I was here 3 weeks ago for an issue that took a week for them to fix. Today 3 weeks later I am at another international for repairs that they supposedly fixed thank God it will be fixed under in house warranty but not fixing it properly the first time has now caused damage to my engine that is going cost me $2000 to fix. If you value your truck, I highly recommend going somewhere else stay away from this place. I will never come back here. Spend the extra money and get towed somewhere else might cost you more money, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Horrible Company that refuses to give out a parts numbers so that you are forced to purchase over priced parts! Simple sensors they charge over $400 dollars for them but when I go online to purchase the part it literally cost less than $60 from an outside vendor! Spoke to the parts department and was informed it was their Franchise policy! Southwest International Trucks of Arlington Tx! This company should be ashamed of their PREDATORY TACTICS! No one told them to make a trash engine and lose millions of dollars and then try to recoup it by overcharging for parts! Another Class Action needs to be brought!

Needed my batteries changed, called ahead they told me to come in , they had me in and out within 30 mins on a weekend.

Very very very rude staff!!! I was looking for a sensor and the guy had a terrible attitude since the very beggining. He gives me the price and right after he tells me in a very rude way you can't return this! First of all if I'm buying the part is because I already have a professional mechanic that knows exactly what he is doing on my 3 trucks that I own and he does not work there with y'all! These staff must be underpaid and miserable to have that type of behavior towards the customer if they don't like that job well maybe they need to find something better

I make this my go to shop as they are much quicker at diagnosing and fixing any issue. Dealership in temple held onto my truck for 5 days and did nothing so I came here and got what I needed done the same day. They definitely value paying customers

Had a brake issue with my Super C RV built on an International chassis. Service was prompt and efficient. Cost was as estimated and completion was as promised. Overall positive experience back on the road when promised. Thanks for your efforts.

I brought my truck in 2 weeks ago to have my a/c fixed and a check engine light done. Well after setting the appointment up on a Friday for drop off Monday, they didn t even get to it till Wednesday. No problem but when they gave me the estimate they wanted to change the entire a/c unit with a total estimate of $4700 to fix everything. Well I talked to my company they told me not to do it. To get my truck out had to pay $459 just to have them look at it. Took it to Ohio to have someone else look at it, and still wound up going to another international facility in Youngstown Ohio to where after resetting the control module the only thing wrong with my a/c was no Freon and needed new filters for cab and bunk which only cost $350 total for that. Do not trust this place. They overcharge you on labor and they are lazy. End of story

Hands down the best buying experience I've had dealing parts from multiple industries. All the representatives in both parts and service were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go through extra mile to give you best advice.

I highly recommend calling them for road service, their tech, Robert was on time, friendly, helpful and honest.He is a good troubleshooter and found our very difficult electrical issue, he fixed it. The folks at the shop are friendly as well, and got us right in their very busy shop. Thanks folks.

No stars...This place is a joke .... never answer phone when they do they put you on hold for 20 minutes, seems only 1 person can work the counter and answer phone even though multiple people here... seems they need NEW MANAGEMENT AND APPARENTLY NEED MIRCO MANAGED

The worst dealer ever I visited.I was looking for sleeper shocks and they gave me unreasonable price. I called my mechanic and he told my to get the part number so he can compare prices and let me know if there is another options. And when I asked them for the part number, they refused to give me the part number cause they know I can find the same part with cheaper price.

update:Warranty NOX sensor; 3hr repair turned into 24hrs.2wks later still haven't rcvd paperwork. Exhaust leak from a loose clamp.Asked for a fan clutch quoted $1,117.00 "there is no rebuild kit, for BW"*and no, they do not give out part numbers*The same dealer 12 miles away quoted $634.00Called Borg Warner, rebuild kit on the way, $174.00 (plus shipping).

Not a bad place to have work done. They are fairly fast, better than any freightliner dealership I've been to anyways. The drivers lounge is comfortable with large couches and a big screen tv. Coffee is free in the lounge too. Plenty of restaurants around the place, within walking distance, if you're stuck there for a few days.

I dropped the truck off Friday they said they would have a chance to look at it Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning it would be in the bay it's Wednesday truck is still sitting outside and continually getting the run around no one gives any answers. Transmission trouble they say it'll take anywhere from one day to two weeks what kind of BS is that.

I don't mind paying their extremely HIGH prices because ive been screwed by smaller shops before. They'll get your work done WELL but they're SLOW AS MOLASSES!! OMG THEY'RE SLOW! Freaking lube & A-service takes 4 DAYS. It's one thing to have to fork over sooo much cash, but taking the time that they take to do the work is what puts truckers outta business!

is there an option to leave zero stars? they refused to sell me hose clamps without my vin #... I just gave you the size. then they come out with a wayyyy smaller size 34.99 each. hahahaha gtfo. 3rd time I have problems there and leave empty handed minus 30+minutes of my time

BEAWARE!!!! BOBBY, CHRIS and TROY will sweet talk you and then ROB YOU! RUN!!!!! If you have a broken truck DO NOT take it to this place YOU WILL REGRET IT. Pay any amount of money to get it towed anywhere else! They had my truck sitting there for a week, loaded, and told me that they fixed it by changing fuel filters.When I asked what the real issue was, they had no answer for me. My truck broke down shortly after in the middle of no where with the same fault code and I had to get it towed to another International 120 miles away, loaded (where they were able to diagnose and fix in 2 days)!. They refused to pay for my towing let alone reimburse the whole bill since they did not fix the problem to begin with, because THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO. I'm out THOUSANDS OF dollars because of them. They should not be allowed or licensed to work on trucks by any manufacturer. I will make sure that I complain to corporate International and Cummins about these VULTURES. This is the first review I have ever bothered to leave anywhere, trust me, RUN! I wish I can tell my whole story here but at least I'm giving you guys fair warning.P.S, I manage a company with 80 trucks and deal with breakdowns all the time. I've been in the business for a long time and I know what they did to me was BARBARIC.

Everytime I have to get something fixed on our company truck they take weeks, not days, to fix it. Have I mentioned the bill is always in the thousands? The only reason I bring it here is because we have an account already set up with them.

Took 14hrs to do PM. $4000 of items stolen from truck when picked up, and refused to help in any way. Check engine light still on. You decide! Also found out from neighboring businesses that this place is KNOWN for items being stolen from trucks. THEY even told me "it happens all the time, oh well! Not responsible!" Obvious inside job, but little sign saying "not responsible" basically gives permission/permit to steal from anyone on their property!

A serious business! I brought my truck here twice. 1st time trk was under warranty (egr fixed n new air compressor) less than 2days work, I didn't pay out of my pocket but I saw the bill which was away less than what expected.2nd time trk was NOT under warranty (exhaust system fixed) I paid less than what I have expected.Am an O/O contracted with Swift, I have seen other places were really professional in raping people (you loose money n time).If am that lucky guy, I guess I'll try one week in Las Vegas!!!
