03/30/24 STRIKE 2!! Called 03/29/24 to make sure I could come for a quick lug nut tightening on my rims to stay in compliance with my warranty! Told sure we open at 9 it takes 10 minutes. Arrived 8:50 am. To no surprise, 9:24, NO ONE here!! But I know they SHO gone debit my acct for they payment with NO hesitation! But let me be late....SMDH!! And of course just as I stated received a call from the boss for my payment first thing this morning 04/01/24!!!!After ALL of this, my rims are finally here! Mike and staff were NOT TO BLAME. but the outside vendor is! Mike and staff went above and beyond to get what I needed!Mike and staff are great!!!! I WILL RETURN!!!Service from outside Vendor, THE WORST!!!Got here at 12:15 pm. on 3/15 pm no tires, no rims, was told they would be delivered on 3/14. Then Mike calls other location for items that was suppose to be delivered, only to be told due to rain they are running behind with deliveries..Then 1 1/2 hour later I notice Mike getting in the delivery truck leaving. Then, 2 hours in, I walk back into the store after sitting for 45 minutes, I ask, where did Mike have to go? Answer: GRAND PRAIRIE...WTH???? 4 HOURS LATER STILL HERE! NO RIMS, NO TIRES....

Absolute scam. My account was paid in full as confirmed by email 2 weeks ago. They proceed to charge my account 2 more times over the following weeks. I called them the first week asking why my account was charged. They tell me my account is fully paid off. The next week comes and I'm charged yet again. I call again and they tell me the same thing today..... "today was your last payment, your account is paid off". I ell them that they told.me the same thing the precious week. Then they ask who I spoke to. IT WAS THE SAME GUY! As if knowing the guys name would fix the mistake they made. Is this ever gonna end. Don't go to this place. They are thieves.

Whole team are very helpful and informative, Easy process, wheels look great, alot of different selection for your desired look. Would recommend to anybody looking for a new set of wheels. Or just some new tires as well.

This is my second time back here I started out with 20 inch rims in 2021 and came back today for 22 inch rims, Mike helped me out and gave me a good deal I am very happy and he went over and beyond and cleaned the rims for me I always have a good experience at RAW

Went here today, so easy to finance tires, they balance it and did everything thing else, you also get free road side, discounts like crazy, benefits are wonderful, staff was nice and friendly and knew what they was doing, 10 out of 10 recommended Arlington,Tx, go see them

Excellent customer service! I had a cracked wheel and needed some new wheels ASAP ! Dee and another gentlemen made sure I was taken care of quickly and took the time to go over some options called around for me to make sure I loved what I picked out. They are honest, transparent, friendly, and fast. Prices are fair. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their tires or wheels replaced!! Thank Y all so much !!

I came in with a tire chipped so bad it's no telling where or how I was going to make it back to Dallas. It's a icy day out and this rim shop was the only one ready to serve me. D.Brown gave me a deal on a rim and fixed me up good. Thank you guys it was good seeing brothers working hard to. Great place.

You guys are all wheel and tire were absolutely wonderful Johnny was very knowledgeable and he did a great job of helping me find what I wanted and they were very easy to deal with as far as payment not a whole lot of requirements as far as getting approved very simple process and the guys in the shop they did the service on my new wheels and tires did an amazing job and they were super fast I definitely recommend this place for all your tire and wheel and accessory needs Johnny and. D yeah so much for all your help

I'm very pleased! I came in to replace rims from a previous vehicle and found something very close. Now I'm shining the I'am...D the manager reached out to make sure I had everything I needed and a great price just in time for my Birthday. Great customer service
