My company rented a truck and they gave me some old truck so I brought it back and they took an hour to get me a different truck they went to fill it up and took another hour just to do thatI AM AGITATED

Needed a relay switch, called and gave them the part number only to be told, even going by the part number or the VIN, it's hard to match. I told him I had to Uber there and needed to know they had the part. Again, he said, o-yea we have a big inventory as he looked up relays. So I Uber over only to be told they don't have one of the most common relay switches in the Peterbilt G8V-RH-1C7T-R-DC12 or 1668A12. It's the relay for marker lights and one for brake lights. Common!!!! Even the Auto parts store carried them. 12.00 for four of them that I am very certain Rush would have charged me at least 12.00 each.

Terrible communication. I called to see if they could service (oil & filter change) my diesel pusher motorhome before I leave for a trip that was 10 days away. They said they could do it before my departure in 10 days and to email them them the filters required and they would let me know when they have them available. Their service manager emailed to ask if their shop oil would be acceptable and I replied yes. I emailed them a few times to see if they had the filters and when I could come in. At four days from my departure date I drove my RV in to get it serviced. At the front desk I was told it would be two to three weeks before they could service my RV. I was not a happy camper. Why couldn t they have told me this in the first place? I left there and drove to Speedco where I was able to get service immediately (and cheaper too).

Went to this center about to close in fact Mark was leaving. He reopen the store just to take of us. My truck airbag busted and i was under a load. Your positivity and kindness have made an unbearable time a little bit better. Joe went the extra miles also Mark reopen the store and sold me an air bag and Joe put the air bag on and they were about to close good to know that good people still around. Well Done if ever in Rush Arlington Location stop by there.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!! Phone always goes to voicemail then Markley seldom calls you back. I need parts for school buses and can never get anyone to answer the phone.

I have literally called 11 times and left 5 voicemails inquiring about a bus part with zero returned calls. It s honestly a joke at this point.
