Amanda was a great help today . I came in today needing some windshield wipers and she was super helpful. I appreciate her willTo go above and beyond ensure that I had the correct ones instead of trying to sale me anything.

Updated review.I gave them a 2nd chance.Best experience ever.Mike K. Was awesome. He was super helpful.He also entertained my grandchild while I was looking for a part on my phone. He went to my car twice. Once to get the part I needed so he could compare it to the selection they have to find the one I needed.Once he did that he went back to my car and inserted the new piece to ensure the parts were going to work.To top it off, my grandchild wanted a candy treat. She couldn't decide which one she wanted. Mike bought both of them for her.What a great guy and great experience.I'm glad I gave Auto ZoneA 2nd chance.I hope Mike is recognized as a superstar employee.

Clarence Moore and Judy were so absolutely helpful and SO SO KIND!! My family and I were on a road trip and began having some car troubles so we stopped into autozone. He called countless nearby stores to help us find the rest of the parts we needed and helped us find a dependable shop that could get us in the very SAME day. Heck, within a few hours, even on a busy day! We are very pleased with our experience, especially as car troubles are typically very frustrating. These guys were such a blessing. GOD BLESS!! EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH!! :)

I m convinced these employees have hatred in their hearts. I ve been there twice, dealt with two different employees and both were just disrespectful and rude. This last time the guy was the manager, very frustrating individual to interact with. I went to O'Reilly's up the street and they were so respectful and easy to work with. I will never go to another AutoZone again.

I have always had great service from Autozone in Atlanta TX. I recently had 2 different key fobs that needed the batteries replaced and Mike was very helpful. One of them in particular is a hard one to get popped open. I would also like to say Trinity at your store is very helpful anytime I have needed help finding items in the store. She goes out of her way to help and is very friendly and courteous. I appreciate your store having such great customer service. Mike and Trinity are a huge asset to your store.

I am traveling from Texas to Arkansas for work weekly. I stopped here on my way because it was about to storm and my windshield wipers needed to be changed. I also decided to have my battery checked and I am so glad I did! It failed the test. I wouldn't have made it much longer. Clarence helped me pick out wipers and a battery and replaced them all for me. I am so grateful for his help! He was very educated about his job. I would definitely return again.

Had the Best experience with help Recieved from the Woman Behind the counter. She even went out of her way to get what I needed. Not to mention her personal drill out of her car. Definitely was the most help I have had. My hometown AutoZone is the same way. Thank you to everyone who worked to help me from the individuals that rang up my sale at the register. To the friendly smile as i was leaving.

The service I got was good, however the battery they charged and tested was first bad. I bought a new battery and still had the same problem. I bought a new alternator and things were fine. I then had another employee test my old battery and it tested fine. I took my old battery back and gave them their new one. No problems now.

Bought a battery in Dec 2021. Got the one year battery warranty. Battery kept running low so I would charge it. They would charge it. Battery would not hold charge. There was no draw on car and was charging 14.9 volts. Manager would not help me. Traded their battery as a core up the road and car is fixed.

Never have i had such amazing service. My car broke down in this small town in texas. I was scared. No mechanic would touch her and i was stuck. I stopped in cause i was gonna attempt the impossible and fix her myself. The two women there....they not only ordered my part as fast as possible ( the next morning) but got me into see a mechanic 20 min later. I cannot tell you how much these two women saved me today.. If you ever see her you know your in good hands. Cannot thank you enough. Angels really are in texas. Their names are Judy and Charlie.

This autozone had very helpful workers with amazing attitudes and if they don't have the part with them they will order it and hold it until you can pick it up. The store itself is well laid out and makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

Love the store and the people but the place is super hott for this TX climate!! Tend to spend more when not racing to get to cooler air ~. Customer service with a smile is definitely found in this location more than any other location I ve ever visited willing to cross reference numbers and tell u where else u might go to find solutions they cannot offer.

This place is very helpful when you need to have your battery charged or have it checked to see if it needs replaced. I also have an assortment of parts and stock. But you can sometimes order it online and it'll be shipped to the store for you to pick up. Most people don't know that.

Employees were great, very helpful, organized and eager. They offer discount for vets and even put new blades on my vehicle as a thanks. Awesome job!

The visit was awesome and quick! Every customer service rep greeted me on approach and asked if I needed help finding item. I'm a frequent visitor to the region. And I need anything automotive related, this location is my go to!

I'm a regular customer. I waited for 10 minutes for the clerk to put a battery in a car. Finally I pulled up a chair since I had to wait for people who came in after I did. ( 4 people) finally the only clerk working waited on me. Joe the manager was carrying out the trash. I could hear other employees laughing and talking in the back but no one came to the front. The manager walked by me three times and wouldn't look at me. I've spent thousands of dollars at that particular AutoZone. From now on I would drive to Texarkana instead of going to this AutoZone or better yet I will go to O'Reilly's or ABC.
