This store has been visited by me twice now and I couldn t be more pleased! These guys go that extra mile to make sure your problem is fixed right. We have all had the experience of sitting in a waiting room for extended periods. This crew is fast and efficient. The staff is also friendly. Courteous. They get all my business from now on

Hayden provides the best service I have found in the area for our vehicles. He is honest, fair, to the point, and provides great pricing. You should definitely come here if your car is broke and you want the experts to fix it.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and dropped my van off with no wait. They patched my tire and had me on my way in about an hour. The staff was professional and courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this NTB location to friends and family.

Was greeted promptly by a very courteous young man who took my vehicle back right away to discover I had a chunk of wood in the side wall of my brand new tire. He went above and beyond to assist me. Once we discovered they did not have my tire in stock he put my spare on for me and got me back on the road. First time customer here but I will definitely come back should the need arise. Thank you NTB. Service with a smile.

I don't know who at NTB needs to see/hear this, but Chris at NTB on 287 In Arlington is amazing!! He just helped me out last second in the best way with a pop-up camper tire. He gave me a recommendation over the phone on where to get the tire and then said bring it in and we'll figure it out for you. Saved my camping weekend with my wife and kids in Austin. Thanks Chris!! So happy I transferred all my vehicle services over from Firestone 18 months ago. I hope your leadership sees this. They should get you a new Vans sweater or hat!!

I ve come here before. Another time today. Great customer service. Quick wait time. Very informative about what s going on with your service. Great prices. I worked with Hayden, and he was friendly with recommendations without being pushy. Good experience. Will come back.

I needed tires balanced and rotated since Pep Boys does not provide rotation on their own tires. The guys at NTB are awesome, got me in quickly and kept me informed while I was there. No high pressure to buy anything other than what I came in for and they did the safety checks to make sure everything was good. Great service!

Courteous, professional staff; clean and comfortable customer waiting area. Had a slow leak in one of my tires which they repaired quickly (as a walk-in) at no charge. Highly recommend this place.

Went in for an oil change last night, and the team never lets me down! Michael is the one who performed my oil change and he did an excellent job, and they also checked my tires and he got with his boss Andrew to see about giving me some prices on tires as I ll need them soon. Never a bad experience!

I have been a customer with this store for close to 20 years and I'm done with them!First, they wouldn't honor a tire warranty. Now, they refused to honor their 5 year front-end alignment program. I purchased the program 3 years ago when the previous program lapsed. They said my 10.5-35-17 tires are too big. I purchased the tires from them when I purchased the front-end alignment program. They aligned with those tires a year ago.

I went in to have my tire looked at as I had a flat and had to put my spare on. Everyone is always very friendly and nice! The tire technician Michael showed me my tire and explained to me what he did to try to see why it may have gone flat, and showed me there were no bubbles or holes in it. He even went the extra mile to check my sensors on my tires, as well as air them up for me!

Great service and very helpful staff; stopped in for a quick tire check and ended up needing some. Manager was wonderful, recommended exactly what was needed. Pricing was fair (according to my husband) and the time it took was quick. Very efficient and very impressed.

Showed up after the Thanksgiving weekend and their team were able to fix my flat quickly. I will continue to come to this location for my vehicles maintenance when needed. The staff has always been friendly when I need to come in for my car and has not ever tried to upsell me on anything I did not need.

Thankful for Hayden and the guys at NTB. Nail in my tire (Tesla) at 4:30 on a Sunday and these guys were the only ones able to get me back on the road. With all the equipment needed along with fast and friendly service they have definitely gained themselves a repeat customer. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow, I just can t say enough good things about NTB (Hwy 287 in Arlington), Hayden & his crew!!! Hayden was the most polite, friendly & helpful young man & his mechanic went over the top in repairing my tire on a busy Sunday morning, all this without charging me!! Timely & unbelievable customer service, NTB, what a fabulous team you have running your store!! Thanks, Hayden!
