They gave me an appointment.I drive 60 miles to their location.Only to be told oops we can't service you. It's a great problem for companies to have. When they have so much business. They can turn away customers who have paid them thousands of dollars over the years. This is a great example of how brands were once iconic for customer service have lost their way.

Excellent customer service. My car issue turned out to be more complex than expected (had to take it to the dealership in the end), but the crew kept me in the loop on everything they did to diagnose/fix it. At every turn, they were kind, patient, and helpful. I will most definitely come back to this location for any future service needs.

Moy is super! I came in on a late Friday afternoon to get my headlights replaced. They were short staffed, and Moy asked if I could come back the next day. I did, and he replaced my lights, gratis! I will definitely come back for service and maintenance.

Delighted I could leave our cars for inspection and come back later. Contacted two other vendors for the service and was told either the machine was down or the inspector wasn t in. Thanks for making the state requirement easy to fulfill.

First of all, they came highly recommended and completely justified the referral. They communicated with me openly and factually, and provided timely competent service. I have a lot of basis for comparison at my age and already have no doubt that I am exactly where I need and want to be for car care.

It was easy to schedule an appointment to have a tire repaired. The wait time did take longer than expected but the manager compensated me by not charging me. They seemed to care about theircustomer so I will go back again

Friendly staff, and did the work for approx $1100 less than Audi North. I was pretty ecstatic about that! Great job Firestone complete auto care!

Making an appointment online is a breeze, and my truck was serviced in a timely manner. I had a small issue with the brakes after servicing, so I made another appointment and they resolved it in a couple of hours, at no charge. I've been going to the Northcross location with several cars for years; friendly folks, thorough and efficient.

Took my car here for an oil change and inspiration. They had a long wait even with an appointment. So they let me know when it would be slow and i brought my car back and it was quick. Plenty to do around here to eat out so so you can be busy will they are working on the car.

I made an appointment weeks in advance to get wheels/tires I ordered from Tire Rack installed. It should take 15-30 minutes to swap tires, but it took almost 8 hours with several problems along the way. Very disappointing.

I like these guys. I feel like I can trust them. Took our son s car in for some work on the front suspension, and they explained what was going on, even showing us an example of the parts that were failing. When I explained that we couldn t afford to take care of all of the issues at that time, Moy gave us a list in order of priority. Recently, we took our van in for some new tires, assuming we would get a set of four. When I asked if we could get some more mileage out of our back tires, Moy was honest and said we could instead of trying to upsell us on all four tires.

Had a great experience there yesterday. Made an appointment for oil change. Went in sat for maybe an hour but Moy the manager there turned on NFL football while I waited. Seemed like I waited 15 minutes. Great service..I will be back.

A total disaster. Scheduled appointment in advance. Tires hadn't delivered and there was no work order for a litany of requested services. Matt did the best he could to give us answers, but disappointed in Customer Service. We took our vehicle to a different location. Single Mom with newborn trying to get things done!

I have been a Firestone customer for over 20 years. In that time, I have learned that stores are not the same. Management is key and why I have followed Moi from previous service location. He always provides options to my issues and then gives his recommendation. I never feel like I am getting a sales pitch for something I do not need.If Moi is not available - Chris and Juan are awesome advisors and provide great customer service.Anna, the technician is very knowledgeable and service is thorough. If you do have to go back for fine tuning the service issue, rest assured that Moi will take care of you. They stand behind their work.:)

This Firestone store took great care of my Ford F-250 when I needed new shocks. Ian Bartoli runs a great Firestone Complete Auto Care. It s nice to have a place you can trust.

I brought my tire which I had changed that had a nail in. I have the road hazard coverage. I dropped it of by 10:00am and was told they would have it ready quickly. I came back 3.5 hrs later and was told they were fixing it. I had to wait an hour to get it. In 30+ years of coming to this store, I have never seen such poor service. This is the least professional team every at this location. No way I would ever refer them.Service: Tires

I came in one day to schedule an appt for an alignment - they told me it would be up to an hour and a half for the check & alignment, and gave me a price for both. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me a new, higher price for the alignment. After an hour and a half they hadn't even started on my vehicle and refused to give me any kind of update or estimate over the phone, so I had to take it and leave because an open-ended timeframe with no update in sight didn't work with my schedule. Accuracy and transparency could really be improved here... In the meantime I'll take my business to a shop that is more reliable.

Showed up 10:30am did not have an appointment for slow leak in tire, they asked if I could leave the car there so I did. Dropped by around 3pm and was told my car was next . Called at 5:45pm, told my car was just being taken into a bay. Went by about 6:45pm, told to get my car in the AM. Called at 10:30am (now 24 hours later) told they were working on it. Received a call saying they couldn t patch it, a new tire would be $340. I said I would be by to pick it up. Picked up car and when I got home I realized they hadn t even bothered to fill up the leaky tire with air NEVER returning here.Service: Tires

Incredibly nice people, got me in fast to fix my car, talked me through any issues, didn t try to BS anything, amazing service. From the first phone call to the actual appointment, never once second guessed if I could trust these people. Honest workers, will now be the place I go to for any car issues in the future.

I was turned away from this store despite having a confirmed appointment. Although I had a confirmation number via email, they stated I needed to receive a phone call confirming my appointment. I called the service line to check their policy and was informed this is not a requirement - so I was turned away for no reason. Unacceptable.

A truly horrible and frustrating experience. Booked a 3:00 p.m. appointment to check/replace battery and to check tires, My PSI seemed fine but the "check tire" light remained on. When I arrived I asked "how long?" An hour, said Cody. A full one hour and 45 minutes later I assumed they were running late but must be almost finished, so I asked. Nope. They still hadn't replaced the battery. They didn't seem in a hurry to do so. I asked why they had told me an hour if that wasn't what they meant. Oh, that was waiting time, not completion time said Cody. Huh?? What??! Why say one hour if you don't mean "we will be finished within an hour"? No proper apology. Horrible attitude. No update while I was waiting. In fact, no staff in the front office -- I had to go into the mechanics area to even get some information. I asked about the tires. They're fine, said Cody. So, why was the light remaining on? Couldn't give me an explanation & made no suggestions. And believe me, HORRIBLE attitude. Asked to get my key back, and left. Went to AutoZone down the road. Literally in and out with a new battery installed in less than ten minutes. Plus nice, friendly service and recommendation about where to go to explore tire problem. Fireston has lost my business for good.

Was told to come in for a tire change(was originally at Firestone in arbor walk but they didn t have the size we needed)Waited all day at the shop until mostly all other shops were closed just to be told they won t be able to get it. Like I said. Waited about 4 hours and by the time we were told they won t be doing anything most of are other options were closed and they didn t offer any other solutions. To make it right.WE got back in touch with the Firestone in arbor walk and they said bring the tire we needed from this location and they would get it put on. From the quote we got here and what they charged us at arbor walk the arbor walk team said this location was definitely overcharging/over quotingShout out to the other location tho

Management lied about the time it would take to get an oil change. He said if I booked the appointment promised it wouldn't take longer than an hour. Came in, confirmed the appointment the manager Chris said it will take much longer than an hour... Then asked me if I wanted to book another appointment lol. Two visits here just to get the oil change and both times were a waste of time. Only bring your car here if you're willing to keep it here all day and get poor customer service.

This place is ridiculous! This is not thr Firestone location I usually go to and I will not go back.I called Monday morning to make sure they had time to do a state inspection and oil change. They made me an appointment for noon for oil change. I dropped it off and called around 5 after I hadn't heard anything "we just pulled it around and are getting to it, we've been swamped all day". 530 comes around and I get dropped off and they gave me my keys back and said they couldn't get it done that day. Offered to keep the car overnight and not charge me... idk what they think they're charging me for, they didnt do anything? Needless to say I did NOT leave my car.I was offered meaningless apologies and the assurance that Wednesdays schedule was clear and if I made an appointment it would get done. I pointed out I had an appointment and it didnt get done, but was persuaded to make one for Wednesday morning at 7am. I just left because it was 730 and no one had even come to open the store. Waste of my time, you're better off getted ripped off at a dealership because at least the work gets done there

I've been coming to this Firestone for over 25 years for all kinds of services. I came in this morning because a school van needed air in its tires for a field trip later today. Juan hooked me up right then and there at no charge, and now we can travel safely. Thank you, Juan and Northcross Firestone. I'll keep coming back as long as I own and drive cars!Service: Tires

I took my BMW Z 4 to get routine maintenance 6 months ago. The day after I picked it up, I noticed a burning smell. I called and reported it and they assured me my car was fine. Over the next few months I noticed the smell was getting stronger. I had to start rolling my windows down. I called Firestone again and the put me off a month because they were so busy. I came in and Steve said my cars problem was likely the exhaust and to take it to Meineke. He did not check my car and again said they were too busy despite me telling him my car only did this after the last work they performed. I took my car to Meineke and they assured me the problem was not my exhaust. Again, I made an appointment with Firestone. I took my car into today and Frank the Mechanic says my oil manifold seal was leaking oil onto my engine. He said it would be another $800. He also said it was just a coincidence it happened right after his last work on my car. I have been driving around with toxic oil burning fumes for six months. I read that my car could actually catch on fire with me in it. Not only was Firestone negligent but I suspect dishonest. I think Frank took my manifold apart looking at gasket seals or belts last time and did not put it back correctly. Firestone is supposed to stand by their work and they have an honesty policy. Do not take your vehicle to this place. They do not care about you and are not honest!

Update: In the end the Firestone team was right!Prior Review: I had a good experience at 1st but then it went down hill. I had my car fixed here and then started having problems shortly after. Brought it in for them to review and they said the mechanic missed the issue because it was hard to spot. They helped me out with new issue by reducing the repair cost, which was great. Shortly after I started having a new car issue and I had them quote me. The cost of fixing my car came out to >2k which is more than my car was worth (my 2nd car). I almost trashed the car after purchasing a new one. Then I came to find out from a mechanic I meet here that my issue was a $500 problem. Hence my 2 stars rating. Full disclosure this was about >1 year ago.
