Complete waste of time. I literally wasted more than 2 hours every time I visited here even after having an appointment. There is always a huge communication GAP between the employees. The front desk guy is never available, so you gotta stand and wait for a long time just to pay and get your keys back. Once my is checked-in, they just keep talking around instead fixing my car and let it go.

Auto Service Added misery. Manager should be ASHAMED! Awful awful service if you can call it that! Found out not only did they make me wait two hours to find out they did not have my filter, they left my oil cap off and I was unaware. I ve been driving it until I could get in today and take 5 found it missing. Horrible people, don t care what damage they do.upon speaking to manager he said the oil cap is where the dip stick goes in? Said they didn t have any oil caps laying around and didn t even open my hood. I watched as service started and stopped- they lied. So much for reviewing video tape which they first said they d have to do. What s done in deceit will come back on all of you. You treat people poorly, it will be returned ten fold. Pity you all! Shameful way to treat customers. Do not use their auto care it s horrendous!

Arrived to this walmart a little before 0700 and it was 2 cars in front of me for oil change and 1 car in for tire. They were suppose to open at 0700 they opened at 0739. We get inside and that took a while understand things happens sometimes 3 hrs later 2 of us still here and the same car for tire. I finally finished 2 hr 50 min layer never got a text or notification I waited even though I saw them pull my car out. Cashier was behind the desk on her phone and when I went up there she was like ohhh wait and then went for my paper. Not the best experience.Service: Oil change

Auto service guys are thieves. You WILL lose ALL your belongings if you drop your car here for anything and management will not do anything. If your stuff has been stolen, ask the police for names of other victims so you can start a class action lawsuit.

Went inside to do an oil change and was told to move my car into the line and someone will come around to do the paperwork. Usually I just give my keys at the counter, but whatever. I moved my car into the line at 6:10 p.m and was told they stopped taking new cars. Surprising, since I was just told to get in line. I called the number for the auto center and was told they would stop taking new cars at 6:15. It still wasn't 6:15 when I got off the phone. I understand closing up a little bit early, but at least communicate that to the whole team, so customers aren't getting told conflicting things.

Been going here last two oil changes to get one done. 1st time they were out of the oil my car carry told me if I buy oil n glitter they d do taking off a fee, done! Time after that they had the oil my car take in stock was in and out in a reasonable amount of time! Sometimes they can be so busy and they still manage to get er done! Thanx will definitely be a returning customer!

They were quick and they had the oil I needed when the other Walmart didn t only deducted two stars because my car had 9,753 miles on it and the sticker they printed has 99,753 miles on it what a difference that makes

Lazy. They close the shop down and stop servicing cars WAY before it actually closes. People are getting off of work trying to make it there and they won t even let you pull up. Laziest mechanics I ve ever seen. Don t waste the trip.

I ve always gotten my tires and batteries plus warranties from Walmart. I was taught to get the warranties on everything and Walmart has been good to me if I needed to return. However just the past two years, dealing with a Mercury Mountaineer I ve not had such service. First I bought a set of tires warranty included and got work done that the mechanic told me to take the tires back that it was not balancing but Walmart declined the warranty.Also I my car wouldn t start several times and I took it to Christian brothers that said it was the battery also the AAA towing my car said that it was a dead cell on the battery. Again I took it back to Walmart and they declined the warranty. So I went to O Reilly s get a new battery and it s started ever since.The one by the ATT STADIUM.Just my feedback.

Came to get a patch for my tire I was told an hour to hour an half at most, here we are sitting here 2 n half hours later and my car still isnt ready... They seem to have no work ethic and terrible service.

Wouldn t recommend coming here. Their customer service is terrible. They never answer your calls. Don t know which oil is right for your car. The list goes on and on. Save you time and money, go somewhere else.

Website says they open at 7:00. Waited in the parking lot and called at 7:30 and was told they opened at 8:00. I said it says online you open at 7 the lady said well, we don t and hung up on me. At 8:15 (doors still not unlocked) a man casually strolls by me and all the other cars waiting and 20 more minutes later he comes out and announces that they will not be seeing any cars until after 11:00.This place is an absolute joke.

Very unprofessional. Had setup a 6pm appointment and was told to come the next day instead AFTER I showed up. Spent around $450 to get my 4 tires replaced, later noticed they didn t even put the air caps back on. Very tardy work, hub caps weren t put back on correctly and air pressure on tires were 40psi on two and less than 30 on others (~33 needed). Never coming back again.

Howdy the tire shop wanted 30 dollars to put a replace a tire ie put a tire on a rim. The advertised price is $10 when speaking with customer service representative the comuncation was very poor no one solved the problem.

Took an hour and a half to get tires changed. That's from starting my car to finishing, not the time waiting for cars in front of me. The guy working on my car spent as much time on his phone or talking to other employees as he did actually working on my car. Even the service manager was back there talking and on his phone instead of helping get the cars done. Will not be back here ever again.

Tichina (the manager) of the auto car is trying to say that there out of three different types of oil. I feel like she just didn t want to look & was ready to go home for the day. Poor service.

Was the very first customer. Request oil change and replace of 1 tire, had to get 2, they would not do just one. Ok, oil change and 2 tires changed. 1hour and 30 minutes later, car still not ready. After another 10 minutes vehicle finally ready. Only to find they replaced the wrong tires! Now the waits starts all over and I'm late for my 9am appointment.Summary:After arriving at the Walmart auto center right as they opened at 7am being 1st customer, I'm now late for a 9am appointment less than 20minutes from my location.

If I could give zero starts I would. They lie about having the oil you've asked for after sitting and waiting for hours. When your service begins they are putting anything in your vehicle that's available and not what you asked for . If I didn't come check during the service he wasn't going to tell me he was putting a bad brand in my vehicle. He was just putting whatever in it.

Some of the staff are very friendly while the others just don't seem to understand what is going on. Came in for a car battery replacement, easy fix no problem. I would do it myself except I'm lacking the tools at the moment. I was in the front of the que for battery replacement, what should have taken 30-40 min turned into a 180 min event. If you want a simple service to take the entire day feel free to waste your time here. I won't be returning nor recommending anyone to come here.

3 hours to just test a battery!!! Customers coming in an hour after I arrived to have theirs completed first. Absolutely horrible service!

I bought the tires online and went there to have them put on. There were no cars ahead of me and I was told it should take about 1 hour. Well 3 hours later, they were still putting on one more tire and then after I left, the tire pressure light was on. I went a told someone and the "tech" just started adding air without checking the pressure. I asked if he was going to check and he said the hose barely works and he don't know what's in there (the tires). He then said he'll see if he can find one. He goes around the car checking the pressure and adding air, but the light is still on... so I tell him this. He have the nerve to say you might have to drive it around for a little bit. After seeing I wasn't taking that as answer he checked the pressure again and the back tire was still low. Once he added the air, the light went off and all was okay, I hope. <fingers crossed>

this stores sucks. the employees are very rude even the manager will never apologize to customers. went in to change my battery,should be out 30 to 40 minutes tops but ended up spending 3 hours. Even when the rude manager said i was next in line, still was there for another hour. the technician was completely ignorant on how to change a simple battery. this is my last strike. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I WAS... They do not even deserve even one star but i guess i cannot post without so they get one star. customer service sucks

Terrible service. I was told inside by a nice lady to pull my car around so they could test my battery, so I did. I sat outside the stall in my car for 20 min and no one came to see what I was there for until I got out the car and flagged someone down. Then they told me to pull up to a closed stall where I had to sit and wait an additional 20 min before someone came to help me and they didn t even speak to me. Just walked up to the car and waited for me to pop the hood. They need better customer service. It s not about how long I have to wait for service, it s about how long you take to check on your customers.

I came here because of the good ratings and good price and I usually never rate things but this is crazy. 2 hours waiting for an oil change and then another 30 for the oil change itself... I was the 3rd person in the only line there was...not cool.

I went to this Walmart on 050119. I always get the ranch chicken. A few days prior a woman who seemed to be a manager or lead at the deli advised me of 6 piece wing and side for 3.97 which is a good deal! When I went in to order this exact thing on 050119 I did not have the same experience. There was a Hispanic guy and a black lady who did not address me until they were down with there personal conversation. When they did finish he came over and just looked at me and then at that point I said hello. I advised him that I would like the 6 piece wing and a side of Mac and cheese for the 3.97 deal. He said OK. He started to fix my plate and I noticed he had not listened to a words said bc he asked me how many tenders I wanted. I said no 6 piece wing and a side of Mac and cheese. He then fixed my wings and then asked was there anything else I wanted...SIR I SAID A SIDE OF MAC AND CHEESE. I advised that I would be also getting this as a deal and he proceeds to say I don t know what the scale will come up with until it was measured. So apparently you are not listening. He came back with a 3$canister of Mac and cheese and my wings were a little over 2. I left that Mac and cheese on an aisle and proceeding getting my other things! I gave a 2 star c self checkout attendants are always so friendly.

Got in early, greeted by nice staff and serviced right away.The manager for the auto care center is wonderful. I trust her with my vehicle.She's professional & knowledgeable.She has a nice smile too. Thanks Walmart

My last experience was upsetting because I was stuck with a dead battery with three kids and I knew they would have the least expensive but no one would answer the phone in the last 45 min they were open to make sure they had what I needed in stock... I ended up spending around $130 more at AutoZone.

Auto had me waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes for an oil change while everyone was coming and going. The whole time my car was ready and the the man and woman said it wasn t twice then realized they lost my paper work . In conclusion, I arrived at 9:20 am & left 11:10 am so I ll never go there again .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
