If my mom needed to buy a used car, I would send her here to see Eric, and I wouldn t feel the need to accompany her. That is how trustworthy this dealership is. They are kind, knowledgable, & courteous. Ahmad in the finance department is easily the best finance guy Ive ever dealt with. When my kid gets old enough to need a car, we will be back. Thanks so much guys. We really appreciate you.

What can I say we received absolutely the best service from Ricky Mendoza in sales and Primo in financial. They made our time there very well worth our while and made everything very easy for us. I inquired online and within one minute received a phone call, was told that they are open til 9pm which was the real game changer for me since I was working with another dealership that stopped taking appts at 5. So I get there and was immediately greeted by Des who was assisting another customer, she offered me refreshments and to not keep me waiting introduced me to Too Tall. I came to this dealership firm on my terms as I was trading in my beloved Jeep. Too tall listened to all my requests and worked diligently to get me the best deal. The entire experience was warm and welcoming and everyone worked as a team to get me in and out. I m so happy with my purchase and glad I went through this dealership! I highly recommend Kia Vanguard to anyone looking to trade in or buy a car!

Worked with Jesus and Clinton on the purchase of 2020 Corvette C8 and had a great experience. I came from out of state for the deal and they helped by answering questions, sending videos of the car. I was greeted very well once I got to the dealership and they delivered on everything as promised. Would definitely recommend doing business here.

Mario at Vanguard Kia was hands down the best Salesman that I have ever dealt with in all of my years of buying vehicles! My mom suffered from a major accident and car shopping was not the easiest thing for her. After voicing our concerns and her expectations for another vehicle this was by no means an easy task. Yet Mario wrote down these requests, pulled out multiple cars for her to test drive to ensure that she felt comfortable and was happy with her choice. He was not pushy, he stayed calm, sincere and was very compassionate! We need more salesmen like Mario!! Honestly 5 stars is not enough to rate our experience! Thank you so much Mario for making my Mom beyond happy with her new car!!!

At Vanguard Kia of Arlington was the most painless car buying experience I ve had. Tony Reed and Marcus England were great! Their customer service was very much appreciated. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out with a 2023 Sorento. I love the car and the service. The finance manager Tu was awesome as well. I will absolutely recommend Vanguard to my family and friends. Thanks to all involved for your kindness and patience through my car buying process!

Great experience at first I forget her name but she was Hispanic, long dark hair, pink accessories on her desk. She chats us up I give her my terms, she showed me the vehicle, says she can work with me. Then the finance guy comes out Larry. He s like let me see what I can do. Doesn t match the terms I agreed on which was fine it s what dealerships do. I said I m still not sure. But then he says things like well why did you have us run your credit if you weren t going to get a car and this is going to effect your credit but okay extremely rude. Then I asked to speak with the girl again to get some contact information, he did not give me any of her information and told us she had left for the day. When I got in my car, I see her walking out of the office and back to her desk. Completely unprofessional experience at Kia today (3/30/24 about 7:30pm). That is not how to treat potential buyers, even if they do not buy the day you want them to. Management hopefully you can speak with these employees and their behavior. I m not sure if it was the fact that we were two younger female African American customers or what, but this was unacceptable.

I'm not from the area, but the sales team all the way thru the financial team was absolutely a dream to deal with. We drove in from out of town and was no Hassel on sales process the service was fantastic. Good work team. The wife loves her yukon ... even the the financial team was very knowledgeable of the GM product along with Kia ..

Tony was very polite and professional. I drove the Stinger GT2. Love the car and features. For the same/similar money I will likely buy a Lexus due to the service after the sale but the interaction at the dealership was nice. Great car. (They don t provide service loaners and this is a deciding point for me. ) The car was FUN to drive with a ton of features and was a close runner up for me.

I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. Kenrick was awesome! He worked with me and got me in a brand new vehicle that was within my range. Paperwork was seamless as Ahmad was very organized and diligent. Everything was explained in detail page by page and all questions answered by the end. Tanya is a true gem!! She makes you feel like family. My experience with her was fantastic! All around great team and I will remain in the Kia family specifically because of these 3 individuals.

I had a great experience buying a car here! Gary was awesome and took great care of me! He is honest & kind, not pushy, not aggressive, not putting pressure on me at all. He just tried hard to get me the car I wanted and stay in my budget. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and kind but if you re looking for a high quality pre-owned car, Gary is your man!!

I have bought my last two vehicles at Vanguard Kia of Arlington. I have had a great experience both times. The service department is very good and took good care of any problems I had with my vehicle. I always had an understanding of what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. If I was bringing it in for a service interval if a part did not need to be replaced they would tell me that. Recently I bought an EV6. It was a great experience. Blake answered all my questions, showed me only what vehicles I asked to look at, no pressure to purchase and made sure I understood all the features and set up the features in the app. Just an overall great experience.

My experience with Vanguard Kia was great! Jermaine answered my interest email and questions quickly and was attentive to my car buying needs. I traveled out of state to buy a car sight unseen, and the team at Vanguard couldn t have made it easier for me. Clinton and Jermaine worked hard to answer all of my questions (I had a lot .), accommodate my trip out to buy the car, and made my wife and I very comfortable when we arrived. Everyone we encountered during our time there was helpful. Thanks Vanguard Kia!

Was communicating with a sales associate all week regarding a vehicle I was interested in. The sales associate knew I was driving up from San Antonio- a 4.5 hour drive. Appointment was scheduled for Thursday evening it was even confirmed from someone else at the dealer earlier in the morning. A couple hours into my drive, I get a text, not even a call, a text to tell me my appointment would have to be cancelled because the vehicle was pulled to go to the shop. I was told we will let you know when it is available .

The service department is awesome! I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony, and his customer service skills were exactly what they should be frinedly courteous and welcoming !! He explained in detail everything that was gonna be done and needed i gave him an estimated time of when i needed my vehicle back for work and he made sure everything was done before it was time!! I absolutely love the ppl that work here and this dealership!! This is my second vehicle purchas here and refuse to go anywhere else!t CLINTON, ERIC AND ANTHONY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!

Stay away! This dealership was the worst. After dealing with them for 2 hours, we walked away without a deal. They called us back and we agreed verbally to a deal and told me we would be in and out within 40 minutes since we were paying cash, we were a priority and only had a babysitter for another hour. After coming in and waiting for 40 minutes, they told us there was 2 other parties in front of us financing so it would be at least another hour. They ended up selling that vehicle to a finance buyer. Fast forward two days later, he promised me they had the same vehicle they would sell us and to come in and get it. He later texted me and told me we would have to renegotiate for 3K more. We walked away. The final straw was Larry telling me be a man and honor your word in front of my wife. After honoring my word and coming back ready to write a check, they weren t a man of their word. Now I know why other Kia dealerships have bad things to say about them. I have never had a harder time writing a check. The dealership I ended up buying from was the easiest dealership I ve ever dealt with. STAY WAY!

My husband & I had a great experience buying a car here (after the awful few experiences we had elsewhere the week prior). Our sales rep(s), and those that helped us in financing, were all very transparent with us through the process, patient while we worked through our decisions, and attentive to our wishes. They helped MANY people just in the short time we were there. I would recommend Vanguard Kia of Arlington for anyone looking for a new/used Kia or to check out their used lot for other options. Thank you all again, for a great experience.

Shady dealership. Called prior to making the 2 hour drive to ensure there were no hidden fees and the advertised price was the real price. Spoke with Clinton the "sales manager" and was assured the price was accurate. After arriving and trying to purchase the vehicle, there was a $5,000 dealer fee added to the price of the vehicle. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. Don't believe the 4+ star google reviews. Even though we were looking at a more expensive used vehicle of a different brand, my intuition told me a Kia dealer would be sketch. Should've trusted my instincts.

Super lucky to have Jameson help us out! We went into check out some cars we had never seen before and they didn t end up matching with our personal needs but ultimately had a great time. Jameson was super knowledgeable, helpful, and just a super genuine guy. Definitely would come back when we re in the market for a new car for my husband.

Brett was awesome. Thank you so much for making my first car purchase so easy. Made us feel comfortable, talk us through everything and did what he could to make our day as easy as possible. In and out in 4 hours. That s test driving and all the talking. So happy with my purchase!Edit: it s been roughly almost a year since my purchase, the dealership treats me and my car so well. Kia s have come a long way and have really stepped up their game! Marcus England and Ahmad were really great to work with! Friendly staff that made us feel right at home and made the entire car buying process seamless and easy. I actually bought 2 cars from Vanguard Kia in the span of 2 weeks, one for myself and one for my wife. We couldn t be happier with our purchase. Ask for Marcus England, he has been nothing but amazing and professional. We had the lower engine cover fall off of our 2019 Sorrento. When I called the service department to schedule repair the gentleman who answered the phone told me we must have run over something that ripped it off. I informed him that we did not run over anything and that it was not damaged except the holes were larger than original, like maybe it vibrated and wore threw. He didn't believe me and told me to bring it in so that they could see. I did and a person, George I think, from the service department came out and looked at and examined it. He could not find any damage except the, rounded out bolt holes but insisted that it had to have been torn off. When I tried to get him to explain how it could get ripped off the car without any other damage he told me that he was not going to argue with me and told me to get off his lot and take my business elsewhere.I brought the car and part home and glued large metal washers over the original holes and used the original bolts, that were still attached to the undercarriage, to replace the cover under the car. Last week, when the regular scheduled maintenance came due, my wife told me see was going to take the car in because she didn't want me fighting with them. So, before she left I drove the car up on the ramps and checked my repair and it was perfect. I also made my wife check before she left, she said it was pretty.When she returned I had her pull up onto the ramps so I could make sure they had replaced the bolts. Whoever, had performed the service had left SIx bolts of the driver side front of the engine cover. My washers were still in place. I drove the car straight back to Vanguard, and after a long conversation with a sales manager who said he was the highest manager on the property, he took me to the service department and told them to replace the missing bolts. When he brought my car back he said that he told them to tighten them extra tight so they wouldn't fall out again.
