I asked for an electric inspection to check why my horn is not working and they broke the map sensor in my car. The check engine was on when they give my car so when I ask why they just clear the codes and give my car. I used pep boys multiple times and I never have a problem before. I never coming back to this pep boys location.

Kudos to Kevin at Pepboys on Collins 1212 Collins. Very polite and helpful. And shout-out to mechanic who work on my Car silver altima 2020. It was my battery. Service was fast which was exactly what I needed

Kevin was so nice, kept me posted constantly of all costs as they came up. He was extremely professional and made me comfortable while I waited. I was there about 5 hrs I knew what the price was for each item replaced and it was far below what the Volvo dealership was going to charge me. I m so glad I found Kevin and Pep Boys. I needed someone I could trust with my car and Kevin ensured that for me.

In this location in Arlington Kevin is always in a good mood and he s very nice. He walks thru everything and explains all in detail. Dylan worked on my tires and he did an excellent job. I recommend this branch. I hope Kevin and Dylan get recognized for their hard work.

Went in for a headlight bc I just failed a state inspection for one high beam being out. Went in was helped quickly, quoted a price and work began right away even though I came in later in the afternoon without an appt. They were honest and found my high beam had actually just come disconnected and plugged it back in no charge. Appreciated the honesty would definitely recommend a visit here.

Out of your mechanics named Charles came out to greet me as I was dropping a car off for you guys , well the guy took it upon himself to act unprofessional and didn t treat me with respect . Once he realized I wasn t gonna put up with it he quickly changed his attitude . Please teach your employees to communicate better .

Salas was asked a favor of me when I came in. I asked that we could put a rush on my service due to a prior commitment I needed to be on time for and he took the ball and ran with it. Not only did he meet my request, the crew helped another customer that had a nasty blow out that came in after me, all with a garage full of work waiting on his prior commitments. I commend this crew on the ability to adapt to changes real-time, and running a lean crew without effecting customer service with a smile and a quiet satisfaction of knowing they owned their positions and knowing client expectations. Well done gentlemen. I would recommend their services to the Governor of Texas. You have a new customer in me. BTW... the customer with the blow'out was back on the road in 10 minutes and was not charged for assistance. Ya'll are a class act. Best Regards, Sam

The gentleman answering the phone was not very informative. I was asking specifics about a part and he did not seem to know the specifics. When I asked him different questions about the total estimate he just told me, that's what it costs. Then he added a 1-year warranty which cost an extra 40 bucks that I did not know was on there. Also they charged us for a service that should have been included with the installation of the part.

They didn t aligned my truck correctly. It s pulling to the right. I lifted the truck on the jack stand and can visibly see the wheel crooked. Never again!!

I stopped in Pep Boys to see if they serviced car AC and found they did. I had made an appointment with the company that usually services my car but it was four days out. Pep Boys got to my car within half an hour and found no Freon in the AC unit. They said it would be an hour to hour and a half before they could evac the system and recharge the Freon. It was actually completed in less than an hour. My car has cold air again, I got it done quickly, without having to wait four more days and was almost $100 less than my usual mechanic shop. Pep Boys exceeded my expectations in every way.When they take your car in for service, they send you a link so you can check the progress of the work. The service writer kept me informed along the way as well. Great attitudes and great service.

Kevin and his crew took great care of me. I needed an AC Recharge, and he told me that his tech was about 4hrs behind but that he would get to it. I decided to leave my vehicle and caught a uber home. Kevin called me when I was almost home and told me that his tech was starting on my vehicle soon. I was excited that it wasn't going to take 4hrs before he started on a roughly 2hr job. Within a short period of time I received notification that it was ready. In this Texas heat, it felt good getting into a car blowing cold air. The AC was set to high and I left it that way for about an hour just cause it felt so good. Ahhh!!!!Thanks Again Kevin.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I left my car here to get repaired and this is what I got back in return. They claimed that a tow truck backed up into my car but what I don't understand is how the inside of my car looked like a hurricane hit it when I left it spotless. What they did was went through my stuff when they weren't supposed to and took my car for a joy ride. They left my car in worse shape than before.

Worst location went this morning no one in there but they told us it would be a 45min wait that went up everytime we asked will be calling corporate as well because if you don't like your job find something you do dont inconvenience paying customers.
