Bought four tires for my trailer. Great service and great price. I would recommend Rick's for all of your tire needs.

Didn t even know this company existed until this morning when some man started driving recklessly in stop and go traffic on i20 east as I was on the last lane to the left and he not only was cutting people off left and right, he then got mad I guess because he could not get in front of me and proceeded to purposely slow down to get behind me then got on the service lane to forcefully get in front of me and even drove on the service lane for a while to flick me off and yell. I decided to pull my phone out and take a picture of him as I did not know what he was going to do, once he saw my phone he speed up while still driving on the service lane and cut off multiple cars not caring about no one s safety.

Realized I had a screw in my front tire late in the evening. Found this company on google and the young man did a fantastic job! Great customer service.

Second time I ve used these guys. And I will continue to call them. Amazing fast service. Very professional. I own a towing company and need to have my trucks in the road 24/7 and I can always count on these guys to get the job done the right way and fast and with an reasonable price. They do not try to take advantage of people because of the time. Thank you Matt for the amazing service. Keep up the great work guys!

Called Rick's for assistance with our boat trailer tire. Shawn came out within 15 minutes and we were on the road 35 minutes after pulling off the highway! He was fast, courteous, and their prices are fantastic! HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I called for road service due to having a double blow out on my trailer. I was told that it would only be an hour before someone made it out to me, well, after calling about 8 times, in a two hour span, I still didn t have the service I was guaranteed. I spoke with several different people, all telling me that the repair person was on the way, never giving me the repair persons phone number and never received a call from the actual repair guy, to confirm his arrival and to check exactly where I was. If your needing quality service, in a timely manner and need to get going, as all of us do, in a time like this, well, this isn t the place for service!

Just wanted to share my wife's experience... Despite me purchasing 4 brand new michelins from a larger chain store, my wife had 3 flat tires this morning as she was leaving work. Those flat tires were the result of the chain store not doing their job properly. Ricks went out of their way to get it taken care of. I'm sure they could have found a reason to charge her being that she doesn't know anything about tires, and she was alone, but they didn't. She was impressed by them (but doesn't review anyone) people need to be aware of the honest, helpful small businesses amongst us, so I figured that I would share.

I had a complete blow out in the middle of the night in a rough part of Fort Worth. Their tire truck showed up within 20 minutes, the guy had a GREAT attitude and I was back on the road in the blink of an eye. I don t remember the kids name but he was a red bearded young man with glasses. Shout out to him. THANK YOU!!!!!!

My grandmother called me stating she had a flat on Sunday morning. Her location was extremely close to Rick's. I called and spoke with a guy that said they were open, but mobile today. I asked if someone could meet her at their shop and was told that would not be a problem. She arrive at 9:15am at the shop, and another phone call to Rick's said a tech would be there within 5 to 10 minutes. As 30 minutes ticked by, a guy did show up to the shop but said he was not there for her, as he was on a call to Irving. She asked if he could call someone and was told no, he was just an independent contractor. She asked if he could at least put some air in her tire so she could find another place like Discount Tire. He did, and left. She waited until 9:55 and left after no one else arrived.A phone call to Rick's again yeilded nothing, no apology or concern that they failed their commitment. However, the tech MUST have spoken to someone at Rick's because he relayed some of the conversation that was had with the tech and my grandmother, as he knew of the mention of Discount Tire. So, someone lied, either to me or her.I would not recommend their service.

Never used their service and never will based on encountering one of their vehicles on I-35 just now. Man driving has a long beard and is driving with one set of tires in each lane, constantly swerving and making everyone nervous. Teach your guys to drive better.

Well when I first pulled up the boy was sitting in the company truck smoking weed! I asked him to change my tire! I don't think he knew how cuz it took him almost 40 mim. So my friend who was with me basically change the tire for & then he turns around and charges me $36 to change my tire! For REAL $36 TO LET MY FRIEND CHANGE MY TIRE!I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR DO I WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE EVER GO THERE !!!

We went from noticing our tire had a leak to having it completely repaired in under an hour. Service person was efficient and courteous. I would definitely call them again!

I ve used them several times, always hassle free, fast and friendly services, and they ll come out in literally any conditions or time of day to change the tire. Truly a life saver. Thanks guys!

So a simple patch job on a nail hole turned out to be a bad patch&plug job with damaged wires from sanding it down to the wire inside the tire.A professional at J and J showed me how much it was sanded down. To The Wire!!J and J Llantas new and used tires open until midnight and will not turn you away if you come 2 minutes before closing.

my tire on my car was was flat I had to go to the tire shop across the streetthis shop was very unorganized no one at the shop to change tires or greet you at the door it's also secure meaning you have to be buzzed in and then no one to greet you and help if I had been white I probably would have been helped
