This is the second time I got a defective alternator and this time it did damage to my pigtail plug to alternator and noone one wants to replace it will warranty the alternator tho. I didn't know it till after I got new batteries because the other 2 were dead. When I put it on it all plugged up right but didn't connect properly to the alternator I found out they need to replace the pigtail plug to alternator as well. I've never had this issue with O'Reilly's before last time I had issues with a parts store like this was when chiefs auto parts was still around and I went thru 6 starters before it was properly corrected.

This used to be my neighborhood go to store on Abrams. They told me it would take 2 hours to turn down 2 rotors. Well, it took about 4 hours. I will find a better source.

Shout out to Mike at this location!!! I was freaking out because my car wouldn t start and it seemed like it was more than a battery issue. I took my battery in to get tested. He tested my battery (dead), found me the right match with his honest opinion, and then after replacing it he checked it (all clear) and I was back on the road within less than 20 minutes. Kind, quick, and professional. THANK YOU MIKE!!!

Edgar was great. I had recently purchased a bulb to replace my license plate light and every auto shop in the area said they couldn't help me replace it, but Edgar said he could. He was quick and kind. If Edgar is there, you'll be taken care of.

These guys who work here are nice and friendly. I went 2 times in a week for a volt meter and a battery for my key fob and got the help i needed, even joked around with them and laughed. I always offer them drinks out the fridge area but no one ever says yes lol. Bunch of friendly guys working here. I'll come back to this store for that reason.

I will not ever visit this store or any oreilly store. Sold my husband a used dead battery as if it were new. Left him stranded on the highway shoulder on a motorcycle in 100 degree weather. Offered no apology or explanation. Deserve to be shut down

I'm no longer going to any O'Reilly store. At this one, Russell wants to be a smart-mouth think-he-knows-it-all. After arguing with me and refusing my return because he didn't want the return on his "sales". I called corporate while I was on the way to another store and they confirmed I could return and at any store. The other store took the return but returned it as credit instead of debit so it'll take longer to return my cash. WAY BETTER store next door.

Today I had a very bad experience, I think the criteria used by the manager is terrible. I bought some brake pads for my mercedes this morning, one of the two sets was a millimeter larger and that caused a noise and malfunction. When I went to the store to return the set of brakes, the manager (Rush) did not want to return my money. I told him that I preferred to go to the dealer (park place) to buy the original but he did not want to return the $112 dollars for the pads (brakes), he told me that if I would bring him and show him the park place ticket with the new parts on Monday (in two more days) he would return the money. he only offered to exchange them for the same ones, which I didn't want, I wanted my money back. I went to another Oreally store in frustration to try to return the defective part and they did give me a refund. that is, it passed through the discretion of the manager. It's a shame they waste my time. a disrespectful, poorly educated and poorly trained manager.

Decent place and fair prices customer services can use some improvements. The one in Hurst has excellent customer service but Arlington nope. I bought several items here but made a mistake and bought a stop leak power staring fluid the mechanic opened it said it was too thick and I went back to get the other regular power staring fluid. Do you know they refused to take the stop leak one back. Sad I used to manage advance auto and autozone years ago and I know when a customer returns an item with or without a receipt we accepted it. Its not a loss because when they purchases it they purchase whole and sells its three times higher to the consumer.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable almost never leave with out what I need. If nothing else a solution and a plan.Had to come back and edit.For those who do home oil changes this store never empties their used oil.

Came here to return and item I bought yesterday, employee told me "I couldn't return it without receipt & phone numbers are for warranty only" , told him it was attached to my account and I got my card I purchased with. Employee told me can't return it without receipt which is a blatant lie.Took it the shop on parkrow they returned it without a hassle. ALL THEY NEEDED WAS MY PHONE NUMBERDon't lie to customers man.Edit: My Dashcam app picked the audio of this conversation. If I could post it here I would

Quick service but did notice a black guy loading his pants with merchandise off the shelves but not enough staff to catch on what was going on???? Looked to me that this person hD done that there before as much as he loaded up. No one even noticed????

I bought some lower ball joints from O'Reilly over a year ago had to replace them. They have lifetime warranty. Cause Sheila the manager couldn't find original purchase. I was told to have a good day. They won't refund my money. She was very rude and then one of her employees decided to be smarta$$ on my way out the door. I will never give orielly my money again. To many more options.

I m from out of town, staying at a local hotel, when I walked out and my car wouldn t start. I removed the battery and took it to O Reilly s. Alex the manager did a great job figuring out the problem (probably energy drainage from a parasitic energy draining device). He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. A great place to get your needs taken care of!Give him a raise, O Reily!

Been a customer here for 18 years, they always take care of my needs and their staff is the most knowledgeable of any other store around. If you need a part or need a question answered, come here and you will need to look no further. They will take care of you!

Moe was super helpful! He got me in and out quickly, changed my battery for me and I even made it to class on time. He understood I was in a hurry and he hustled me in and out. Great shop :)

Rush the assistant manager here has some serious anger issues that need to be taken care of. He got angry when I tried to return a pulley that they sold me that went badd in 300 miles and claimed that he couldn't return it but he wanted me to bring my receipt with me from auto zone proveing a purchased a new one .

Dont go to this store the manager there would not return my money , had to call the police to have my money returned , horrible experience, will never shop at O'Reillys auto parts again! This is the store in Arlington on Abrams

The lady name Sheila does not know what costumer servirce is, she needs to b retrain in finding specifications for rotters. She made us waste an hour of our time. But in another O Reilly tolda that they had that specifications in the store they folds that they didn t have it.

Always have someone available who can help you quickly and effectively and they have a full electrical system test which most parts stores don't.

Nice personnel. Didn't have everything I was looking for, and to which I found online for considerably less than what O'Reilly's had the items listed for (one part was half as much ). And I didn't have to "special order" either part.

The assistant manager needs a lot of ethnic customer service training. He acts like your bothering him but he smiles with the others.
