I wasn t due for an oil change but I stopped in for a State Inspection, and based on that I m giving 5 stars. This was the fastest inspection I ve ever had anywhere. I ll be coming back here for the next one.

Great experience. Quick oil change. Had recently added oil so they informed me my oil was clean before changing the filter. The whole team Ari, Nisha, Ophir, Derrick, Jay, Mala were all a great with service and courtesy. 12/10

Customer service at this location is exceptional! I came in at the last 30 mins of the day requesting assistance with low tire pressure. Jay greeted me with the upmost respect while Ophir filled my tires. The cherry on top was Zane fixing my crooked license plate. Thank you kindly!

Jiffy Lube Management, I am writing in to let you know that, Nisha, Jay, Nem & Mala took care of my 2019 challenger on Monday, 4th, 2024. They did an outstanding job! They were extremely courteous and helpful in completing my oil change for what I consider my second love. They kept everything clean under the hood, tires perfectly aired, and the most amazing part, they were out of stock for my oil filter and without hesitation, Jay coordinated with his team, got a hold of Auto Zone down the street, drove there himself, got the filter, and still got me out of the shop and on my way within 30 minutes. This truly is the best Jiffy Lube in town and it is because of this team that I return to this location and drop $100+ without any concern each time, knowing I'm in capable and trusting hands. Thank you again Jay & Nisha, for taking charge and really making me feel that you appreciate my time & business.

Latroy was incredibly helpful. Very appreciative of his thorough explanations and willingness to help in the future.Have been to other Jiffy Lubes in Austin where I received very poor service and this was night and day in comparison.

I get all my oil changes here because 1) I don't like getting out of the car, y'all got COVID 2) the service is always outstanding.Today when they didn't have my usual oil in stock they chatted with me about alternatives and then stocked me at a reasonable price (and found me a coupon!) I always have quick, knowledgeable service here. I live equidistant to another Jiffy Lube on Spicewood Springs -- BUT...I always come here!Special thanks to the fam, Jay, Mala, Nisha, and Nem -- Thank you and keep doing what you do!

Me and my fiance came here for an Oil Change. The crew there helped us out tremendously. Jay gave us knowledge on oil changes and when to get them. Derrick & Nisha helped calm our nerves with laughter since we were panicking when we arrived lol. Mama & Ophir were very calm and assisting in showing us how to do a proper oil check and when to rotate our tires. I really appreciate what you all did for us. God Bless

Their computer systems were down, for the whole day on Saturday which meant I wasted a trip to try get my inspection and oil change. I tried to call throughout the day but it continued to be broken.I ended up going to a local mechanic instead and had a much better experience

Latroy was one of the most professional and personable managers I have ever encountered at any car service place I have been to. Very kind man. JiffyLube - please do everything you can to promote or give a raise to this man. Excellent service. Sad he s going back to Lakeway :(

Do not do Texas vehicle inspection here. They failed my vehicle without being able to provide additional info when testing the obd port. I went to Lamb's the next morning and passed everything. Jiffy Lube still charged me for the inspection even though the failure was due to their equipment or process. When I asked for a refund they were only able to provide credit but not direct refund.

Sounds like they do great work, but I showed up at 8am on a Saturday for an oil change and no one was there. Waited 15 minutes before driving to another place down the road. Are your Google hours wrong?

This is the best jiffy lube I have been to, Jay, Nisha, Ophir, mala, Ariel, Larance and Derrick were amazing. In and out in 10 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I would recommend 10 stars but google only let me do 5

I had such a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. I had like half the crew working on my car. I went in for a standard oil change and asked trey to take a look at my trunk which had a broken latch. He agreed and ended up taking apart the whole trunk and latch and spent at least half an hour trying to fix it. this kinda stuff isn t even listed on their services. They really went above and beyond with customer service to try to help me. I still owe him a 12 pack. just kidding. I will definitely be coming back to the same Jiffy Lube in the future.Service: Oil change

Came through and they told me I didn t even need the oil change yet, but they still checked all my stuff out. Very nice, will be back with a few more miles on the car

Had a rude and absolutely pointless interaction with employee last month. Drove to the long line and the employee met me at my window with no greeting whatsoever and asked what I needed. My check engine light came on so I had no idea what the issue was. He made one lap around my car, asked what kind of fuel I used, and put in a fuel additive. He spent maybe a minute assessing me and walked away to literally tend to the shrubbery out front with a weed-wacker while a woman came and rang me up. My check engine light was still on when I drove away, so feeling like nothing was resolved, I went to Pep Boys and they told me the fuel additive was pointless if there was another underlying issue with my car. Ended up going to the dealership for repairs that were much more extensive but actually resolved my car troubles, unlike this employee who tried slapping a Band-Aid on my car so he could go do his landscaping. So inattentive, won t be returning, sadly.

I was impressed by the tech who made a point to ask if I was due for an oil change because the oil still looked great. He understood when I said I was about to take a 6000 mile road trip. They all did a great job and I felt safe there. What struck me was the genuine honesty. He wasn t just trying to make a sale, he was looking out for my best interest. As a woman, that matters a lot. I was so thankful that you have honest, kind, respectful, hard working men at your location. Way to set the example, guys.

Once again great teamwork and friendly attitudes at the Anderson Ln store in Austin, TX. I received an oil change, state inspection, terminal cleaning, fluid top off, tire pressure check, etc all within about 30min despite them being busy! I don t always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube but I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is honest and efficient. They tell you how long the wait is going to be and it s almost always faster than they say. They don t talk down to you or try to up sell. Nisha, Jay, Nem, Linia, Angie, and Trae deserve raises.

Easily the best Jiffylube I've ever been to. Trey was a Rockstar, he went above and beyond taking some extra time to show me how to use my car's excessively confusing digital display. Awesome team, super fast work.

Staff were extremely helpful; caring, informative, friendly, and did an amazing job. The staff went above and beyond while performing a routine oil change. They noticed things going on with the vehicle and informed me what was going on with the vehicle. They even offered to fix the skid plate which was beyond their required job duties. Because of the staff I am able to now make the repairs needed to the vehicle before they get worse or cause a roadside emergency. I highly recommend visiting this jiffy lube location. If upper management see this review, Give your staff a pay raise and make the staff feel as appreciative of them as I am.

Exceptional service, even if they messed up my spark plug replacement and caused it to misfire in cylinder 2, they had me taken care of at no additional cost and solved the problem
