go above what is expected. They are top notch when it comes to sales and service. That is why we go back to Hanner even though we have moved far from the area. They are the best!

The salesman Mark Harris would not leave me alone I couldn t breathe without him calling or texting me Multiple times a day. He called my bank which was very unprofessional and that s not his job to do so. He had no patience and the sales manager didn t seem to care either. I was a loyal Hanner customer but will not buy another vehicle from Hanner. This was the absolute worst experience. Hanner needs more training on their salesman on how to be professional. Truck also came in without a working passenger console which I showed the salesman and he didn t order the part until a week later. If 0 stars was an option I would definitely put them there ..Hats off to the finance manager Danny T. as he did not push and he helped me without questions.

Bought my truck in Baird texas at hanner chevrolet they treat me with respect they were so attentive with me and my wife answer and explain all questions we had got to give thanks to Mr, Breck and Mr, Philips for the great service and we lasted Like 5 hrs on a Saturday and Mr Philips gave us some of his snacks very generous of him we finish the deal I recommend hanners chevrolet if anyone is looking for a truck thank you all
