Fast, quick and helpful at times however one of the guys messed up my oil pan on my Dodge Challenger. I haven't been able to resolve that issue but I hope we come up with a solution. I take all my cars there for service.

Came in to get an oil change. Told them I have a brake light out. They messed around and said they couldn t fix it, must be an electrical issue. They left my light bulbs out in my trunk just rolling around with screws also loose so the whole light fixture was loose. I went to the auto store and bought the right bulb and it worked fine. They tried to use a one filament bulb for a two filament bulb. Just bad and lazy guys.

"I've had multiple positive experiences with this place for oil changes, but my recent encounter with the vehicle inspector and manager was disappointing. Despite having new windshield wipers, they claimed my vehicle would fail inspection because the wipers didn't clear all the water from the windshield. I spoke to another inspector elsewhere who found this reasoning absurd, as long as the wipers function. I won't be returning and would caution others against it too. If they can't handle basic inspection steps, they're not the place to trust with vehicle maintenance."Beware of this place, you have been warned.

Very pleased with the customer service received today. The staff there are super friendly, polite and even opened the door for you. Service did not take long at all with having tire rotation and oil change. Normally I use the one in Mansfield which is great as well but the customer service here is outstanding.

I have now been sitting in the stall for 25 mins. The guy doing our truck literally walked out in the middle of our oil change. When confronted, he said it wasn t his car. Three other cars come in after us and left before us. This place is in need of some good management.

Quick, but we had to ask them to check tire pressure and they did not fill wiper fluid. We are out of town and didn't realize it. Maybe they don't do 13 pt inspection like others but for $99 - trash! Hubby should have listened when I said to go to Midas!

Great customer service! Devon, was very friendly and energetic! Answered all the questions i had and recommended some products i had no idea about. Very fast on my oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Been going to firestone for years...not anymore! This place is great!

I been a fan of this place for a long time so it sucks that I have to write this and change it from 5 stars to 1. For the past year this location has gone down hill (dont believe me read the lowest reviews on here )example..forgetting to put the caps back on when I was here last .mistakes happen all good. Today I went and got in line , I waited 30min, and when it was time to move up the employees let the line next to me cut in and they said they were here 1st. So I left i have errands to run and then work , I can't be waiting another 30min just because they want to play favorites, **2 lines 2 different wait times in my book**(Wount be coming back and I will not be recommending this place to anyone from here on.)

They failed to properly bolt on a piece that covers the oil filter on my vehicle. After it dropped down and began dragging, I went in to speak to them about it. I was told they would look into it and they would call me. After a week of not hearing from them, I went back and was told that they were not aware of my complaint and was again told they would look into it and call me back. After about 3 weeks since it all began, I still have not heard back.I will not be returning to use their services for any of my vehicles and I would caution anyone to be aware of the type of work that is done here. If you do decide to use them, check your vehicle before leaving the location.Service: Oil change

This team is the best. Fast service, great experience, & knowledgeable. Not much more I could ask for. If you are getting your oil changed asked for Doniel! He's the best. I hope one day I have a son who is half the man Doniel is.

Had my oil changed a couple months ago. I thought all was fine, until my car just broke down on the side of the road. I wasn t due for another change until 8/8/23 (imagine that), and also still WELL under the recommended mileage due date. Checked the oil, and it s BONE DRY. I ve NEVER had that happen, and I religiously have my oil maintained. There is no leak or oil spots in my driveway, or where I park every day at work. So I may be looking at a destroyed engine. To say I m pissed is an understatement. I m sure there is some clause they make you sign so they aren t responsible . BEWARE!!!!!!Service: Oil change

I keep going back here. The manager is knowledgeable & I really trust them. I get to stay in my truck & they show me the oil level & let me know what else I need to have done. Great experience. I'm a loyal customer

Today, a lady was broken down at the McDonald s next door to Valvoline. She was very overwhelmed and just needed assistance pushing her car into the parking spot. So many people just drove right on by, and didn t even ask if she was okay. Then, even though the Valvoline employees were slammed with customers, the manager grabbed a couple of guys to help the lady out. Thanks for your help, guys!!! I am sure you made that sweet lady s bad day a smidge better!

My wife went to have her oil changed at this Valvoline location. Her phone fell out of her purse in the waiting area. She left and within 5 minutes discovered her phone was missing. She returned to the store to look for her phone. An employee found the phone and disabled the device location and turned the phone off (all on video tape and turned over to the police who are filing charges for the $1100 phone). She spoke to the employee who stole the phone and he indicated one had not been found or turned in. We went back the two day's and asked to review the store's video. It clearly showed the employee finding and taking the phone. We asked the store to reimburse us for a new phone that we had to purchase since my wife uses it for business and receives dozens of callas per day. They refused and we are out the money. Her stolen phone was an Iphone 13 plus and a year old. Very disappointed in the company and we are filing a lawsuit.

I only give two stars because my oil change experiences there have been good. I went today to get an inspection and they said they couldn t do it. They claim since it was raining they couldn t test my brakes. Seemed like they just didn t want to do it, went down the road and got it done. Guess I ll do that with my oil too.

Husband got oil change awhile back..they messed up the plastic thing to get to oil filter and basically shooed me away because we weren't on record being there in a while. After I dug back in my accounts, yup it was them who messed my part up. When I called and was on the phone with attendant and manager, attendant tried to make fun of me, I just interrupted him because, nope keep that misogyny to yourself. They just wanted to give me a free oil change, they were going to send something through the mail..never received it. Thankfully Caliber listened to our story, ordered the part and installed and good to go same day with no misogyny added.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to get me in and out very quickly.I went in for an oil change and inspection, which went very well, and during the inspection, they noticed that my cabin air filter was dirty, so had that replaced as well.They gave me a list of other things that might need to be taken care of based on mileage, but we're not pushy about getting them taken care of.Wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Noah and Travis were amazing! We were in and out in no time and it didn't break us to fix it all up! We will DEFINATELY be back!
