I brought in my form 924 for ag exemption and the manager and cashier didn't know what it was (despite claiming that she had the exemption too, which is kind of sad).At one point, both the Manager and the Cashier were forcefully yelling at me because the Manager couldn't be bothered to save the form and give it to her higher ups. After I left, I saw the Cashier laughing with the Manager. This wasn't just rude. It was unprofessional and ignorant. Why would I ever want to do business with you now?She could not effectively describe Tractor Supply policies surrounding this state form for ag exemptions (how is she a manager at a feed store...?), or the actual process for submitting this form; and claimed they won't accept the form (but that they still give the exemption, which would be illegal).Also... They changed their rabbit feed brands. The manager was insistent that she has worked there for years and they've never sold Purina. I bought a bag of it from them last week. I still have the bag. Same color bag, but it is a completely different brand that I've never used and don't have any experience with.Wrong on all counts.I will be finding a better feed store and will only use this one when I have no other option going forward.

Update....They organized a farmers market special event for today.It was great. Christina coordinated it. She did a great job. She is super friendly, and was very helpful.Todd the manager was great as well.They both appreciated everyone who participated.I want to say thank you again to them for hosting.Several of the venders are hoping that they decide to try it again.Lots of outdoor / animal supplies

Love this store! Always helpful staff, and they always have a great selection of items for your critters (mine are dogs and chickens), and just about any tools you need for your garden and yard. Great prices too, just bought a heavy duty rake for less than I expected to pay!

Store is always clean, employees are hands on & helpful. Even in these uncertain times their shelves are well stocked. They've managed to keep most of their staple product available. I certainly recommend this store- as I drive 43 ml. round trip.

Had to do an online exchange, and Crystal the Manager was a huge help. She took time to call and figure everything out. I live three hours away from store 1193, and if I had to have another online order shipped, I would use the Atlanta, TX store again!!!! To top it off, they had a sales girl on the floor that was trying to get my husband to purchase anything from boots to a chicken house. As an experienced sales man himself he made the comment, "she has a bright future ahead of her and will be able to persuade anyone needed in her career!"

Always have issues finding what I need and dont get much help generally. This particular location however did a great job and helped me find exactly what I needed. They are having "chick days" now so if you're going to start a flock of chickens, now is the time to visit and take advantage of their specials.

Really disappointing so bad that the already 200$ n purchases I had made n were n the process of picking up I returned n did as the store manager suggested went elsewhere n will do so from now on, the store is very poorly managed always out of wat I need that they do stock ,alot of things have no price attached, and they don't even keep oxygen and acylene bottles that when I bought the kit for almost 1000$ at a tractor supply was i told I could go to any tractor supply n get refills for the kit. The manager told me he chose not to carry them his preference that dude needs to find a job not n customer service sorry but the counter help was nice thanks

They shipped my boots right to my front door and exactly when they said they would. I recommend this store to everyone I know.

Download app and placed and paid online,instore pickup.Got product in hand 15 seconds later.fast friendly service. So clean, best app (order to receive order) I've ever used.

Tractor supply always has what you need. We were on a road trip and needed a lock. Let's stop at Tractor supply. Easy 8n easy out get what you need place with very helpful and friendly staff. Also found some goodies on the Clearance rack.

Good clean store. Everyone was kind. The only reason for 4 stars is they didnt have alot of product regarding flea and wormer treatments for home. And they dont carry products (or even close to what) i normally use

I called about a generator. I told them since the heat was unbearable. I had my dog in my truck. So it was running in the parking lot. If they could have one out front when I arrived that would be great. No stolen truck no dead dog from heat.They had it ready when I arrived.

I shop regularly at Tractor supply. I normally love the quality, cleanliness and the customer service. However the tractor supply in Atlanta/ Queen city Texas is horrible! The customer service is repulsive! Even the manager is RUDE. I will be driving the extra miles to go to the New Boston location.

I would rate tracter supply 5 stars because I love to window show here, however, I found many products here that where poorly made. That is not to say I wouldnt buy products from tractor supply, there's many great things at this location made with great care. I also found many displays not kept as they should be, or had been in the past. much of the store is missing shelve space it once had as well.

It shouldn't be the customers' job to come up with correct change. Also, the cashier was rude to me and another couple as we entered the store without masks.

Tractor Supply in Atlanta has the most amazing staff always helpful, extremely knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to go there and always walk out with a smile.

For me I have found that Tractor Supply meets my needs. I now buy all my loading straps lights and hitchs from them. There prices are cheap on truck fuses than the dealership.Also going in brings back a lot of memories of being on the farm.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores. You will always find something on sale. Employees are always friendly and smiling. I love going here.

The most poorly stocked store I have seen in a long time. If you ask for help, the teens working there get an attitude with you and more times than not, you leave empty handed.

If you need the necessary tools or feed for cattle this is the place to go there are nice employees that help you if you need anything the prices are good and you if you need anything you can always go there but there's necessarily not any tractor stuff and that's the shame because it's called Tractor Supply

We always like shopping at Tractor Supply. They have a good selection of items. Things are always easy to find. The staff is always helpful and nice.

I was unhappy because I was told I could get get a product cuz it was on sale and come to find out they just had left the prices up and the product was not on sale anymore but told I could not get it even though the price was still up. They did not know the product still had the sale price up until I told them and while I was there they changed it back to the original price. I came in on Monday and they told me the price would be all week so I came back Thursday and the price was still there until I told them and then they changed it back to the regular price.

I detest Tractor Supply. They have horrible carts IF you can find one. They never keep items we need in stock and often have to go to Texarkana to get what we need...so glad we have Newkirks

Would be 5 stars if they had normal public restrooms. Only has one unisex single stall restroom.

They usually have what I want but their prices are too high. I dislike the pop/candy "country" music they play there.
