I can't believe that! Most of the people I met in this facility are rude and disrespectful.OMG the office is made from gold (that's how they feel) lolAs a truck driver you have to expect long waiting times and very rude people.The people working in this office made me laugh sometimes because they think they are special!

They make you wait long hours to do a drop and hook, they close from 8 pm till 11 pm to change shifts , very disappointed with this facility, unprofessional management

Beware of the red neck manager there , he gives 2 minutes to hook up and go , when you turn your paperwork in they are slower than slow checking you in , after getting the paperwork signed he ll come out talking crazy to you about getting off the lot .

This is a maintenance facility that this company uses for truckers to drop trailers. Every time I deliver here trucks are lined aside the street waiting for entry to drop their trailer. The wait time just to drop the trailer is typically 2-4 hours depending on how long the line is and if you need a empty the wait will be another 45mins-2hours. This company needs an actual drop location because this is unreasonable.

If you don t wanna waste your whole day I suggest you not coming here waited over 8 hours for an empty trailer..

If I could give zero stars I would. It's constantly sitting for hours on the side of the road awaiting entry to drop a trailer in their tiny yard which was purely meant to be a maintenance facility for their equipment. They seriously need to look at locating another drop yard.

I delivered a load they won't take in early but will work you in and out relatively quick small lot but can move around fairly easily

Rude staff at gate and at the office. Very slow to process. No consideration for appointment times, First come first in. Have to wait hours on the street by the entrance to enter the yard.

Rude lady at the window when getting paper work , expect to wait 3+ hours in line. Very unorganized

You have to line up and be on the lookout every time it moves, the waiting time was good for me, 1:15, otherwise everything was fine, excellent staff, they only ask for the route number so they know where to send you and that's it.Tienes que hacer fila y estar al pendiente cada que se mueva, el tiempo de esperar me fue bien 1:15 por lo dem�s todo bien excelente personal, te piden solo el n�mero de ruta para saber donde mandarte y listo
